Great group of people very professional.Truck we bought was as we ordered. Always inspect throughout to make sure everything before you take it.We drove from nashville to get the truck the sales guy picked us up after return rental car and took us to get the truck. We will be back again.

We recently bought a brand new 2020 Kenworth 35 ton from them. We dealt with Danny Horton on it and it was well worth the purchase. Danny kept everything smooth and did what he could to take care of us. He even took care of setting up appointments for different things the truck needed before pick up. Looking forward to buying our next light duty wrecker through them.

Bought a brand new 2024 Peterbilt 389 in Feb 2024 that stops running on the highway in dangerous conditions the next day after taking delivery. Does little to nothing to resolve the issue after selling the truck and the customer is getting the run around babbysitting the problem between dealer, Peterbilt and service shop TLG Raleigh for weeks now. How am I supposed to make payments on a truck and pay my drivers if I cannot be assured that a brand new truck will run. Buyer beware, ask for assurances than just trusting that a brand new truck will not have problems. Peterbilt corporate needs to assure me that this issue is fixed or the dealer should replace this unit. Cannot push these problems on the customer the day after selling a half a million dollar truck.

On behalf of Kenny & Terri Delposen from Calcutta Towing, this is their second truck that they have purchased from here and they couldn't be more pleased with the all over process & truck! Their most recent purchase was a 2023 F-600 with MPL40 on the back and it runs and works great! They would recommend this business to everyone for your truck & trailer needs!

Don t come here if you re in a hurry. They took more than 15 minutes to check me in for a simple trailer washout & another 20 minutes to get the wash bay cleared out before I was able to pull in.

We ordered a set of dollies for our wrecker truck, the price is $2950, the dollies are pick up by hands by repo men and tow guys every day, they are not that heavy, after we ordered the person call us and ask if we have folk lift, at our facility, because the dollies are ship on a pallet, we told him we have folk lift, we have truck with liftgate, we have tow truck, don't worry, as long as the delivery truck get here we can get the dollies off the truck no problem, he keep arguing that he going to charge a $100more if there is no folk lift, and he canceled order, this company doesn't need business with small order, so just order it from Zip's the same set of dollies for $2789.

I ordered straps from them online I always order the same straps everytime and they sent me a completely different tie-down kit and refused to return it I will not ever do buisness here again with this customer service and I'll be sure to spread the word to the tow world

I ordered some parts for my tow truck wheel lift and and a replacement control handle. I to find what I was looking for on their site and they carried parts that I couldn't really find anywhere else and for a reasonable price. Shipping was fast and the correct items arrived.

Great purchase and was very please with the item . Was shipped however did not receive the item until the day after after paying for 1 day shipping. I know it has nothing to do with the company however I paid extra for it to get to me on the day I expected it. Would recommend and buy again from this company.

Do not order any parts from these people . Ordered some parts over a month ago still have not received it . When I called to check on my order nobody knows anything talk to a guy named Eddie said he will make a call to figure out what s going on and never from him again, called back the next day all of a sudden nobody is answering from the parts department. If you like the run around they are the perfect people to do business with.

We just bought a F450 from them, and it's BEAUTIFUL. Communications got a little screwed up. But all and all there a great dealership for trucks. Looking to a long Beneficial relationship for AWI and East Coast truck and trailer.

The company has been professional in correspondence however dishonest. The items ordered were several inches smaller than the sizing chart advised. Then they wouldn't refund the full amount even though it wasn't the true size. I'm out $35 for just giving them a chance. Very disappointed!

Bought a part from them as I was referred to them by Atlantic Emergency Solutions, a company that I bought my truck from who s customer service was second to none. I was told East Coast just bought them out and they would treat me just as good if not better. The part came in worked twice and quit. When I called the parts guy advised me that he would call me back....no call. I called back again and the same parts guy said they would not cover the part. I m glad it was a sixty dollars part and not the hundred thousand dollar tow truck.....straight awful customer service.

I should have listened to reviews. They can't be all wrong, right ? Bought $2000 In-the-Ditch tow dollies and didn't get to use them the first service call because one of the tires wouldn't hold air because a defective in the tire. I was confused when I called to get a replacement why the counter person had to get approval to replace a brand new defective tire. It got approved and six weeks later they call me to tell me the tire came in. The distance from Newport News is quite the distance, so I asked them to hold it or send it up next time the salesman is in my area. Never got the tire, phone call or even shipped could have been an option and when I walked in the parts department today, they didn't have it and said they sold it. Now they told me to call the manufacture of the dollies and take it up with them because I waited to long to pick it up. This was coming all from the parts manager Tim Ryan. My opinion is don't bother buying anything here even if you have to pay a little more. It's not worth the run around and the poor service you get.

This company has poor policies and rude service. I purchased a Rain suit for 80.00. I needed a bigger size. I didn't get and exchange or return label as you will be paying for return postage. Upon receiving the suit they would exchange it but it was going to cost me 18 50 for them to take it back. So I had to pay postage and would have been credited 65.00 toward my 80.00 purchase. Will not use them anymore, sold the suit online got all my money back. Didn't have to pay for postage and got a better suit for a more reputable company.Take note in the reviews they only respond to the people who had a good experience.

Highly recommend these folks for purchasing a trailer! I have purchased 1 trailer from them so far,And intend to do more in the future.JAMES ALEXANDER(sales) and Ms.TAYLOR are both so welcoming and super easy to deal with.I don t know how can appreciate Mr.Alexander for all your favor.You re absolutely the best and I feel you like my family.Look forward to seeing you soon for my second trailer.

I bought something and they sent me the wrong part, then I paid to return it to them, they sent me another with the vin number of my truck, it didn't work either, they charged me $ 40.00 to send it to me. Again they sent me something that is not the same as mine. Now I'm going to return it and I have to pay for the shipping plus 20 percent of it to refund my money. They are real thieves, I do not recommend them.

I ordered a tow bridle strap and the one I wanted was on backorder so I was offered a level higher for the same price. I did not ask for this, it was offered. Shipping was no problem. Thank you.

I was placing an order for our towing company for something I personally didn't know much about since I'm just married to the owner. So I thought this isn't going to go well but thanks to the parts person who answered all my questions with great patience, I managed to buy the right parts and they were shipped really quick and all's well that ends well! I haven't forgotten my new favorite place for anything to do with trucking or towing. A great experience!

I've only been to them twice for a trailer washout. I usually find a spot thats on my way to wherever i pick up. I think from now on ill just go here first then make my way to my pick up location. This is the only place where i can smell that a cleaner and/or deodorizer has been used. Makes a big difference since I'm usually hauling fish. The employees here are friendly as well.

Absolutely Great. I would definitely recommend East Coast Truck and trailer to anyone looking for a truck. Danny was my sales guy and he was great from beginning to end. If you need a truck ask for danny you won't regret it. He also went out of his way to get the truck to me. Danny you are the man, Thank you for everything.

Do not order anything from here they will take your deposit and not refund it even if you have to cancel order with no fault of your own poor customer service have emails showing they request a refund for me had to keep calling to get a answer and was told management was not going to refund it because they had to resell the trailer when I found out on that I told them I would take trailer and they told me they sold it already how do you sell a trailer you sold and keep a deposit hmmm sound like someone is being shady and just want more moneyI would love the opportunity to discuss this further with you please call me and we can discuss this matter further

I could not recommend purchasing parts from this company. I ordered a gallon of non skid and it arrived partially opened and dried out. They will not exchange. Complete waste of money. In my opinion, not a way to conduct business
