I have a dually and I needed 2 new front tires. The service guy was very knowledgeable and familiar with dually trucks and recommend a tire and the price was great.The lady in the shop was great and the tire technicians doing the work were fast paced. Work was done really fast. No complaints here at all .Will definitely return for any future tire needs.

When I arrived I was pleasantly greeted by the servicemen. I got a special for $265 for 4 NEW tires. The customer service ladies were very professional. I couldn t believe how well the tires felt when I drove off. I appreciate the service. I only had to wait 30 minutes to get it replace. Keep your receipt because they don t do warranty but if something happens you will be helped

I have nothing but outstanding thoughts about this company. I was in a bad area and hit a pot hole that flattened my drivers side front tire. It was about 9pm and I called Empire mobile number, and gave the information requested. In less than an hour, a big lime green and black Sprinter arrived to my location and replaced my tire. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I just purchased 4 new tires for a Lexus es350. This place was over $250 dollars lower than the "Discount Tire" place that I previously called. The tires were quality and the staff was friendly. I will go again.

Amazing Service & We was In & Out and the Used Tire was So Nice it Looked New Still had the New Hairs on It and it was only 30 Bucks I was like Heck Yes I Love this Place for Used Tires Now and Will be Back Serivce was Good the Guys was all Respectful and Very Helpful ..

Great service and employees were very knowledgeable and friendly. Expect what you pay for though. They'll help you out with quick cheap tires but if the tires mess up don't blame them.

So I m from Denver (1700 miles from va) and just purchased a set before I left. I caught a nail and I was looking like crazy for a new one. I was charged 200 at discount tire (nope!) and tires for less was 175 . I randomly passed by a bright green sign that said EMPIRE TIRE WORLD . I walked in and was immediately helped at an awesome price. They saved the day for real and they will definitely be my spot for new and used tires. Awesome people and friendly fast service as well.

This place gave me dry rotted tires then when. I went back to talk to owner Lee he act like he didn't want to help I ask him who was the manager he told he wasn't here and I need a receipt I explanto him I had to get all new tires and he said I would have to go back to discount tires,then I ask another work who was in charge MR LEE start to fus the guy out because he gave me accurate information...if you can go somewhere else they will give you bad tires and then won't own up to it...this is the reason you can support certain locals....smh..NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL.

Second time buying tires from them. Always fast in and out service. Employees are always friendly. They show you the tires before you buy and even have a 30 day warranty. Good go to for new or used tires

I messed up one of my tires late last night and I was able to call empire tire world the next morning and have him come out to replace my tire in less than an hour. The service was quick, professional, and I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs any tire repairs.

I had two flat tires, it was very close to closing time but they got me in and out so quickly with two beautiful new tires. Lee was awesome...his service was very personable, quick and he went the extra mile for me. Can't recommend them enough!!! 5 STARS!

We had a car trailer tire blowout on our way from DE to NC. Lee came to our rescue as we were stranded along a busy Highway. He had a replacement tire in stock and the equipment needed for the repair. Lee went above and beyond with an upbeat and positive attitude. He was a pleasure to do business with and had us back on the road in no time! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

My tire failed randomly on the highway today. Luckily Mr Lee and Mr James were very professional with a positive "can do" attitude.The result was a Quick and speedy service. In and out in under 20minsThis is my second time here and they never disappoint. This is now and always will be my 1st stop when in dire straits. Thanks again guys.

New driver and far away from home. I was so nervous to find a good tire shop, but not anymore. Mr Lee is so helpful and will go out of his way to make sure you re set and ready to go regardless of the situation. Everyone is super nice and prices are awesome. 10/10 best tire shop in Portsmouth!

Y'all, they hooked me up.I was in desperate need of tires to pass a long expired inspection (long story) and I required four new tires to pass. I went to three different spots, one offering to charge 170 per tire. I couldn't justify that.I got recommended to Empire Tires and I spent 207 for 4 tires in good condition. I passed with flying colors. They offer options and said options don't break the bank. They mess up? They will make sure you're straight without it being at your expense.Good business is hard to find. Need tires? I *highly* recommend them. They offer so much at an affordable price. Good energy all around. Everyone friendly.

Had to get 2 tires replaced and the old ones disposed of, they were super quick, in and out in 10 minutes, the whole service including mounting and disposal of the old tires was $82! Great service, good people, and efficient.

Last night I got a flat in the tunnel and had to be at a paid event in 30 min, I was so scared but made it out the tunnel. Mr Sawyer came hisself and had my new tire, put it on, and was finished in 15 min did I mention I was all the way in Newport News..The best service ever very perfessional and always knowledgeable about your surroundings to make sure your in a safe space til he arrivesThank you so much Mr. Sawyer

Fast, Fast, Fast. I came in for a flat repair. They removed the wheel from my car, and by the time I walked in to pay for the repair, the technician was placing the repaired wheel back on the car. I highly recommend this place. Excellent, friendly family business.

Tire was flat, brought here they showed my Son where the air was leaking , Fixed for reasonable price. Didn't need appointment. Great Place !
