It's April, I needed my March inspection. I pulled into this business I've drove past often. Greeted with laughter, (felt welcomed) followed the instructions of getting in line. Was asked for something I HAVE NEVER been asked for before, MY REGISTRATION, (felt they must really be about their business) INSPECTION DONE, greeted again by another worker, who informed me, I NEED breaks. I enjoyed the overall experience, professionalism while also welcoming. I KNOW I will be returning to see Mr. MOON.

I've been getting my car inspected here for 2 years. This morning will be my third year. I'm sure it will be as great as ever. I'll keep y'all posted:-)

The service was great!! Tiny was amazing!! I'll only be trusting them with any services performed on my truck! And they didn't bust my head open with the prices! I'm very appreciative of them!

I absolutely love this place the staff is friendly straight forward and cares about safety first. For me that's everything I drive around my 3 daughters everyday so safety is a must and the prices are very reasonable. They treat you like family.

This place was recommended in my search to get a car inspection. Went in and was standing waiting to be helped. The owner saw me standing there, looked me in my face and didn't say hello, I will be right with you or nothing. I waited a few minutes longer and still no acknowledgement. I went outside and asked the owner why he didn't at least acknowledge that I was standing there, he said in a nasty tone, he was with another customer. Even if you are helping someone else you don't walk by someone who is about to patronage your business and say nothing. Customer service is the first and most important thing you can show as a business owner. I left to get service somewhere else.

I wouldn t want to have my car serviced anywhere else. I walked in frustated and walked out satisfied. They were very understanding of my issues and they LISTENED to me. They also gave me tips on how to maintain my vehicle. The atmosphere is great and so are the people. I would recommend that everyone have their vehicle servied there. They really are FAIR AND HONEST. Thank you so much for all you done for me. To the owner, thank you also for your service to this country.

If you want you car repairs done right and great service come here. The owner Keith is a retired military and a good Christian man who understands the economy crunch. I have been going here since Keith took over ownership and he is exactly as he named the business ! FAIR AND HONEST AUTO REPAIR. His team of mechanics know what they're doing . thanks to Boe and Donald for recommending I go here for service.

Do not take your vehicle here a bunch of crooks beware the owner smiles on in your face talks about being so Christian and honest but will rip you off. His mechanics are a bunch of shade tree mechanics with no type of certifications. Take your car here at your own risk I should have listened . I warm everyone I know about this place now

First time coming to this place and I loved it! First in line and got my inspection done in under 20minutes! Like what ?!! Now I have the rest of the day to myself. The staff were very helpful and friendly! Spread the word but now too much I want to keep them to myself haha

Absolutely the best service from start to finish. Professional ,clean , and very knowledgeable. We certainly return . Service time was fast and reasonable. My new shop!!!

Coady is great to deal with. Very personable, but also does not deal with B.S., so don't bring any. Prices are very good and they explain every option to get you back on the road.

I went there to get my car inspected on 4/2/2013. If it had been any other establishment, they would have slapped a rejection sticker on my window for a bulb being out. Instead, these gentlemen took care of me and my car. That's the reason why I go there every year. They are exactly what their name advertises "Fair and Honest" I will be a customer as long as I'm in Portsmouth!

I've been here before&stay near by.The service was good&so was the mechanic and owner.They did what was required for my car and I recommend them because of their good work and price!

They're not all that honest as they claim. Took my car there for a check up, claimed I had a leak. Car never leaked until I took it to them. I believe they removed a screw to make it seem i had one. I have a concrete driveway so i wouldve known. I'm a female and they thought I didnt know any better. A simple check up went up to $150 bill. Car was NEVER the same. Seems like everytime you take your car in suprisingly they find something else wrong! They do things to your car so you can keep coming back to get it fixed. They're lucky I didnt call news channel 3 or something and have them go undercover. It's a shame they do females like that. Ive had other friends that went there and said they had bad experiences too and would never go back, said they're cars were never the same as well. Not saying its the owner but shady mechanics doing devilish things. So to all female's never go alone to have your car looked at or this will happen to you! A hard lesson learned. Simple check up can turn into hundreds of dollars!

They have always treated me with respect and honesty. Which is hard when a woman comes to a mechanic. I never felt jilted at this mechanic shop

Great mechanics, great prices, very fast service. Walked in for a unscheduled state inspection and I was done within 45 minutes.
