Took to an In Network Select Service shop recommended by my insurance because it was nearby and offered a guaranteed completion date. I needed to completion ate since we needed to ten a car while it was in the shop. Had an appointment to drop it off and assumed they would start work within a day or two. Received a text 5 days later saying my completion date had been moved back 2 weeks. Minor damage should not take 4 weeks to repair, especially when no parts are needed. Went to shop after receiving that text, was told it was just an automated text that goes out. Also told that the rep I was working with there usually sent out status updates on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Dropped off on Monday and now it s Friday and I had heard nothing from him. The following week I did receive updates but they differed depending on who I talked to. Did finally get my vehicle on the 10th business day after I dropped it off. The work they did looks good on the outside. However, now something doesn t seem to line up properly. My husband was removing tape they had tossed in the bed and noticed sunlight showing through near the cab that did not show before (this is with the cover on the bed). Glad to get my vehicle back but not pleased with customer service or length of time it took considering I had appointment to bring it in and no parts were needed.

I highly recommend Caliber Collison on Airline in Portsmith. The customer service was great from beginning to the end. Everyone is very professional and courteous. The repair looks great. The car was detailed when I picked it up. They even notified Enterprise car rental to come pick me up. Uh I appreciated the updates via text to keep me informed.

I love Caliber and would recommend for body collision needs. Please ask for Jermey and he will take great care of you and your vehicle. He was the best liaison between me and the insurance company. He kept me abreast of repair updates at least twice weekly. When I received my car, she looked brand new and detailed. I am very happy!

I really like Caliber Collision on Airline Blvd in Portsmouth for any body repairs. Please make sure you see Jeremy as he is the best at taking care of your needs and also works hard with the insurance companies to get things done quickly. He really knows his stuff and took great care of me as well as my friends and family. Jeremy is the only person I like dealing with and is a great asset to your company.

CJ at the Airline Blvd location was AMAZING! He patiently walked me through the repair and talked me through in detail what to expect. He genuinely cares about his customers. He should be a mentor to any new hires to show them how to lead your business. I would definitely recommend this shop to friends and family just based on his service and expertise.

Getting into a reck can be extremely stressful and cause hardships in finances and life in general. Jeremy did an amazing job easing the blow when it came to updates and understanding the repair process! He messaged me twice a week and handed my car back good as new! Much respect to him and the team for fixing my car in a timely manner. I got my car back better than I got it when I purchased it the previous year. So happy and extremely grateful! Staff was friendly and informative. Body work was fine except for the gap between the hood and the fender. I m being told that it cannot be rectified, which seems odd. Hopefully they follow up and a repair is made.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

A friend recommended this shop when I needed some body and paint work done. So glad I took his advice and went with Caliber! Their lack of communication is why the score is so low. We received a text stating the vehicle would be done on a Friday. The Friday comes around and no word by late morning. So we call, parts not in for car yet. Should be in by this afternoon. No word from them an hour after quoted delivery time. Call asking for update, have to leave message. Husband has to call them back while I'm dealing with rental car mess. Parts never came in. Should be done by following Wednesday. It is Thursday, going to be calling shortly to see where we are at with it actually being done. Not sure at this point why our insurance company uses them.

This place was great, I have a bmw328i and idk what s up with it people like to target my vehicle, I ve taken it to Toyota, and I ve taken it to some other place both messed up my car in the repairs this place did above and beyond, they fixed the damages, recalibrated my vehicle and then the paint was going to be off.. so they took care of that too! These guys are phenomenal if I have to get my car fixed, like fr, I m only gonna request them in our 757/Portsmouth area

Had my jeep get work done from an accident back in August, finally received my car about two weeks ago noticed that my rims were not change and that was included in the work I was told they were going to give me a call the following week almost been 3 weeks and I ll call back my rim is still the same one they have not even tried to call me to see if they have the item in or not. When I do call the gentleman that was helping me doesn t answer and they just keep me on holdServices: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

My rep CJ was very helpful throughout the repair of my vehicle. What I was extremely appreciative of was that CJ walked me to my vehicle to give me a visual update when I stopped by to check on the repair. I was grateful that CJ and his associates waited until after closing for me to arrive to pick up my vehicle with me being notified an hour prior to them closing. It showed that they were willing to give up their time in order to fully satisfy a customer. You don t find employees like that often.Service: Body & Trim

THIS IS THE BUSINESS TO CHOOSE!! 5 stars for the manager, staff, and techs for being SO informative, professional and quick!! This is how businesses should be ran in 2023 a GREAT TEAM of people who know JUST what to do Thank y all once again for everything. Rick is great and very informative. This was my first real car accident to be involved in. Unfortunately my car was totaled. However, the staff were very kind and assisted me with obtaining my belongings from the car and efficiently interacted with the insurance company. If I ever needed work completed in the future I would definitely come here.

My car was in an accident and we blindly chose this repair shop. I'm grateful we did. The time to get the vehicle was a couple weeks. Customer service was impeccable, kept me informed and took care of contacting the car rental company for me. When I picked it up, my car had received the cleaning it desperately needed as well.
