The only place I will take my truck with a carburetor. I got a few things done and it was finished the same day. I will keep going back. Great prices!

Charlie use to be the best!! These last few years he have a serious attitude and cranky! Then he had the nerve to hang up on me twice very,rude,unprofessional I understand he 100 years old but it's no need for the disrespect he need to step down andand i believe he is racist in the lowthink he is

Great place for your yearly auto inspection. The inspectors here are thorough and honest, not out to make a quick buck. My husband and I have been coming here for years and now our adult children bring their cars here as well. My advice is to come towards the beginning of the month and arrive 2 hours before opening. They only preform a small number of inspections per day(it's a garage and they have cars to repair!) and it's first come. You won't regret it, this is a very nice business.

Went to C&M for an auto inspection. I was given very honest and upfront details regarding repairs needed on my car. C&M took care of everything for me, approved my inspection and didn t over charge me for anything. Great place to take your vehicle for fair and quality service.

I have experienced a more unprofessional organization. This is MY first time having service done and was extremely friendly and caring until payment was made. Afterwards, the tone change and in in this particular case, it was down right rude. Never should such a unprofessional crew be aligned with customer relationship at any level. People can can disagreements but policies should be consistent BEFORE and AFTER payments.

A friend mentioned this business as a decent place for automotive needs. The guy (I don't know his name) is awesome. He will tell you any IMMEDIATE obvious needs BEFORE inspection so that you can handle obvious problems that will fail. Any problems to prevent future inspection fails, he will let you know. C and M Automotive deserves 5 stars just on that alone.

Fast, efficient, and friendly. My husband and I are new to the area due to military relocation and we were scared we wouldn't find a honest and reliable car shop. LO and behold one is around the corner. We are an issue with our trunk and they fixed it fast at no cost.

I am a professional myself and I always expect the best and look for the best in any service I may need. These good humble folks was referred to me by my homegirl on FB. She know yal n I put out a recommendation post on my fb feed and asked for only the BEST AUTO SHOPS IN THE 757 cuz my people know I dont play...these good folk was about they word...answered my inbox fb messages....i couldn't be happier with my service....I was BLESSED to have found these folks right here...i been though soo much n with this covid puttng a wrench in everything at least i was able to deal with some good people. car drives great..cant wait to do business with these ladies n gentleman again#ChefValCookinServices: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

Worst service I've ever had total waste of money charge me over $200 just to find out but they actually can't do anything about it the next day when the problem started right back up. Told me I need to go to the dealership no refund of any kind just sorry for the bad luck we tried. I say sorry but they seemed to have zero empathy for the fact that I just dumped money into them for no reason and they said it's probably going to be a 900 to 1000 when I get to the dealership just for the part.

My 2003 Volvo S60 is running like a new Tesla. I needed a new radiator and tune up. The owner was very professional and knowledgeable. I will return to the shop for future repairs. I highly recommend this automotive shop.

Took my car there to get a efi system put on. Made me pay for parts up front. Then missed up my ignition and burnt out my starter. Owner told me he would get a locksmith to fix. That never happened. Had my car for over 8 months. The owners excuse was "nobody wants to work because of Covid". While the diesel mechanic across the street rebuilt the engine in my Peterbilt in 1 month. Needless to say I got my car towed out of there for no charge to a real mechanic.

I made a suggestion to the owner to put up paper and pen outside for people who come in early morning for state inspections before shop opens to sign in so when the shop opens, people who got there last minute aren't being served before others. He got very hostile instantly and said he wasn't going to do that. My last experience there in 2017.

Great service. They are very busy so just make sure you get there before 8am for inspections. Sign the sheet and they will come out to your car when it's your turn.

Best place in town for repairs. Mechanics are very knowledgeable. I feel like they are very honest with there diagnosis of problems and get straight to the point. I would recommend this place to all my friends

Had an unfortunate encounter with the person that takes the cars back to be inspected. Went to pay by credit card and he rudely replied " we don't take credit cards." Strange because I have paid by card before and the cc machine was in the office. With everything that is going on at this time....protest, I will not give my money to someone who acts like he is doing me a favor with his unprofessional rudeness.
