I ve been going to Finks Car Care for many years. The front desk answers the phone quickly, and will happily answer any questions you have. Just finished getting my truck aligned , and even with people ahead of me they still completed it within a very timely manner! 100% recommend.

Went in for my annual car inspection and they said I needed a tire. They were able to order a new tire for me, install it a day or so later. They are very good and I would recommend going to Fink s for your auto care needs.Service: TiresService: Tires

Always the best, they are little pricey but the work is solid. They don t use cheap stuff for sure and their mechanics are super skilled. So little pricey is not unexpected.I have my Acura TSX and Honda Odyssey.You will not have to go to them for same job. They will also recommend you if the upcoming maintenance issues which may give you hard time.Overall far better than any Honda Dealers in the 757 area, cheaper than them too.Go for the quality work, there are many out there ,if cheap quality works for me.Very dependable.

Good work, but the wait is way too long. Need more Mechanics and a bigger place, due to the work load, or need to stop excepting too many work orders within a day! The Re-inspects are timely bc of work being done. The initial inspections are too many. Can t handle the work load. That s why the wait is so long. This annoys us customers. Hate the wait, but love you guys. Help us out please! Forgot to mention, their great customer service and the pretty lady who is so nicely reserved.

They charged me $ 107.14 when I went to get my car inspected. There was nothing wrong with my vehicle. I had just got my windshield replaced and replaced my brake lights to guarantee a smooth inspection, but they told me my fog lights were out. Which fog lights are not even a requirement. However, I know if a car does have them, they must operate. I just don't understand why it was $107.14. They charged me 70 plus dollars just for labor. It took them less than 4 minutes to install. I am a young female who was in a rush that morning. I feel scammed and taken advantage of.

Bobbie at front desk was so friendly and efficient. Excellent customer service! I had my truck towed in and they worked with me on several issues and were very responsive to my requests. The technician, Jordan, did an outstanding job on my truck. All for the cost of a car payment. I m VERY happy because they don t cheat their customers CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!

I came into Fink s Care mid-morning, after waiting over an hour at other car care center, in which I had an appointment. I told Fink s my concerns, and they immediately fit me in. As always, we had excellent, prompt and professional service. We drive an hour and a half to bring our vehicles to them because we totally trust the services they provide. They will continue to be our mechanic for all our vehicles.

i would give 10 stars if i was allowed! this place is amazing! they are very see through with exactly what they are doing and the prices for everything. Mr Jack and Spanky were huge helps in getting my husbands car back up and running. we will be using them for all of our future needs!!

Great service at reasonable prices. Wonderful family owned business that delivers excellent service and sustained track record of doing so. Quick turnaround on giving me a quote and then getting the work done. No hard sales to try to sell extra stuff. They quickly came got my car after a near accident when my insurance company tow assist never showed and then got me back on the road. Thanks Fink s!

Greet people custom services is great friendly and always on time when they finish the job tells u what's really going on with your vehicle. Been taking my truck there for at least 4 years. When I got a rejection stick they tell me what's wrong I will fix it and take it back and they will look a.d make sure everything is right .

Always friendly and honest - the last visit was because my car spent a day not starting (but of course started the next day when it was to be towed). I still had it taken in to check for any issues and they spent a couple of days trying to get it -not- to start and had no luck. When they called, he mentioned sometimes the battery drains enough and the car can lose memory of the key... turns it out was my husband's key that had the issue (shop had my key)!It would have been a cruddy next morning had he went to go to work and the car not started again so I'm so so thankful and appreciative that the mechanic took the time to explain what might have happened and given me the "oooooh" moment to have my husband try his key.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

Finks was very helpful with explaining what was wrong with my vehicle. However, they charged me a diagnostic fee without disclosing it beforehand since the vehicle could not be serviced which was half the price of service. Called around in the area for the same diagnostic and places were charging way less. Definitely felt like I was taken advantage of and cheap when I left. Go at your own risk. If you are a woman just go somewhere else.

I ve been going to Finks for my inspections for several years. They always give an honest assessment of your vehicle. They don t make up things that are wrong just to get work. Now my whole family uses Finks for their inspections and work.

The best service inspection center in Hampton roads, always top notch service, the friendliest staff, Bobbie & Jack are a breath of fresh air, they always have a positive attitude and are very knowledgeable. Will continue to use them for all my future needs wouldn t go anywhere else.

Went in for inspection and before the rejection sticker was put on my car, I was told what the problem was and given the price of everything. I appreciated the info and they fixed what needed the most attention.

High prices for front end rebuild. $2500 for ball joints tie rod ends. . I'm sure they do great work... just too expensive for me.

Walk-in state inspections are great. Waited a little over an hour, but that sure beats leaving my car somewhere for 2-3 days like everywhere else!

I went here because they were recommended by my warranty company. The gentleman at the counter was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I feel like I wasted my money on a diagnostic because they were not able and/or willing to perform the repairs. I ended up having my car towed and repaired elsewhere. I could have avoided spending $140 on diagnostics and towing by going somewhere else instead.

No help and made problem worse . When called about the problem they stated it was already like that. But I told them that that piece was already on the car so who took it off she didn t give me no answer at all.
