UPDATE!:So half. HALF of the services I requested weren't even DONE. Break rear master cylinder rebuild? Nope. Charged for it though. Old fluid still in there. Termi MAP reflash? Nope. Not done either. Still has the standard logo and lean out after fire on decel. Still no reply from management or even an attempt to make things right. Avoid at all costs. Blairs still cool though.This is more a warning to anyone who uses their service department. Blair (service writer) is awesome. 10/10 great dude. But the mechanic they have on staff somehow FORGOT to torque down my caliper bolts when rebuilding my forks. This was after about 20 miles. I'm not saying this would have killed me. But uh. If I needed brakes and didn't have any because (Brakecaliper has left the chat) it would have been a bad time.I don't give many reviews. Especially bad ones because we all make mistakes. But this one could have very well cost me my life.

Donovan and Anthony go above and beyond for their customers. We have been taken care of every time we go into Bayside. From Sales to Service it has been top notch. Highly suggest giving them a chance for both Harley and Ducati.

I had a great day at Bayside Ducati. 1. I was looking for a bike that wasnt readily available. Bill found it and had it delivered. 2. Trini kicked off the deal at a good price. Once I got to the dealership on a busy Saturday Donovan finished it off. I worked closely with Anthony on financials and some nice extras on my wish list. For others looking for a bike, Bayside was ready to go above and beyond and make the deal! BTW, I traveled over 200 miles to get the bike, they were ready to deliver to my house, but I wanted to drive it home - was a great ride across the Bay Bridge up the eastern shore of VA/MD.

Donavan was a massive help. I had issues getting ahold of someone to help me before but since he started things have moved along incredibly smoothly.He was kind enough to come in EARLY on his DAY OFF to get my bike into the shop. Really appreciate this kind of hospitality.Thanks Donavan! You're the man!

Forget about the snooty dealership experience. Blair is awesome to deal with. They treated me like family from the moment I walked in the door. What you get at this location is Ducati bikes with a Harley Davidson experience. The folks working there even hung out with my wife and father while I was doing paperwork. Didn t intend to buy a bike. Did buy a multistrada v4 s.

Great place, great people. Staff isn't pushy to sell you something amd actually take the time to figure out how you ride, what you're comfortable on etc. Overall amazing place, can't wait to get a street fighter from them soon

I m giving them a 4 stars with the renewed faith and hope that it only gets better. Honestly Bayside being new to Ducati, there were some growing pains as I traded in one Ducati for a new one. Recently took my bike in for service and I m happy with the progress. They have a new Senior Ducati Service Tech who I was able to just talk shop with for a while and am happy that he is there. I feel very confident going forward that all the issues on the Ducati side of the house will be getting better. The service team was primarily all Harley guys so I was understanding of the learning curve but now, I feel like they have definitely caught up and moving forward I would tell people to expect nothing but A1 level service because that s what I got my last time there. I will definitely come back and update my reviews as I go here often and want to be as honest and keep Bayside accountable because the community expects that, and I have no problem moving forward that they will provide that.

Just purchased a Ducati Monster 821 through this dealership. Excellent experience from start to finish. Tony, our sales rep was great! We made an appointment for a test drive and he texted us a couple of days prior to confirm and then again on the morning we were due to come in. All of the staff were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and made the whole buying process a pleasure. We will be a repeat customer!

First experience with this business, walked in -placed a deposit on a limited Ducati; got confirmation from the distributor that it was available and Bayside informed me they would let me know when it comes in... I walked in months later and was informed that it was not available, and the sales guy should have called me because they were aware of this for over a month. This is where the blame lays entirely with this dealer: The sales manager informed me they would do anything to resolve this issue... In the end they were willing to sell me an older bike for the same cost. I wouldn't trust this place for any services or sales! No accountability, no follow through, and no respect.And after the "owner" responds there is still no accountability. In case you are still not aware: "the management" was the problem.

Despite supposedly having a Master Ducati tech, and the parts are available for my special production 1995 900 SSSP, I was told the owner does not want to work on Ducs built b4 2003.Doesn't say much for the master mechanic or the dealership itself!

So stoked to see a dealer near me bringing in Ducati! These bikes are top of the line, and Bayside now has them! The people are great, and its one heck of an environment! I'd recommend this to anyone!

I had the opportunity to test ride two Ducati motorcycles this weekend. What a great experience! The Diavel X is insanely fast!!! Very comfortable for a sport bike. I also rode the Multistrada 950s. A great ride with tons of power.

Friendly.... knowledgeable..... staff just need this discount for military, first responders, and front line workers that don't get to stay home.... everyday not just a select day out the month especially in big military area.

Bayside has a large selection of ducati's right on the showroom floor.. I was surprised to see such a selection on hand. The staff was amazing, very friendly and knowledgeable of the machines.
