Jennifer, Jesse, Bristol, thank you for your help today. My wife's truck, needed a coolant temp sensor. (BTW thank you to my son Sage for reading the codes for me.) The location for said sensor eluded me and they took the time to work together to get me part and information I needed in a timely fashion. For as much as I'm here, they always treat me like it's my first time. (That's saying a lot considering some people will wonder around Walmart if they're bored. I will wonder around O'Reilly's. I mean retail therapy is still retailed therapy right )

This auto parts store is surrounded by other auto parts store within 1 miles....Advance Auto parts, AutoZone, Napa areAll within one mile of this O'Reilly's Auto parts....The employees as well as the manager did not greet me did not offer to help me...Three associates in the store and no one wants to help..Tall white female at the cash registerHeavy set black gentleman behind the counter as well ( he looks like the manager)And one more employee in the back working...One other customer in the store besides me...Piss poor and unacceptable....No one gives a dam ....not the associates, not the manager, not the DM....WOW...Nothing will be done about this....I can guarantee that I can walk in this location again and the same thing happens....

3/2024 - bought an alternator. Within 6 months it was warrantied and the warranty replacement failed after 2 day.Favorite location for auto parts. Fast friendly service and very accomodating. Mil discounts be sure to ask.

Ricardo was totally awesome! He went above and beyond to get me the correct windshield wipers and install them properly. His energy and enthusiasm was refreshing. He processed my return exchange efficiently and recommended a better quality product that would likely perform better based on his personal ownership. He was excited to confirm my Military Discount and apply it to save me money. He invited me back to personally assist me and my family with our automotive needs. I enjoyed my first visit to this location and will definitely be back based on his professional assistance and expertise.

Got to work together with a fine representative of O' Reilly's Auto parts store. Sales Rep installed a new Battery and wind shield wipers. Very Professional Representative. The Shop Mechanic was a Top of the line mechanic aptitude. An excellent sales promoter for O' Reilly's

Great customer service. I went in frustrated. I had been to two different stores and couldn't find what I wanted. The Advance Auto Team Members were too busy chatting amongst themselves to help me. Patrick greeted me when I came into the store, asked if I needed help, told me exactly where the items were that I needed, went to retrieve one while I got the other, and then made sure I had what I needed for my project. He was quick, thorough and professional.

The staff here helped me solve my part problems but also cared about me as a human. I had a personal problem while completing my purchase and an employee came out from behind the counter to make sure I was ok. The employees here went above and beyond to support me all around. Small store but had what I needed. The employee that assisted me was professional and nice. He did build a good rapport within the short period we spoke and was a lot of help with getting what I needed. I appreciated the patience he had and calm demeanor. He seemed to know what to do and where to go to get what I was requesting.

Having been to this store on multiple occasions I have found the auto parts technicians are knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. Also, if the part you are looking for is not in their system there is a willingness to point you in the right direction to find what you are looking for. Their willingness to do more than the minimum is a rare quality in customer service and much appreciated. This is an excellently managed store.

Came in with like 3 different problems and the person behind the counter quickly and efficiently solved them. Recommend their personal preference on each product. Store was a bit crowded, but that's to be expected. The employees handled the mid day rush perfectly, got everything I need and came out the store with more knowledge of a vechile then when I went in. Thanks :)

Barely a one star. I went to O'Reilly's last Friday to purchase a battery for my son's car. Jacob waited on me. From the start, I knew this purchase was going to be an adventure as none of staff adhered to the mask regulations and receiving an unsolicited "wise crack" about having to install a battery on Friday. After some discussions about the battery choice, I finally agreed to purchase the premium battery. About 15 minutes into the removal of the old battery and installation the new battery, he realized the battery poles were incompatible to the battery cables in the vehicle. We went back into the store and I was credited @$4.00 for a less expensive car battery, even though the battery price differential was somewhere between $15.00 to $20.00. I didn't debate the Jacob because I was now getting anxious to leave. Our adventure continued with the installation of the new battery. After waiting an excessive time for the install of the latest battery, Jacob lost one of the retaining nuts, and had the audacity to ask me me go to aisle 7 of the store to purchase additional nuts. Naturally, I refused. After 30 -plus minutes at the store, I left the O'Reilly parking lot without my battery properly installed. In conclusion, I have been a fan of O'Reilly's in the past, but this experience has left a very bad impression with me. I am unlikely to return.......

I'm always pleased with the service I get here. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. And the one thing that really pleases me is they don't try to push products on you or force you to buy something if they feel like you can fix it on your own. I've gone in here several time for free check engine light diagnosis and each time the employee doing the service told me how to fix it myself rather than going and buying some expensive piece and replacing it.This type of service had brought me back here time and time again whenever I do need to purchase things like headlights, windshield wipers, batteries; the list goes on and on. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for products or information to stop in here; truly "car guys/gals!"

The salesman Christopher was super helpful today. My daughter and I came in for new windshield wipers for her car. Even though it was raining and the wipers were being difficult he diligently tried and made sure that she had the correct ones. So thankful for his patience.

Would take back my on line purchase. After 2 weeks the battery jumper stopped recharging. Manager said wouldn't take it back because it was used dahhhh

Stopped to get parts and only 2 people working in the store. One lady was at the register and was new and the other was an assistant manager from another store. The ast manager set on a bucket and was talking on her phone. More concerned with whatever was on the phone than customers....Wow. Have a commercial account there as well and the new lady didn't know how to look it up so I didn't even worry with it. Guess I'll just move account to a store that worries about customers and not cell phones...

I don't like sales staff making nonesensable efforts to cover their attempt to surveil you. That's what they do at this store and I resent it. It's BS for them not to think folks are to slow to recognize their actions.

I'm giving this one star, because they dont allow no stars. The "parts experts" are extremely rude! They have no problems telling you you are wrong when it comes to parts for your vehicle. They get offended if you tell them they are incorrect. I have been working on my vehicle for 13 years, and in the middle of a major rebuild, but if you go in looking for a specific part they will either tell you that that vehicle doesn't come equipped with it, or talk to you like you dont understand english. I have dealt with Barry twice at that location, and I must say he is by far the worst customer service provider I have ever met! He always sounds like you have caused him some great pain by asking for a part, or he treats you like you have no idea what you are talking about. If you need a part I suggest you go to a different location, or go across the street where the service is a little better. Definitely never going to this O'Reilly's again!

I have been to several of their locations in the local area and I've always found fast friendly service highly recommend them over Advance or AutoZone. The prices are comparable between all.
