Today, I purchased two used tires from Bob Ewell that look almost new. The tires were reasonably priced and the installation was included. The customer service was exceptional and the environment very welcoming. Not only do they sell new and used tires, they provide excellent mechanic services. Please become patrons of Bob Ewell.

Thought I needed new brakes and rotors but was told I only needed brakes and it was cheaper than I was quoted! They could have tried pulling a fast one and said I needed both. It spoke lengths to their pride for their work and customer service. I was in and out pretty fast especially for a week day! My new brakes stop very smoothly and no more squeaking from my old ones. Will be coming back for all my car needs. Everyone I spoke to over the phone and in person were all very polite and welcoming. The office cat was also a sweetheart!

Quality work I received from Bob Ewells, they preformed the work in a reasonable amount of time, with no hidden charges. They are a family business that cares for others, they are my garage place for all my needs. Highly recommended!!.

They always have great prices, they beat Sam s, Costco and Discount tire prices. Great customer service and good folks seem to be running the place. Just a good local shop that has people you can trust.

After being without my vehicle for over 5 months due to needing a new transmission, I wish I d known earlier about this shop. This place was recommended by a coworker and was completed in about a week s time and driving like new. The owners were highly professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They definitely have customers for life and I would recommend anyone that I can to them. I am highly satisfied.

Bob Ewell Tire & Auto is quick, efficient, and willing to work with you. I went for an inspection 3:00 and was out by 3:45 pm The waiting lobby was clean, cool AC, working bathroom, coffee, and coloring for kiddos. Lacy the manager, was so friendly and honest. I appreciate this small business

Super easy to work with, came in twice so far. Needed timing belt and tensioner installation, came in due to an emergency and was able to help right away. The second time I needed control arms and tires to be replaced, and they were able to quickly and efficiently do the work. I appreciated the coffee while I waited.

I have had an fleet account with them for 4 years and they have been nothing but honest and dependable for us. My company has 12 contractors and I have never had one them be broken down pass 24 hours. They also give you information that may even mean they may not have the business. They care not just about the money. But value the relationship. There is smart money and dumb money! Every cent I have ever spent with them. My IQ has gotten higher and higher.My company is Tlbservicesllc and 100% vouch for this company!

I have a 2007 F-150 4x4. I took my truck to Bob Ewell Tire to get a new engine installed. I would like to think Danny and his mechanics for the outstanding job they did. They were very professional and the customer service was great.Anybody that needs some mechanic work done take your vehicle to Bob Ewell Tire.Thanks for the service.

I was very surprised at the job Gilmore did on my car. He kept in touch and let me know what was wrong with it the very next day from dropping it off. I was very satisfied with the work and he fished it so fast. I thought I was going to be without a car for weeks or maybe longer than that ..but i was so happy when it was done & ready for pick up one day after he took a look at it! Everyone was so nice and helpful. And my car runs better than it did before I dropped it off! Thanks so much Gilmore! You did an excellent job! Bob Ewell s is the only place I will ever take my car to ever again! Thank so much!

I went to Bob Ewell because I was having an issue with my tire. Danny called after test driving and told me my car needed some serious repairs. He tells me that he didn t feel safe with me driving my car and he wanted to help. After speaking with him and working out a price, my car was fixed. Danny and the Bob Ewell team did a great job. With the outstanding customer service, he and his team displayed was wonderful. If you need good car care along with great customer service, please go see Danny and the Bob Ewell team. I will be going back for any additional repairs needed for my car. I recommend you go, you will not regrets it.

I bought my tires from there. I come back every 5000 miles to have my tires rotated to keep my warranty in good standing. The Lacy, the manager, always remembers my name even though it's been a while since I was there. Service is always fast & professional. The waiting area is very accommodating with a tv & remote, a Keurig machine with multiple pods to choose from and all the fixings to go along with it. A snack machine and a bathroom, all right there while your waiting. My dad has been coming here for yrs and he's 96. :) There's also magazines & books for the kiddos.

