Dropped of my car on my way in to work, was fearful that I needed a flat repair. Jim was very helpful and communicated with me the whole time. Every time I had to call, he answered right away. I was able to pick up my car the following day and all has been great since!

The best hands down!Took my car in for service (tires, rims, & alignment)I recommend this particular location!The staff was very professional!Over all if I need something done I'll be here first!I'm telling everyone what a great job you guys did.Humble humble greatly appreciated

I came in on an emergency situation where my daughter was on the side of the road with a blown tire. They stopped what they were doing fix the tire so that I can get back to her and get her off the road safely

Spoke with Wayne at at the Tyrenexck store in Portsmouth Va .My granddaughter s car was towed in for Lugnuts that were coming off and an old drain plug. They say was stripped well it was done at a another store, owned by the same people but yet they would not call and confirm they wanted to charge me an hours labor to remove the drain plug, which I thought was very unprofessional after asking them to contact the other store they refused so I called the other store which they were familiar with my granddaughter and her car and went over to pick the car up and said that they would take care of it . These guys are very unprofessional and rude. It s not about Customer Service it s about what goes into the cash register felt very uncomfortable, and was very unprofessional. I would never recommend the Tyreneck store to anyone.

Been tryna get my a/c fixed all summer long from them but they diagnosed me with two other things that wasn't the problem after I told them what I think the issue is it's like they refuse to even diagnose it... I only went to them because of my warranty and I get it done for free but they won't even call the company and see if they cover what they fixed , they just say "the warranty probably isn't going to cover that" .... Worse experience ever

Very disappointed with this place. I requested an appointment for a state inspection online a month ago, which I recieved confirmation for. When I arrived for my appointment today, I was told that this facility doesn't have a state inspector, despite my appointment for only a state inspection. Would not recommend, unless you want to waste your time.

This place has bad reviews, but it must be from previous management because I received A+ service. Jos� was obviously short handed, but he made sure we understood and felt good about our purchase before proceeding. He had several customers waiting, but he managed to keep them all happy while they waited. I will definitely go back for my next service.

This location has terrible communication and customer service. Don t waste your money bc they don t have many master mechanics and the other techs are lazy and unprofessional. If they mess up something they will tell you I don t know what to tell you . Seems like they are more interested in communicating with the local junkies that pass by instead of working Mr Broderick would be very disappointed in the service being provided unless he s too is just another establishment not care about the customer but very interested in their money. Mr Williams or Wilson and his techs on staff on Saturday 10/8 should be retrained in mechanical professionalism and communication .who has a car ready for pick up gets paid and all the pieces to car aren t even in the car or on it. ( he had to go look for it after talking to the tech which I know they dropped the ball just by not even having enough decency to lock battery or put the engine cover back on. Absolutely unsatisfactory customer service. Traveled hours to pick up a care that can be driven. Close this establishment until you have properly trained staff.

I have been coming here since Bob. Met. Nick today for the first time. The service is amazing, friendly. Outstanding customer service. I referred a friend a while back, and she love the service as well. It is so nice to come to a place of business and be treated like family. Keep up the good work. Thank You Nick for making my day. Mr. Todd and the staff did an amazing job. Mr. Todd explained everything to me regarding my car and everything was fixed perfectly! I appreciate their great work and will definitely bring my car back if I need any other work done to my car.

Just left after coming in for 4 new tires and I am so thankful i chose this location!! On the phone Keith was very helpful with information which was nice but the exceptional customer service i received from Chris once arriving was beyond! From the moment i arrived he set out to help me in every way. When i realized the tires i thought i needed weren t what i needed i panicked! Chris put me at ease let s see what we can do for you ... i came in wanting to spend a certain amount and Chris ensured i didn t spend a penny over. Literally, customer service out of this world. My whole day is better because of this place just genuine care for what they do. I have been here many times and will continue to come back and I recommend this location 100 times over! VERY WONDERFUL STAFF!!! I ll continue to travel from Virginia Beach and pass 100 locations just to come here. They are awesome, for real.

Again, these people, including Courtney and Chris have been the best at helping me with my vehicle issues. Their customer service skills are great, personalable and professional. They are knowledgeable of the issues and options and are willing to offer suggestions for the best value.Their inspectors recently advised me against a particular service I came for advised me on the correct service.Good service. I go back again because of these things. Never had a issue.

Matt and Todd are great! They are both very knowledgeable and helpful! We have been going here for many years and trust them completely! The guys in the garage are great as well! They all go above and beyond in helping us and keeping our cars running and safe!

Amazing customer service! I showed up twenty minutes before they closed with a nail in my tire. They took my car in without question, stayed about 30 minutes past closing time and fixed the tire. This location has always had great service and will continue to use them for our vehicles!

Great, Good, they are wonderful peoples to know. I goes to Tire choice for everything pertaining to my car and my husband truck , the Customer Services are Great and they explains everything to their customers and you can speak to them by their names and that goes along way I don't have no complains. Mat, Tod,and Sean, and Ryan, Robert and another Matt and Sean they are very respectful and I just keep taking my vehicle named BLESSED to them. Keep up the Good work guys . Thank you all.

I'm very satisfied with my first time here! I was able to drop my car off and get my oil change done while I went back to work. My car was ready in no time! The technician noted the necessary recommendations that my car needed. Mr. Todd was very professional and courteous. He made sure that I understood everything. I'm looking forward to returning soon!

These guys are awesome. Ordered some tires from tire rack and made in appointment. Walked in and had my car worked on within 10 minutes. While it was on the lift and they were fitting the tires, I asked if I could do something under my car and they were cool with it and even offered me some of their tools. They did a great job with the tires and could not ask for better professional service. Also, they informed me on some things I needed but did NOT try to upsell me or scam me like some other places might try (granted they could tell I was a car guy). 10/10 and will be back again.

I would not take my car here for service. I was literally the 3rd person in line when they first opened. The lady ahead of me requested an inspection and the manager told her she was up next. I requested an inspection as well but I was going to drop my car off. All day I did not hear a peep from the store. I called at 3:38pm for a status. The manager told me there were two cars ahead of me. I was surprised to hear that being I was the 3rd person in line. He said he would call me if there were any delays. Not one word before 6pm, their closing hours. I went back to the store at 630. I had to knock to get in and the manager tells me they didn't get to it. TERRIBLE! I totally understand that the company has to make money with repairs. But please do not lie to people. If I didnt show up, the manager would have never called me with an update. I took my car and left. Is this a standard practice?! If you checkout the Yelp reviews, there are many other complaints. Especially about mgmt. Bring your business elsewhere.

Took my van for much repairs and spoke to the manager Matt he listened to what I was saying. Very pleasant and helpful knew his job. He took my keys and to my surprise they had my van in the shop within 5 minutes. They checked the van over, then Matt explained what I needed and the cost. I scheduled an appointment to bring it back. Then when I came Matt was off, and I dealt with Seth very nice and he also knew his job. He told how long it would take and he would call when the van was ready. Estimate time was 3 hours and in 2 hours I was done . That store awesome I will recommend to all know. Thanks Matt and Seth. Good job
