This is our 4th car we have bought from top motors and let me tell you each car has been amazing. I highly recommend coming to top motors to purchase your next vehicle not only do they have awesome customer service, but they treat you like family and are always there if you need something. This is the only place I will ever by my cars from. Thank you both for all your help

Great experience, no "high pressure" tactics being used, the owner & his employees are a team that works together at making the customer happy. These are used cars but you feel as though you're buying a brand new vehicle, when purchasing from Top Motors.I will definitely be looking here if I'm in the market for another vehicle. They have all varieties of vehicles to look at.I'd like to say thank you to Pablo & his team, for taking care of us & making this purchase a comfortable experience.

The owners where so so helpful knew what I wanted and we talked test drove two and walked away with an awesome 2005 Volkswagen Jetta. Runs great. Had her on the highway and she and just gliding down the road. All of this looking. For my first car ever to buy at the age of 54 was a blessing and to have had Top Motors as my car dealership and I will use them for all other needs and maybe in the future a trade in thank you again Top Motors LLC Portsmouth

As you all know. I have been gladly and proudly renting cars and riding the HRT bus here in Norfolk, VA; to get where I need to go or be. Mark this date on your calendar because today, Tuesday, May 5, 2023; I purchased one of my favorite cars,"The Mini Cooper."Today, it's the "Clubman Sport." Allow me to introduce you to Pablo and Maria, the owners of Top Motors. They are a cute couple who has a heart of gold. Why do I say that? Because they don't hassle you and whatever your circumstances are, their goal is: "To get you in the car of your choice, - the One you will be happy driving."They are friendly and courteous. So, let me tell you how we all clicked. Maria is also the name of my best friend in Huntsville, Alabama. Guess what else? Her birth date is the exact same day as mine. Before I left, I felt like one of their family members. The service was impeccable! They have a nice selection of cars to choose from and they also offer a great warranty package. I didn't have to walk around twittering my fingers because what Pablo didn't do, "Maria did!" Together, they are the "Dynamic Duo," and I was the Queen of Gotham!" LOL! They captured the queen today when I signed on the dotted line. I left with a smile, showing all my pearly whites! I proudly drove off thanking my Father and God, Jehovah; for the blessing he provided by means of Top Motors LLC. The cars are exactly as they look online. They are clean and in good mechanical order. So, please! Go! Take a look at their inventory! You might just see something that fits your wallet, purse and style." Top motors is a great place to buy vehicles. I highly recommend to buy a vehicle from here. The cars they sell are always mechanically sound. Top Motors also has great customer service and they are very easy to work with.

Purchased a 1968 Camaro from Pablo. Hands down the best car buying experience ever. Pablo was very friendly and helpful, and easy to deal with and there were NO high pressure sales tactics. Just a friendly conversation between two people who like old cars. Car was advertised as being in excellent condition, and it did not disappoint. The price was fair, and Pablo even arranged to have it delivered to Richmond later that week, inspected, registered and ready to go! Really, this seems to be one of the few honest used car places around, and I would not hesitate to go deal with Pablo and Top Motors again. Two great big thumbs up!

Easily the smoothest car buying experience from a dealer I have ever had. Pablo was very personable and friendly from the minute I walked in. I never felt pressured to make a decision or anything of the sort. He let me take my time and the car for however long I needed to inspect it and make my choice. Even during negotiations he was professional, yet understanding. We came to an agreement and I walked out with a great used car. Thank you for a great experience!

We recently bought a car from Top Motors LLC and Mr. Pablo Osle(owner) was very welcoming and he allowed us to visit his branch on Sunday when he is off. It was very nice of him and we made a deal happen for my new car. I appreciate his honesty the service was great.I ll most likely recommend his store to buy used cars.

After visiting many car dealerships in the area and receiving horrible customer service I finally purchased my son s first car from Mr. Pablo and I must say customer service was superb at Top Motors!Mr. Pablo and his family were outstanding, detailed and very helpful with every step. He was able to explain and answer every question,The concerns I had he reassured me and give me great hopes and/or made sure to fix the necessary repairs.Definitely check TOP MOTORS out for your next vehicle purchase. He has great deals and he isn t pushing/aggressive at all.It seems like he enjoys what he does rather then just making an extra dollar. Greatly appreciated his excellent customer care. Looking forward to doing business with this company again in the future.***Please note, be sure to have the company s address and make sure you arrive at TOP MOTORS as my GPS took me to a different location; that seemed to share the same address but the quality of service was extremely poor. In fact be sure to as for Pablo specifically and you will receive great customer care and an experience you will NOT forget!

Yes I just purchased a 2006 Ford Ranger..and let me tell you it ride great..They was so helpful and work with me to put me in a vehicle....I highly recommend Top Motors if you're looking to purchase a car...

I ran across a car almost exactly what I wanted, a 2004 Honda CRV on marketplace and I had to check it out. When I got there Pablo and his wife were very friendly and told me what I needed to know, let my mother and I check out the car and take it for a short test drive and everything is perfect. Very nice and friendly service. They use their personal numbers to check on you, tell you what you need to know for the deal, etc so it s nice they had constant communication with me. This is the first time I ve ever looked at a car at a dealership and it didn t feel like a dealership, they were very nice and genuine. They didn t mind me taking it for a longer test drive and take it to my mechanic so I can check it out further so that was nice as well. They made the buying process really easy and understandable. Overall I enjoyed meeting them and making sure I got the car I loved.

Great customer service! I never write reviews but I had to today, Pablo was refreshingly pleasant and enthusiastic about helping me through my visit. I bought my last vehicle over 10 years ago and decided it was time for an upgrade, I had been shopping around recently and unfortuately being the end of the month, other dealerships I visited were pushy and high pressure and made me uncomfortable since I know they were just trying to meet a quota. After reading other reviews, I decided to visit Top Motor and I was not disappointed, Pablo was fantastic! He was very friendly and conversational, we had a great time and spoke about things completely unrelated to cars and really made me feel welcome and satisfied with my purchase. I would highly recomend Top Motor to anybody interested in an honest and friendly dealership, they do still exist! Thank you Pablo!

Great dealership, clean cars, and reasonably priced. Bought a 2011 Honda Civic like new. Owner was very helpful and attentive. Definitely recommend this place for first time car buyers

Absolutely outstanding customer experience!! Mr.Pablo helped me through every part of my first time buying a car! The car was also in top condition and the price was also amazing. All in all, I would certainly recommend this business to anyone looking for an affordable car!!

Pablo is a fair and honest man. He is dedicated to his business but also very mindful of the customer. We were able to test drive the car and take it our mechanic. He lowered the price (honestly more than I expected) when we found issues with the car to ensure that we would have sufficient funds to repair it. (He offered to fix it as well, but I wanted to take it to my own mechanic). He was also very gracious letting my three small boys run around while we were filling out paperwork. He even gave my older two boys coloring books! I came in very distrustful since our last experience at a different dealership was so bad, but Pablo definitely earned my trust that day. If I have to get a car from a dealership again I will definitely try Top Motors first.

Mr. Pablo was accommodating went above and beyond what he has to do as a small dealership. Always ready to answer any questions you may have. I got a great truck for a great price and very sweet family business. If you are looking for a vehicle I would highly recommend top motors LLC.

Great customer service everyone is very friendly. They are not pushy as in trying to get you to buy, you let them know what your budget is and they let you know which cars are in your range, and it's not just 1 or 2 cars they give you multiple cars and suv's to choose from. My down was cheap and so are my monthly payments. I would definitely recommend!
