What incredible team Jerry, Matt, AJ, Steve. Jerry took a job to repaint my truck, that they don't normally do. Jerry from day one went over what they would be doing and pointed out things that needed to be done. Every time I came look at truck, Jerry took the time to go over things with me. Steve did all the teardown and prep work. The paint job he did on this truck looks better than it did from factory. Steve took his time to make sure everything was installed back correct. This body shop will be the only body shop I will use.

Did excellent work in good time. Dropped my car off on Nov 27th and picked it up on Dec 20th. We were in contact with AJ, great communication!

If ever I need another repair I will definitely take my vehicles to G Farish. My Nissan looked like it had never been in an a accident. They made sure my daughter had a rental during the repair work. It was well worth the wait. I am very satisfied honestly.

They did an excellent job on my vehicle. The body work was done professionally. All part used was original parts from the dealer. There was a minor issue, but they resolved it very quickly providing personal customer service. I recommend them to anyone that want great work done.

Everyone at George Farish Collision Center is wonderful. I use them for Fleet Repairs for the company I work for and I am so pleased with their work that I use them for my personal vehicles as well. They are up front and honest and have the best customer service. I would recommend them to anyone!

I have used George Farish twice. Everything was excellent from the receptionist to drop off to delivery of the vehicle back to me. The car looked new! I was kept informed of the status of the repairs and vehicle was delivered as promised. Highly recommend.

They took 3 weeks to fix a little dent and cost me $150 out of pocket on my insurance-covered rental car because they took so long. Then they sent me home with a bolt or screw in my front tire since I noticed a ticking sound immediately. I also noticed the front tires were oddly overinflated. Next time I took the car out the tire went flat & there s a nice hole. Their lack of concern and defensiveness when I called after almost breaking down on the highway was beyond unprofessional. Only highlight of my whole experience was the receptionist Teresa who deserves a raise.

My car was rear-ended and shot! I took it to these folks because it's who State Farm recommend in Portsmouth. They are super friendly and helpful. Got the repair done one day early. It was missing a couple of parts from the trunk but I took it back up to them and they got it squared away. Great customer service! Thank you Kim and Matt!!!

Everyone was nice and my car looked great. They kept me informed of the progress. And when I did call, they were patient and the receptionist took the time to get information for me.

I highly recommend using George Farish Collision Center if you've had the unfortunate car accident. They were friendly, knowledgeable , and had my car ready on time . They worked with my insurance company and set me up with a rental car from Enterprise , which transported me to and from the Collision Center.

I dropped my Jeep off on Oct 2nd and I just picked it up this morning and I am SO happy with the body repairs they did. The customer service and work done was excellent! I didn't have to call not once to check on my vehicle because they kept me up to date on the work being done from start to finish. I highly recommend using George Ferish for any and all body work. From the time I dropped my Jeep off to today when I picked it up everyone was so nice! If I ever need work done again I will definitely use them. Top notch work andcustomer service across the board!! Thank yall for being so nice and doing such great work! Yall made my Jeep beautiful again!

If you like being treated like family and having your vehicle come out looking like it never ever happened then this is the place for you! My husband was really impressed with the quality of workmanship preformed. If you are unhappy in any way, they will do whatever it takes to make it right! I really can't say enough about about the great service that I received here at George Farish Collision Center

Great customer service and friendly staff. Only problem I had was it took a month before I could get my car in but they did great work and went the extra mile by redoing my stripes on both sides of the car rather than just the panel that was replaced

My car was brought in to repair damage from a sheet of plywood that slammed into the front of my car on the interstate. The staff at George Farish were awesome from start to finish. They estimated the damage, arranged for the rental car, did the repairs keeping me up to date on the progress, and let me drop the rental off with them when I picked up my vehicle! They did a great job on the repairs as well.Service: Auto body & trim repair

Selected business was recommended by my insurance company and praised for the quality which did not disappoint. Courteous and accommodating customer service assisted with the rental vehicle process which was greatly appreciated. Repairs completed ahead of scheduled estimate.If I had but one issue it would be the time between estimate and scheduled repair (about a month) but that is a minor one and understandable in this wrecked economy (LGB) regarding parts availability and shipping. Very, very satisfied from the time l came in to seek service. After service was completed l could not have been more satisfied. I would & have recommended the co. to others l m positive they will be satisfied. There was extensive frame & body work required on my truck, l was made aware of everything by receiving constant calls, l appreciated that. George Farish Collision Center replaced the left front end of my car, including the headlight and fog light. they are very professional and very friendly. Teresa was always so pleasant to talk to and they kept me informed as they went along. Very helpful during the entire process. Body work, paint looks amazing. They went above and beyond in the service they provided. My Dodge Avenger is beautiful once again. They even coordinated the rental car through Enterprise.

Rude, Prejudice, this is my second time coming here 1st time I looked passed the rudeness and prejudice. The 2nd time no one was ahead of me a man walked from behind the counter out the door two women sitting behind the desk lifted their heads to fix their glasses and seen me still didn't acknowledge me. I will spend my money elsewhere.
