Ok i guess, purchased a truck from them after they told me how much work they did to get it ready for sale but come to find out they just gave me an invoice for the work they were supposed to have done for the previous owner?? From the looks of the invoice some of that work was never done. I did buy the truck "as is" so no big deal cuz i didn't depend on what they told me anyway. But if you have work done there i would check afterwards to make sure they actually did the work. Example: on the invoice i received they claimed to have changed the oil 3 times for the previous owner, in the months before i brought the truck, NOT!! The oil looked like it had never been changed. Oil does not turn black within a month, especially with no driving or very little miles being put on the vehicle?? That's not all of the work i verified that was not done as stated on the invoices.

Almost everyone that you deal with at the front desk is rude. They have an attitude as if you're bothering them with your business. They also never seem to fix the actual problem with the vehicle. I've spent thousands of dollars here. Never again

There are the worst place to come too. I came in with a 30 to 45 minute job which was to replace 2 simple parts. It s goin on 8 hours and my vehicle is still not done and still in the same spot. This company has poor sense of urgency and Customer care.

Omar is very nice and has good customer service. That is the only positive thing I can say. My vehicle needed a transmission within 1200 miles of purchasing from the Earl's Auto Sales associated with this establishment. I totally regret my purchase and I have zero faith in my vehicle holding up for long. It runs so raggedy I don't trust it to go far.

I came in for my car inspection I didn t need an appointment. They got me in really quickly. I recommend this location to any one who asks

Called on a Friday to tell them about my concerns of my vehicle I've only had a few months. Was told its better to make an appointment, so I did for the following Wednesday (today) at 8am. Its now 232pm and my car hasn't even made it to the back. When I asked why at 1230 my car had not been looked at i was told, "We've been busy..."??? So what's the purpose of making an appointment if u not going to look at it until almost 7hrs after being told to bring it. Not satisfied at all. But I bet they want that car payment on time with no issues. This is the second time this has happened since I've got the car. They need to get it together and communicate better with their clients. I've watched several people come and go while I've been sitting. Not satisfied with their service or lack there of.

This place is a joke. I have been there on three different occasions and every time something has been wrong. My windshield was broken on their premises and that was just another charge that I had to eat . The work that was performed on my brakes could have got me killed. They changed their payment policies without even notifying you. The owner have no consideration for how you are being inconvenienced. 9 days with no car. 1st four car didn't even get touched. No rentals and no loaner. So if your car is in the shop you're out of luck. After showing emotion because of the situation I was left in due to their negligence I was told to never come back. This is not a family garage. The place is crooked

Due to unforeseen circumstances, my first car I bought here was wrecked. Called Earls and they acted fast, had me into another car rapidly. They worked with what little I had to get me into another car. Great place, great people. Not to mention the warranty!!

They picked up my truck 9/2/222 & haven t seen it sinceWhen I called to check on status of service I ve gotten nothing but the run aroundAshley didn t wanna give her real last name and when asked where my truck was being serviced her response was we don t give out that infoSo I m making bi weekly payments on a truck that contains my personal belongings & don t know where it is, when I ll have it back or nothing COMPLETE SCAM

The wait time is awful... I got there at 9am as a schedule appointment was told what needed would take about 1hr... it took 6hrs... most with my vehicle waiting to be seen..Appointments mean.. look at it as scheduled.. stop trying to fit others in...and backing up yr appointments... once the work was finished...it was done correctly and I was on my way... Service 6/10...

I would first like to say that even though this repair shop did a good job on my car, the customer service was horrible. I was quoted two different prices for the same job. Still decided to go ahead and let them repair my car because I needed my car fixed before I returned back to town. When I came to pick my car up with cash in hand, I was told to wait. An older Caucasian man was on the phone. Then he finished his phone call and proceeded to work on his computer. As I am standing there, wondering why he won't call me to the counter, I decide to look for the manager or someone else to help me. He says he will be right with me, so I sit down. Next thing I know, a Caucasian male comes in the shop, and all of sudden the man stops what he is doing and asks the man, can he help him. At this point I am furious. Why is it that you were too busy to service me but not the male that walked in? He could see I was upset, and simply did not care. He didn't apologize and say, sorry Ma'am you were next. Nope, he went along like I wasn't even standing there. To make matters worse, finally the manager comes out, and he can see I'm highly upset. He doesn't address the issue at all, and just gets straight to asking for the payment of service. He knew what happened. Racism at its finest. Never again!!

These people don t know how to communicate properly. They give you the run arounds... they told me to bring my car in on monday... i brought my car in just for them to not even start it until almost 7 hours later & the job didn t even get finished! They told me to bring the car back AGAIN and leave it for the whole day. The girl at the front desk is clueless and doesn t know what s going on at all. They don t give you proper time estimates or let you know anything about your car. You literally have to keep bothering them to even get an answer. It s a mess.

I wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE, they put the WRONG OIL in my car which was running fine otherwise and after the oil change my car has ran HORRIBLY??? Now it's broken down and they aren't trying to do ANYTHING to rectify the problem. They even charged me for a diagnostic test which should have been at least discounted since there were NO PREVIOUS PROBLEMS WITH MY CAR!!!? DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE !!!!!Service: Oil change

Got an inspection and oil change. Failed the inspection but they resolved the issues so the car passed. Everything complete and on my way in about 2 hours. Great job!

The worst bunch of wanna be mechanics I ever dealt with. Very non Profesional and would not recommend them working on my child's bicycle. Would be no stars if you could.

My oil light is still on a week after receiving an oil change from them. The truck barely starts sometimes like it's starving for something, or the starter is messing up. I'm not too sure. Just stay away if you can. I'm worried it's gonna clunk out one of these days after all the time and money I've put into it and all the money I still owe on it. Makes me frustrated.

I love the car lot the people there are so nice and very helpful and will get you in and out.But repair shop is something different I just got my car and it won't start so I took it to them 2 days ago and I still don't have my car.

Stopped in for a state inspection on a Saturday. I was in and out in an hour. Great service and the staff was pleasant and helpful. Will definitely use them again.

NOT MUCH OF A SELECTION, OVERPRICED, BUY HERE PAY HERE WELL GET SOME INVENTORY AND PEOPLE MIGHT BUT EVEN WITH BAD CREDIT PLUS THE DOWN PAYMENT PLUS THE PROSSESING FEES BY THEN YOUR ALREADY PAID FOR THREE QUARTERS OF WHAT THEY PAID FOR THE CAR FROM THE AUCTION OR WHOLESALER.PEOPLE CAN GO TO THE DMV AND DO IT THEMSELVES BECAUSE YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE A LIC.DEALER TO DO YOUR OWN DMV WORK.. ENOUGH SAID ON THIS CLIP JOINT.ONE STAR ITS A SHAME NOT ABLE TO DO A HALF STAR ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE PEOPLE THAT THINK THIS PLACE WITH THE HIGH INTRIST RATES IS THERE O�LY OPTION.

I've been dealing with then for over 8 years and I can't say anything bad about the establishment nor the personal. I've referred a lot of people to them and still will do the same.

Prices are reasonable but They did not fix the problem .I had to take my car somewhere else. You have to keep calling them to check on your car or they will take forever

This place has no professionalism and from what I'm reading poor services. I've call twice to set up an appointment for repairs just to be put on hold each time then hung up on. They must get high alot in that office.
