I recently purchased my 2004 Hummer H2 from Gary and Marty over at Prestige and would recommend anyone searching for a vehicle to give them a call. They're easy to work with and aren't satisfied until you're satisfied. They worked as hard as they could to assist me and I greatly appreciate all their hard work and efforts. And Marty, this guy is a true character lol GREAT charismatic guy and always upbeat energetic personality. Stop by and check them out anytime... Much respect and appreciation to these gentlemen right here...

Hey, seems to me that there are a lot of one star reviews for this dealership. And when someone from the dealership replies, very nasty and degrading, and how they speak to the people that have purchased a vehicle from them. Why would you do such a thing and talk to people that way when you re the one making mistakes by not getting proper plates and titles to your customers and keeping their cars there to be fixed For a great length of time and probably at the expense of the owner trying to find another way to get to work when you have a vehicle waiting to get fixed for over a month. I was planning on purchasing a vehicle from you, but after reading all the reviews, I must say that my conscience will certainly not let me go in your direction. May the Lord forgive you for your sins. Please repent and be saved.

The car was online, but not at the shop when we went to buy it. It was supposed to be getting inspected. With supposedly no issues,it took a week to get back. If Gary answered, he never had an answer to any questions. The hood didn't lock closed, the tires were practically bald, and there were a bit more miles on it than advertised. Paid the small loan through a finance company they work with in two months, but got the run around for the title because Prestige never sent in the paperwork to the dmv. The dmv and finance company both said they're waiting on Prestige. Gary kept saying the info is with the dmv, but not put on Microfiche yet, whatever that means. I would never deal with them again or refer anyone to them, ever.

I can t begin to explain how happy I am with my experience with Prestige. I have been searching for a new vehicle for weeks and have been hitting a lot of dead ends because of my unfortunate credit situation, I happened to drive by prestige on my way to another dealer when I noticed my dream jeep sitting on their lot and decided to stop. It took a couple of days to work things out on my end but Marty and Gary were friendly, honest, and straightforward. They were very communicative through the entire process, never once did I feel like I was being judged on my situation. I walked in there expecting to get shot down immediately, but after a few days I left with the Jeep Wrangler I ve always wanted, an awesome monthly payment, and even a little fatherly advice from Marty.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHADY BUSINESSMy husband & I put a down-payment on a car for our son in March 2019. Car was to be ready in 2 weeks. In April, part not in. In May, salesman aka owner, Marty, out sick, June, July, August no car. We've missed his birthday & graduation & we are coming to dealership at least twice a week for updates because no one answers calls.In September, we finally get a car. Paid in full. It's not the one we originally selected but same model. We purchased license plates through dealership that were never received.In December 2019, my son has an accident. We can't complete the insurance claim because Prestige has yet to give us a title.It is March 2021 we still have not received plates or title. Let me repeat DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES

I am going to start with the positive things about our experience with Prestige, and then I will delve into the problems. If some of my problems get resolved, I'm happy to change my rating and update my review.If you don't want to read the details, the good is a seemingly nice car for a good price, and a lot of positive verbal agreements and promises. The negatives are poor customer service after the car had been bought, lack of follow-through on agreements, lack of timely communication, and somewhat unprofessional.We bought our vehicle in early October 2018. The vehicle we bought is nice and was priced well. It seems to be in condition and should be a good fit for us for many years. They gave us a fair trade-in deal. When we were buying the vehicle, they we're timely in answering and very accommodating. The front console in the van was busted and Marty worked to find a used one that wasn't busted to replace it. They also, of course, detailed the car before we bought it.Now for the issues: The very first thing we encountered was that the van had a big sticker on it claiming it only had one owner. When you look at the Carfax (which Prestige provided free of charge), it was abundantly clear the van had had 2 previous owners. We went and viewed the car, and then were able to take it for the evening to our mechanic and such (positive). When we went at 10:30 the next morning to return it, there was nobody there and the door was locked. When I called Marty he was on the way, but this was just a little bit unprofessional, especially when we had discussed returning it before 11am. The paperwork process took a LONG time, which I understand happens, but they had the van for 4+ days with our deposit, knowing we would be purchasing. It just feels like they should have been able to draw up the paperwork ahead of time so we could just sign it all. After we looked at the car, had our mechanic look at it, and test drive it, we had a small list of things we wanted fixed. They fixed a broken piece and replaced the console, but there were also things we were told would get done, but didn't. The tires were missing caps on the air valves and we were told those would be replaced. They weren't. We were also told it would be filled with windshield wiper fluid (at my request), and it wasn't. The TPMS light is on in the vehicle and Marty told us that he would get that squared away. He said the tires were not filled up the the "code" and that we have to drive it a certain amount at a certain speed to get the light to reset. He also told us if it doesn't reset to bring the car back and they will check the sensors. Over 3 weeks later and the light hasn't reset. We will see if he makes this right if time comes to that. When we had been discussing buying the car and such, we were told multiple times what we would be given 2 new keys (we were told this because the one key that they had is literally taped together, because it is broken). After we had paid and we were walking out the door to leave, we were handed an UNCUT key, and told another one would be sent to our house. Long story short he ended up agreeing to pay to have it e the first one cut, that never happened, and we have sinced gone and paid for it on our own. We were told a manual would be ordered and sent directly to our house. Maybe it is on the way, but that was almost 4 weeks ago and one has not arrived yet. Maybe it will arrive soon with the second uncut key.I guess I would say the experience was fine, since we got a nice car at a good price. However, the customer service has been lacking, especially since we bought the car and drove away. We were given lot of verbal promises and guarantees and there was a lot of talk of wanting to help and do right by customers. Unfortunately, that hasn't been the case.Hopefully we will continue to be in touch and things will be made right. I hope they can get organized and work our their kinks, because they seem to have fair prices on decent vehicles.

