This shop charged me for work that was never preformed but was needed as part of the service I requested and paid for. I bought 4 new tires from this location and they didn t balance the tires yet they charged me for it and it s on my receipt, I attempted to take the car back and their service writer told me he would not work on my car and that they did not balance my tires, yet the charge is on my receipt and you have to have new tires balanced. I had to pay another shop to correct the work Tire Choice refused to do or fix. As of now they still are refusing a refund for the service they charged me for but didn t preform. Ripping off the their customers is what this shop does best, if I could rate them zero stars I would. My suggestion to anyone considering using any Tire Choice location is to find any other shop to preform the work you are paying for, at least then you have a chance the work will actually be completed, because once they have your money they don t care about the customer and it shows.

John and Reggie are great ,they know how to treat customers. They told me what I needed for repairs and I did some today and will come back in 2 weeks for the rest. Very fair prices.

Mr. Myrick Is knowledgeable and personable. As I explain the issue with my car, I could tell that I had his full attention and that he was interested in finding a solution. A solution was found and my car was returned to me in a short amount of time thank for Mr. Myrick.

They seemed extremely fair and honest on the State Inspection, but for another vehicle they charged us $650 to charge A/C and refill the freon. I have been looking up prices for automobile freon and their price was a bit steep. **Follow-up: changing my rating from three to five stars. The manager called me this morning explaining there had been a bill coding error and he was processing a significant refund. That's excellence and integrity. Thank you, Choice Tire!!!!

Came here for a vehicle inspection and the techs helped me fix a problem I've been having for years. Saved me over $600 from a previous quote I had to repair the same problem. They are thorough and fair and I really fell like the helped me out. Not even mentioning how hospitable and kind everyone is. Sincerely appreciate them and I will be returning.

1 start is the minimum I can give but trust me, if I could I would give less than 1. My truck understandably failed inspection for the license plate lights. They wanted to charge me 42 dollars to instal new ones. Thats a bit steep for me so I changed them myself right in front of them. The lights now are working but the employees refuse to give me the pass sticker right at the moment so I had to wait (they did it because they can). Once it passed they placed the sticker all crooked as a retaliation. Never had I ever dealt with so unreasonable business before. No more of my money going to those guys.

Friendly folks, tries were mounted and balanced, alignment complete. Can't complain.UPDATE: Second trip to this shop, about a year after the above trip. Different vehicle this time. I'm glad that they have someone that can align a Ford Twin-Traction Beam suspension. This design went out of production about 20 years ago. Its getting hard to find a shop that knows how to do a proper alignment on it. Again, good service.

Horrible customer service. How are you going to have time slots for state inspections but call the customer to cancel it and say it s first come first serve ? so why even put it on your website as an option to make an appointment.

John and the guys helped fixed my tires when another local tires shop out in Suffolk on Main Street next to Wendy s decided to put a rock in my brand new tire valve so my rear tire was at 20psi by the end of my work day and they also did not reset my tire pressure sensors and told me it should go away. Tim must think I m an idiot. But I know John and the boys at Tire Choice are honest and take care of me within their scope of work.

Not happy ,I went there because my car wasn't picking up speed. They drove it told me it needed a few things the. Bill was almost $ 900 .I drove off car was still not picking up speed. I went back an was told oh you need to replace your catalytic converter, we don't do that. Then why did they touch my car?

Im not sure if it a auto thing but this is the 2nd time I left opened my hood and my cap is twited sideways still open for an oil change . CHECK YOUR OIL CAPS. $500 for a tune up as well...Really?

I was desperate since the inspection is required by my job to get done to get access to certian areas. I came in for an inspection and they did a good job of telling me my major issues and what do I have to do to pass.The issue is when they price started pricing everything out and it was outrageous, for simple stuff for example.1 Tire Change ($230)Simple Headlight Replacement + 1 Bulb ($630)Bulb Replacements + A realignment Headlights + Misc cost($170)I couldn't believe it. I would avoid this place at all cost, lots of near by shops that are willing to do everything for HALF the price even heck do it yourself. Spending 150+ (Overprice) to replace simple items like bulbs. I was giving no power for any type of discount or negotiable for my end cost after only probably 1 hour of work. I got finesse but "fool me once, shame on you. y'all won't get me this time. and I ended up passing after paying the outrageous amount.

Have brought my jeep in a few times now and every time has been great. Excellent staff, work quickly with no run around. Definitely recommend.Update: Great service once again. Took care of me on a few upkeep services today....friendly, efficient, and easy to work with!

Got a nail in my tire with a slow leak and was seen right away at Tire Choice. Very professional, friendly, and quick! I was able to watch the entire process and Isiah was very informative and knowledgeable. I will come back here with tire problems in the future!

Had an awesome experience getting my oil changed. As soon as I walked in I was met with a smile and John was awesome. My technician Robert who took care of my oil changed and informed me of my brakes needing repair and printed me out an estimate was equally as awesome. As a woman we all know how it feels sometimes when we take our car in to a repair shop but I have to say this was an excellent experience.

This place really really appreciates their customers and takes of them. They treat you very well. I will not go to another Tire Choice other than this one. I travel 45 minutes just to come here. They won me over for as long as they are here. Thank you so much for the outstanding customer service. Especially the Manager he is A1.

I have Brought my car here several times, and have always had a great experience. The most recent time I brought it in, I had an issue with my splash guard on the bottom of my car hanging down and Will did a great job of helping me out. He was very quick to fix my car and I had barely 10 minute wait time

I recommend any and everybody let these good people perform work on your automobile. John, Will, and Steve have been handling my Penny for about two years now and I have yet to have an issue. They're honest and informative, and I simply just wont let anybody else touch my car, family included. Yeah, they definitely will retain my business.

Staff was professional and friendly. Extremely knowledgeable. Didnt sugar coat any issues. Need a second opinion on my brakes that were done at Nissan, they gave me their honest opinion. Needless to say I will definitely return to this location.
