Don t bring your car to them I paid them 840$ and my car was broke the same day I got it. Brought it back to them after it broke a few days later. They didn t refund me and the police didn t do anything. I will be taking further legal action.

I've lived in the neighborhood here for 5 years now and I wish I'd found these guys earlier, but I'm glad to have at least discovered them about a year ago now. They have done tire mounting and brake work for me as well as inspections etc. It's really nice to have found a place close to me, that far undercuts my dealership on price and time. I always get in here fast, never wait long at all while they work on my car, and everyone is always very nice to me and makes me feel like they are glad to help. Glad to find friendly service right around the corner from me. Grateful for their help!

I purchased my Navigator this past March. I am completely satisfied and wonderfully impressed with the entire process including an exceptionally professional service department. Thank you Rick, Taylor and Jessica and general staff. My experience at Kool Automotive on High Street in Portsmouth was nothing short of pleasant and stress free. A special thank you to Jessica, the service department manager who not only made the unpleasant task of car repair not as painful as I have experienced in the past elsewhere. I was offered a free loaner car while my vehicle was being repaired, and when additional out of area parts were needed, a special weekend time was set up for me to return for the completion of the installation of a new radio and back up after market camera. I lost no time from work. The general staff equally showed kindness, often asking if there was anything I needed. 5 stars from me, a very satisfied customer. By the way, this was my 3rd vehicle purchased at Kool Automotive, Portsmouth Virginia over the years. Thanks again.

So far i have needed and received service here twice. Recently my back window shattered and my hatch was dented in. They took my car in immediately and was completely fixed in just a few days. Looks like nothing even happened. They provided excellent customer service and kept me updated through texts. I will return when i am need of their service again.

Very bad customer service.I was fooled and conned by the dealer. The car I bought was overheated on me on the way going to back to my house.I was told by Toyota dealership that found vehicle to have junkyard engine installed.So the car have no factory warranty since they installed used engine.The mileage is not accurate. It doesn t match with the engine. The engine has 150000k mileage and on the odometer is 30000k.When I was buying the car. They told me if I have engine, transmission & powertrain etc problem. They will take it back as your word. When I contacted them they refused to take it back.So I spent couple thousand dollars to replace an engine. I lost a lot of money as well the value of the car.Never buy a car from this dealershipNever trust this dealership.

Do not buy a car from this dealership, they will keep patching up what s wrong with your car until the small warrantee you have with them will expire. It was no problem for me to fix the car, it s just that they continue to play a cat and mouse game to avoid paying anything extra.

Poor quality of work. I took my car here for repairs on an insurance claim. After initial repairs I had to take it back because they did not not fix everything and left damaged parts (bent wheel) on my car.I had to drive my car to Florida and my car started to make noise again. Turns out they cross threaded a bolt in my steering linkage and decided to try to glue it back together with liquid gasket or something instead of fixing the issue. Poor quality of work, poor quality assurance.

My car had VERY MINOR damage, and USAA set us up here to be checked out. It was so minor they were able to remove my front bumper and use a heat gun to repair it. Do you think they checked my factory installed fog lights were connected and working when they were done? Naaaaa that would be too easy! Then the discussion happens of Hmmmm? Is this caused by the accident??? No, FOOL, it s caused by the REPAIR! I m no rocket scientist, but you remove my bumper and put it back on, but now BOTH fog lights don t work? Thank you USAA for setting me up with First Team Toyota to have Kool s screw up fixed! I won t use Kool for anything and initially we were going to return to get a car for my husband, but we will return to First Team Toyota!

Poor quality work. After they try to rush you on your purchase; you get poor customer service, ducking and dodging and passing the buck. Lots of excuses. Muscle always says Taylor Kool isn't in. They need that so called security because they scam so many people. No stars.Rude and incompetent! Workers seem to be on something. Where do they find them! Cheap labor perhaps?? Jessica so called leading the pack! SMH! General Manager makes his own hours. Comes in when the mood strikes him or does his flunky Ken just give him a call?? And this place scored high on BBB site; what a joke! Whose palms are being greased? What a joke! Never again!!

The most unprofessional staff I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Openly mocking your customer in an arrogant fashion is not a good business model. I could not have been more angry at how they treated me as a customer.

I called Taylor, told him what I could afford monthly and how much I could put down on a car. He made the deal happen within those parameters and I was in and out of the dealership driving home in my new car within 30 minutes.

I came to KOOL AUTOMOTIVE to bring my car in for service and got more than i expected.. The service was tremendous the Service Advisior was very kind and resourceful..I would tell anybody to go to KOOL AUTOMOTIVE if they want great service and great hospitality...Oh and the prices are'nt bad at all....

DO NOT BUY FROM HEREthey are scammers...they supposedly fixed my car...but in doing that they damaged it even more. ..but now they won't admit it..They don't deserve to even be open..they should get sued

I had my state inspection done and tires rotated here but I would come here for pretty much any maintenence or repair
