This Guy is a sweetheart and professional. While he was sold out of the part we were looking for he referred us to another place down the road and said that they even have it cheaper . My kind of business man. I will be checking on him first every time. And you should too. His professional attitude wins in every way.

They had what I needed for my honda. The customer service was great in person over the phone is lil edgy. I will be bk. Quick, close and convenient.

Wanted to argue with me when I tried to return an alternator I purchased 2 days prior. Alternator was sold with a messed up pulley which was no big deal I changed it out with my failed alternator. Drove with their part broke down had to buy a new part. When I tried to exchange they won't take their alternator without the messed up pulley. There are way better places you can go in Hampton roads their prices aren't anything special and customer service sucks.

Super polite and helpful. Even called a few places for me to find a bumper. After I called 2/3 myself with no luck. Will def be saving this number for the future!!!

It was a little hard to find but they have a used auto part Branch that's a little farther down the road from where they're located and I had mixed the two up.