Honest, reliable and always takes care of my family and business vehicles.Unlike most places, they never recommend unnecessary maintenance or repairs. I was told by another shop my broke college kids car needed a certain repair and made it seem as if they were urgent safety needs. Worried about my son s safety since he drives this vehicle back and forth to college 200 miles away, I took it to Bob Ewell not because I thought they would be cheaper but because I TRUST THEM. Danny took the time to check the entire car over, and fixed the real issues not only saving us money on unnecessary repairs but also giving us a piece of mind that my son is driving a vehicle in safe repair! While they don t offer appointments so having to arrange drop offs may not always be convenient, it s worth the wait for the quality of service you get from the receptionist, the techs and the shop cat that is always there to greet us.Thanks again for all that you do to keep our 5 vehicles in great condition and repair without trying to financially take advantage of us.THE BEST in 757!

This is my 2nd year of having Bob Ewell service my car for all the annual requirements. Have used them in the past strictly for inspections but they are a lot closer and more convenient to the dealership where I purchased my car.EVERYONE is professional and friendly. The day I went I got an inspection, alignment, tires rotated and a synthetic oil change. For what they charged, which was substantially less than the dealership, my wait was worth it. Lacey is wonderful and her helpful, kind attitude just makes you feel like you're right at home! Oh, and to have KEEKEE, the 4 legged security system,come and let you give her a neck rub was such a sweet gesture.

I called in for a use tire, because I thought that's what I needed. We arrived I was greeted and was sent to the proper area I needed to go. I was told I didn't need a tire but a simple repair. I was in and out real fast. Customer service was remarkable. Thank you will return for more business.

I am truly grateful and thankful that I took my car to Bob Ewell. I needed a tire due to running over what I thought was a nail from construction at my job. Come to find out, it was a screw and instead of charging me for the new tire they saved my tire and were incredibly nice and some of the best customer service I ve received. I will be back and tell everyone I know to go to Bob Ewell!

Took my sons truck to another shop which they kept it all day just to check to see why he had no heat. At the close of business I'm told it needed a water pump and they could not do the work. They didn't have the mechanic or tools to do the job.I couldn't believe ALL day just to tell me I had a bad water pump.I called Bob Ewell Tire and after explaining my problem and frustration, Lacy one of the owners ask me to bring the truck to them. I explained that my son needed his truck to start a new job Monday ( this was Friday). She was very friendly, courteous and understanding. Lacy explained what needed to be done and said they would do everything they could to ensure the work was done before Monday. I met Danny the other owner and he performed a diagnostic check in less than an hour and said it wasn't anything wrong with the water pump or cooling system. It was an actuator behind the dash not allowing the vent doors to properly open.It was an extensive job requiring the removal of the dash/seat.However, heat had returned back inside the truck and Danny knowing my son needed the truck Monday and this was a big job recommended to leave the heat control settings just where they were until winter was over, Unless heat went out completely. Danny was concerned that being Friday and this being a major job he would be pressured to complete by close of business he didn't need the added stress which I completely agreed. Danny said whenever I'm ready to get the work done just give him a call. He gave me and estimate of parts/labor and hours to complete the work. This also will allow my son time to ensure he has the money to pay for repairs since this will be a time consuming and costly job.I really appreciated their honesty and willingness to work with me and my son. They showed compassion and understanding for our problem. Lacy even wished my son good luck on his new job.I will definitely be taking my automotive needs to them and I recommend others that are looking for honest and professional service to give them a try.

Went to BoB Ewell for a state inspection on all 3 of my vehicles and i was highly satisfied with the professionalism and the servicing. One of my vehicles required some work and 2 tires in order to pass inspection, the mechanic visually showed me the issues and i was able to have them fixed the same day at a reasonable price. I would recommend this business to anyone thats looking for honest, reliable maintenance. Thank you guys very much

Bob Ewell Tire and Auto was recommended to me by my Aunt. I had a very pleasant experience. They were not hard to find and provided professional and courteous service. They performed a thorough inspection of vehicle. The repairs that were made were a fair price. I highly recommend Bob Ewell Tire and Auto. I brought my suv in with three major problems; fuel leak, no oil pressure and coolant leak. Danny and Shawn took the suv in the shop and called the next day. The price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Bob Ewell Tire.
