Chris was amazing! It was my husband first time at jiffy lube and Christopher.S gave him such an amazing experience he is considering coming back. He wasn t even aware it was my husbands first time. He was informative and patient with us in explaining what we needed to get done and where we could go to find it at a more affordable rateAnd he was personable and upfront about everything and letting us know the severity level of each thing.

The gentleman who assisted me was very kind. They were quick which was great because I was also in a hurry and they were able to install my windshield wipers! I was able to get everything I need done within 15 min

Positives: windows cleaned, in and out fast. Giving three stars but there was no arguing just felt extremely pushy and coerciveFirst employee was nice enough but the manager tried to tell me I had to get an over expensive oil for my cars oil change not asking me what oil I've been using already cause when you switch to full synthetic you can't really go backwards from that and it's expensive, I pretended not to know about cars just to see how far this would go.I'm disappointed at how much I was being pushed to get charged and quoted for things I was not asking and more and then be told things are worse than they've been I've been going through a rough enough time than to come and be talked into stuff about my car I'll be paying close attention to how my car acts after this.

It did not take long for an oil change and to do a diagnostic to see if there's any other things to change or fill too fast, then they never reset my check engine lights off. They even told me they would vacuum my truck. I don't think they did

I didn t like the fact that the price is had initially agreed upon wasn t discovered until AFTER the service was done. I will never understand why proper communication is nonexistent when it comes to people s money. It s ridiculous but it s fine. If you agree to a discount and find out that isn t so why wouldn t you tell the customer so they can make a decision?

The technicians are very nice and professional, but the facility is horrible. The waiting room is totally run down, bathroom is out of order, no live TV to watch, no coffee or water and it smells like a sewer.

Outstanding service! I almost can t wait till it s time to change my oil again to give this guys my money. I was very impressed how smooth things were from beginning to end.

Came here with my mom so she could get and oil charge and I can say I m glad I do not use their services at all. The mechanic tried to get my mom to pay over 50 for a air filter change; luckily we had a chance to think about it so she told him never mind. Then he quoted her 92 for her oil change (fair enough) however when she used Groupon to pay for her service she was up-charged because it was a third party service and the mechanic Blatantly stated that jiffy lube will charge what they will charge in order to get their money back from using a third party.Oh and we waited over two hours before her vehicle was even seen..Highly disappointed with this place. Do better

I went in for an oil change they were very busy but exceptionally polite. They changed my oil and for what I purchased fully synthetic it was a good deal.However the best part of The Visit was when I walked but I walked outside I noticed that my front headlight had gone out the mechanic whose name was William saw me looking at it and offered to put in my headlight right there in the parking lot.A very great place.Service: Oil change

Went for a conventional oil change as I usually do. While i was in the waiting room I overheard a mechanic saying he'd say "next time I'll just tell him we dont have any conventional" which reeks of coercing an unwanted more expensive oil change. Total disappointment. Waited 2 hours for a oil change. THEN UPCHARGED because I had Groupon; excuse was it was a third party system and jiffy lube will charge want they want in order to get there money back from Groupon. My Initial quote was $92 however, they tacked on additional charges once I used my Groupon. Total was now 120 and the mechanic kept flipping through the screen not allowing me to view the breakdown of the services. He wanted me to pay first before he would allow me to view the breakdown.Will NOT RETURN..Service: Oil change

I had went to get an oil change Jan. 2. They were unprofessional. The wait was long for a job they didn t even complete. They didn t properly screw on my oil pan cover. I had to drive to Mississippi the next day and it dragged the whole way. I had to rip it off once I got down to MS. They only replaced three of the screws. The rest were missing. They also didn t reset the oil sensor or tire pressure sensor. I had to take the car to the dealership to get it reset. If I would of known they were incapable of doing a proper job, I would of just brought it to the dealership to begin it. I highly recommend going else where. I m not one for rating reviews but it was the worst experience I ever had by far for a common service. Save your time and money!

This place was clean and chairs was 6 feet apart.Customer service was great and very informative before they service you. The wait time and service was 20 mins. They changed my oil and vacuum my car. That's EXCELLENT SERVICE WITHOUT ASKING AND PAYING. I will continue my service here as long as I keep getting this service. Loved my visit

I have been to this Jiffy Lube three times and every time they have tried to talk me out of having my car serviced. They always stress that there is a long wait (the one time I said I'd wait anyway, there wasn't) or the first thing they say is "Ya know our prices start at $50, right?" Well, you've convinced me. I won't use this location again. I can't help but wonder if the manager is actually aware that these kids are trying to turn customers away so they don't have to do work.

I would of gave it 0 stars but wasn't allowed to. I've been to this location twice. Each time has been exhausting. First time was a Thursday at 11am. The lead tech was running around like crazy, just him and another guy! Long wait and obviously flustered. Second time 45 minute wait on a Friday at 11 am just him and another tech! Trump is in office and the economy is good, hire more people! Like I said, 45 minute wait until a truck fell off the lift! Never told the waiting room full of people that the wait was going to be 2 hours! I left and will never go back. The location in western branch is awesome btw!

The manager is manager for a reason. Although they were swamped he took the time to assist me. The guy with the blue eyes. Now ,to the other young man .The young kings, in the future please consider your behavior and attitude and responce to a consumer even when you are busy." Ain't nobody got time to check no tire. We busy" ... was an inconsiderate , unprofessional , inappropriate response to a consumer. It made me ashamed of you sir.SHADE ALERT: that's why you ARE NOT the manager.

They changed the oil in my car so quickly. The very helpful staff let me know my coolant was low and were able to top it off for me. I will definitely go back here for my next oil change.

Everyone there was awesome. They were knowledgeable, didn t pressure me to get extra things done. Even held the door and opened my car door for me. I will definitely go back. It was a great experience and didn t take long at all.
