Reliable, fast, and most importantly, honest! Will definitely bring my car here when i have any problems. They beat all the other words we got and had fantastic customer service. They do state inspections quickly and they are close to a bunch of stores to walk to while you wait. Best auto repair establishment on hampton roads

My experience over the years has been great! Will and Travis in the automotive shop stand by the work performed. I had an issue come up after work was done and Will took care of it. Good Auto service and good customer service is hard to come by these days. These guys do right by their customers!

I paid them $5800 to work on my Dodge ram to replace the engine with a remanufactured one And I ve had nothing but problems since my AC doesn t work which it worked before and they won t fix it they re trying to charge me 500 something dollars Horrible customer service never using them again recommend you do the same

Called up there twice trying to get a hold of the manager and both times the husband and wife managers were out of town, and so was the owner. Family owned businesses are great and all but I don't know who is supposed to run the place when EVERYONE is out of town...

Had them replace my radiator, hoses, and pretty much everything on my cooling system on my w900L kenworth pretty big job for a small shop took longer than expected but it was done right and they did a lot of things my dealer wouldn t do and kept it close to the budget I was comfortable with if I had more time to spare they could have saved me a lot of money because they can fabricate and make parts but I was on a time crunch and had to use high dollar dealer parts

Great service. Cleaned and reassembled my aftercoolers, cleaned and repaired my generator heat exchanger. Could not ask for better customer service and professional service.

Carry your radiator in for custom repairs. Saved a lot over having to buy a brand new one for my heavy truck.

They put the wrong mileage on my oil change sticker. Prices are similar else where for oil changes.
