I appreciate this business so much. They have great customer service, and they really do stand behind their work and product. I've purchased tires from them many times, and I will continue to do business with them. Take advantage of the warranty they put in place, it has literally saved me hundreds. I highly recommend this place from one truck owner operators, all the way to big fleets.

I love this place. Just stopped into GTT Commercial Tire to have some new tires put on.Very happy with pricing, staff and technician. Just a good deal all the way around. From one trucker to another, it's not easy finding a fair deal in this industry, everybody thinks you're making a ton of money, that's not the case right now, so it's always a big deal when you can find someone to give you a fair deal and good pricing.THANKS TO JUAN, AND THE REST OF THE TECHS AND STAFF AT GTT THAT REALLY GO THE EXTRA MILE TO GIVE YOU A GOOD DEAL.

I have a 2006 Freightliner Columbia and I have put new tires on the rear of my truck before but this time I had to call Harold And ask him what did do to my truck because it never rodelike this sense I bought it back in 2014 !!They put new valve stems and balance bags!!!The financing was easy!!!! And they was very quick eight tires on and off within an hour!!!!! I will recommend this tire shop to anyone!!!!

Mr Brooks & Mr Juan worked up such a great deal for me I could not past it up! This place will be taken over 757 soon enough. I will definitely be back to see these guys any and everybody I highly recommend coming to check these guys out. The techs are super fast and very great at they job! 10out of 10 experience

Very unprofessional, applied for a job position. Signed a contract for employment and when I asked for a start date I was then ghosted by the company and management. I called several times and received no calls back. If you are interested in working here I would look somewhere else!

Great place! Brooks Bynum is your guy. He was very professional and patient with assisting me in getting approved for their in-house finance program which saved me from spending $2.3K upfront for 6 drive tires. Their crew is fast! If you need tires please reach out to Brooks and he will definitely do everything within his authority to assist you!

Round 2! First time I needed rubber I drove to the Richmond site. This time around I was happy to see there s a location now in my backyard Portsmouth! Same service same deals. Will be back again ..came back a 3rd time much different experience (see my more recent review)

I've been fond these guys ever since I met Kamard(1 of the owners) from Richmond. The prices are very reasonable, customer service is excellent and I didn't feel like they were trying to upsale or get over on me. I recommend these guys to any commercial truckers. Fair deals and good people!