It's not Prestige it's Kool Automotive, the owner seems open and honest, and they have vehicles there but for the ones that aren't, they operate like a local carvana. They show you vehicles that are within your price range, with repair, and warranty included, you put a down payment, they go get the vehicle, then repair it at there shop. I just visited haven't bought anything yet.

I dropped a uhaul off today and Gary who works there has the worst attitude. I asked a question about why I was charged more money and he started raising his voice to me. Then he got up and started to follow me out side like he was going to assault me. He scared my wife. If this is how they treat there military members I dint want to know how they treat everyone else. I have filed a complaint with Uhaul. So beware anyone who goes to this place of business.

I got lucky!!!! I went into Prestige Auto to purchase a vehicle, as soon as we walked in we were greeted by Shlomo. He was very friendly and nice, however I have purchased used vehicles and I know what to expect. I let him know my situation and was honest and upfront. He offered me a 2006 NIssan Versa for monthly payments of $331. I felt this was a little high but considering my situation I was willing to accept it. However when I proceeded to ask him about paying it off early he was like "no you don't want to do that" Immediate red flag. I ultimately decided to not buy a vehicle from Prestige for that very reason. However, I went to another lot and got a newer car for cheaper payments and they did not have a problem with me wanting to pay off the car early.

I disapprove of this company. I brought a car from here and it Literally broke down on me on the 31th day that I had it. The engine went out. When contacting prestige to inform them of the issue, they kept giving me the run around. It took a month and a couple of week for the owner to decide that he was going to help me. He made a plan for me to pay half of the cost because i didn't get the warranty. Ever since then I had to replace the alternator, battery, Fuel pump.The car is currently not running due to another issue that i have to take to the shop for, while i still making payments on the car. I spoke to many people word of mouth with the similar issue with this company. I disapproved of Prestige. I wish i would of talk to the people who also disapprove prestige before i signed anything.

Beware! They sell vehicles with pre-existing issues (informed within 30 days) and do not inform the customers. And they only want to provide $250 toward a $3000 repair and still expect you to pay your down payment. They lost a awesome employee that is in the great reviews here plus a customer for life. I will be going back to my prior dealer on future purchases.

My husband and myself had an awesome experience with Prestige Auto. They were very honest, upfront, and easy to work with. Duante was an excellent salesman and Shlomo sealed the deal and kept his word. If you are looking for a car I most definitely recommend these guys!!!!

Bought my car from here and less than a month had nothing but problems with it both transmission and engine problems. When I called them their response was basically it s not their problem anymore. The warranty I paid an extra $2000 for doesn t even cover the issues I m having. Also their financing programs are super shady. STAY AWAY!

Was shown a car that was priced about $5000 over where it should have been. Terrible outer body work, inside smelled, inside was tore up, and had trouble starting.Credit was run more than once without permission, and after calling to ask why was treated very poorly.Customer service is found nowhere near the Prestige auto group

Shlomo and his team have always been so good to me. Very honest, reliable, and knowledgeable people. They are family oriented so when you walk in, you feel like you are at home. The customer service I have recieved there is incredible. I'v bought multiple vehicles from here and never had an issue with them. Thanks for everything guys!!!!!

They set up a payment arrangement with me for the remainder down payment. Paid of the amount I was told I still owe them . Then a month later they send me garnish papers for an amount after I paid the amount they said I owe them . Try calling to see if I could resolve the matter. But never received a call back from that NATALIE. But it's alright God don't like ugly. I see you got like what 3 car in your lot now. .last time I will deal with the Conner dealer.

I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to this place they have an off and on switch that controls the car my husband and I came into an situation which we could only make half of a payment and the girl Natalie turn the car off and told us we needed the full payment in order for her to turn it back on. Nalatlie her attitude is very nasty and the other people that sit behind that glass along with her are very difficult to deal with. Despite the bad reviews we read we still dicided to still take a chance biggest mistake we've made by far I'm sure this review will get deleted just like all the other bad reviews TAKE YOUR MONEY elsewhere

I had an awesome experience Dec 2014 purchasing my Lexus RX-350 at Prestige from Keith! I bought an 05 Dodge Dakota from these people three days later my transmission went out. When I took it back to them it is been sitting there and I'm still waiting on them to fix my transmission... I would not recommend anyone buying a car from these people...When I went back up there to check on my transmission oh, they called the police on me... I'm still waiting to get my truck back, that I already bought and paid for it , belongs to me and the lender . They got their money and now they don't give a s*** about me and my truck...

Dont waste your time with these ppl. I didnt even get to inquire about the cars available before i was turned off by one of the employees working here. I simply asked about the sign and the disrespect instantly started by him lying about their own advertisement. Condescending and disconnected from the customers. Stay away from this place all together... Let them know how powerful a collective voice can be. Shame on them for having such a clown in their roster.

Just left this dealership, and I have never been treated so rude I walked in and the man yells across room never looking up at me , I ask about the inventory and pay here that is advertised. He then went in a rant of what money I had to put down Never looking at me I explained I want to know the how it worked and he turn to me and say look down payment start at 2000 do u have that I have never been more insulted my own people I guess I didn't look like I had money you never know who walks though you doors I will go somewhere else give them my money I sure will let everyone know that this was horrible customer service and I have been in the field over 20 yrs be. blessed , please excuse grammar I'm mad

Worst experience for me and my fianc� , this place is so untrusted worthy they took advantage of us being so young and needing a car. Would not recommend this place, there are better places to buy a good working car that won t give you problems.
