I needed an inspection and new tire (of a hard to get kind) and was having a difficult time finding any place that was doing inspections or could get my tire quickly. This place not only was able to accommodate immediately, the staff was very professional , polite and accommodating and got my tire within two hours! And they did a great job. I will definitely go back there!

Ya know, I've taken my car to several other places in the area and I have to say ive always had the best customer service, quick turn around time, and the most quality repairs done here at Barber's. I genuinely trust them with my car and I have my family and friends using them now. You can trust them with your vehicle needs.

I like taking my car to this particular place for service because mr. Thompson the man that works there is very knowledgeable, and fits me in wherever he can as fast as he can.he even helped me at on my way home when I called and had an electrical light on that really meant nothing. He just told me to come in there and he would fix.When I got there he took his own time and came out there and figure it out how to turn the check oil light off. We had no idea why it was on because he had just changed my oil 2 weeks ago and he proved it to me by showing me how clean the oil was in the car. I recommended this place highly to anyone who asks.

They were able to get me in and out quickly for my inspection. They gentlemen were very professional and made sure that I understood what was going on with my vehicle. A little pricey but, I guess that's to be expected these days.

Went to get my grandma's car inspected. Waited it about an hour but there were a few cars ahead of us. They also fixed a hanging part under the car, for free. Danny, the man behind the counter was very nice and cheerful. They have a phone charging station, television , and it's conveniently connected to a shell gas station in case you need a drink or snack. I will go here from now on and will recommend it to my friends!!

I used this place for a state inspection and oil change. Oil change price seemed standard. My only gripe is they failed my car inspection for windshield wipers. I'm 99% sure mine were in good condition but i didn't push the issue with them. They also provided me with a list of recommended service due to the car's mileage. I may use them again but they haven't gained my trust just yet.

I went for a state inspection on 10/4/2018 8:45 am. I got called at 11:15 am and i was told me my third brake light was out and to replace it would be 480 something dollars, the gentleman told me since it was an LED light and it would take about an hour and a half to 2 hours to repair, and thats why it was so expensive he said it was a lot of work involved. I priced the light at 3 part shops in the area and found it for 114.00, and 1 hour later after removing 4 bolts holding the cover on the back seat, everything else snaps out I was finished with this job. I am no mechanic, but the job was relatively easy and straight forward. I'm not rich, I am a retired soldier but I know when someone is trying to take advantage of me, I felt like this just was not right, so I have repaired my car and I will take the 16.00 loss for the failed inspection and I will go somewhere else Monday and have it reinspected and pass. Even if it would have taken 2 hours to replace the light how does that equate to almost 500.00 for a 120.00 part and 2 hours labor I understand a price mark up is standard on parts but come on now how does that equate to such a high cost? The car in question was a 2009 Malibu. 4 bolts, fold down seats snap out 2 side pieces on each side, disconnect light, remove the light fixture, that's it. I am not exaggerating this either it took me maybe 10 to 15 minutes to reassemble the seats and everything. If I could give it no stars I would. Wow.ThanksDennis Brandon

Went in to use car wash. Inserted money and pulled in .car wash didn't work. Went inside to get a refund and thy refused what a scam. Theyvealways been ovrtpriced on everything, but now they're scamming people on a car wash. I'll never darken their door againService: Car waxingService: Car waxing

This is my second time coming here . And will be my last each time i came i never paid just the 16.00 for inspection . It was always something additional. This place is a rip off . I had to pay 55.00 for a light being out in the front which was on when i first came and for my battery holder being out (which was attached i know for sure because my mechanic lets me watch him when he works on my car). THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF . They just want to make their money . They are not trustworthy . They will literally take parts off your vehicle and act as if they weren't there from the beginning. I advise everyone to go to Finks no matter the wait time.

My wife took our 2010 Honda CR-V up for a state inspection with our granddaughter. An hour later I got a call with bad news that in order to pass inspection the car needed over $1800 in repairs (front end alignment, power steering leak, front suspension issues, replace 2 rear bulbs). Told them to put a rejection sticker on it. Had a family friend who also happens to be a licensed state inspector look at the car. For $30 we replaced the 2 bulbs, determined that there was no leak in the power steering system, that the suspension was fine, that the tires showed no sign of uneven wear. Took the car to another state inspection facility and it passed with flying colors. I have 3 other cars . . . Barber's lost my future business for all my cars plus anyone else I can share my story with. Look elsewhere for a reputable inspector who is not looking to take advantage!!

Hey world! I went to this place for inspection and paid 746.81 to be approved for inspection at the beginning of Feb 2019 and by March 27th 2019 my brakes sound like their gridding (part of inspection to be approved) (brakes covered for 2yrs or 24000 miles) be told it would be another 200.00 to fix what I already paid for. He offered no help to look at it. These guys are crooks! He approved my car to be highway safe when obviously it wasn't. I was told they only check the driver side not the passenger side for brakes when asking why he couldn't fix for me what I already paid for. But when inspection was done they never suggested that I have it done or looked at just kept suggesting expensive things that weren't part of the safety regulations to have done. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!!!!!!

Quick turn around! Brought in my car for an AC problem, was able to be seen almost right away. Luckily they had the part I needed in stock and I was out in about an hour

Very disrespectful. Pushy on un-needed services. Prices are outrageous for very simple replacement items. They also do not wear a mask when moving your vehicle or in it. Not do they disinfect it after doing so. When confronted about it they were almost hostile in handling the situation.

went to have a alignment done on my car. the tech put it in the left and look around with his flash light shock my tire and came back and said he could not do it because I need some new parts a upper ball joint which I looked up its like 30 bucks and my tie rod is out. so I asked how much it would and if I can look at it he said sure so went in to the shop and he showed me it and the bolt was extremely lose that's it so I ask him to find out how much and he came back and told me it would be 956.00I asked for my car back and he said it would 50 bucks to look at my car. that's stupid. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE SHITTY. YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF

I went here to get two wheel studs replaced . I was quoted a price for a half hour and for one hour. The job took less than a half hour. They tried to charge me for the the whole hour . I had to haggle with them to lower the price . They still charged me for more than what I was qouted. Just saying if you give a price quote stick to what you quoted

I had my car inspected and needed a few things repaired before it could pass. They fixed them and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. The attendant Dan even came out to my car to get a light to go away on the dash. If my car needs a repair in the future, I'll know where to go.

100 steps from this location car needed a jump I offered the mechanic 300 dollars as a deposit to use their jumb box to jump my car his answer was no.I then offered to pay if he would jump it once again the answer was no.Service: BatteryService: Battery

If you have a Bluetooth set up for your radio, and it involves a plug attached behind the dashboard, DON'T go here. They removed the mic twice. First time, they put it back, when I pointed it out, but then they did it again... And they won't tell you

Been going here just shy of a year. They are always kind and use common language to explain what is needed. Woke up to a flat tire. In and out in less than 30 minutes for a repair. Great service! Would go back for any issues!
