They are also very friendly and helpful when I need auto repair maintenance parts assistance.Especially the free battery charge service helps in deciding should I get another one.1017bsm Beatkings Global Corporation, Beatkings Global Logistics Company, and We The People Contracting Inc. Are all corporations that eat and enjoy food here!

Just stopped in to grab some fuses for my Xterra but this AutoZone is always clean and full of employees who are always willing to help and offer a solution to my problems Automotive Electrical or even for my lawn mower I recommend this AutoZone to any and everybody in Portsmouth. The men that work there are very knowledgeable and courteous. They didn't try and upsale me or get me to buy any accessories or warranty agreements when I wasn't considering that type of purchase from the beginning. Great deals on oil change supplies.

I needed a battery for my pickup truck. They had one, and believe it or not, they agreed to sell it to me! An auto parts store that sells auto parts! Who'd have thunk it!? If you need parts for your vehicle, then maybe they'll sell some to you too! It's worth a shot! Give em a call!

OMG, I've never been made to feel more uncomfortable in my life. From the moment I walked in to the location , I was meet with a bad attitude from Tara ( sales manager). So if the sales manager is this unfriendly you know its going to go down hill fast. So each question was answered with a very unwelcoming reply. I felt like she wanted to say , what you doing in here... So after i made my purchase of truck battery and left the store. Upon return with my core, Tara sent Amy to wait on me as if she couldn't take anymore of my presents or I had annoyed her. Amy waited on me with a little more patience, but still standoffish. So after my transaction, I decided to look for another item. Well while I was in the isle looking for what it was I wanted, I look to my left down the end of the isle... there was Amy, looking right at me. When she saw that I notice , she pretended to be polishing off the dirty batteries on a rack of dirty ones. Well I was warned that some in Virginia haven't accepted the out come of the civil war .

So check this out!! I always like to contribute to Google...I like writing reviews of some of the places that I visit and some of my experiences...so with that being said I walked into this establishment and the first thing the gentleman said to me is everything all right ...I explained to him that everything is all right, but he wanted to make it a point to say that it's odd when people come in and take pictures... So attempting to give him an idea of what I do had nothing to do with what he was saying... all he wanted to do is be heard and be understood as I did so with that being said... I didn't want to hear what he had to say... I let him know that the pictures were not directly of him but of the establishment... And as usual during this conversation he wanted to make it known that he thought it was kind of odd... which is okay once again!! I'm going to continue with my review... So overall the store was clean the personnel was polite I guess... Not sure, the attendant was in his feelings... Once again I don't care I'm going to do my review... The prices was reasonable on some things... My experience was downplayed... I did not even want to continue shopping in this location... Overall I gave its four stars... and actuality they failed...

Only giving this location 5 stars because of a young man named troy. Definitely knows what he's doing, what's he talking about, resolved my issue and displayed professionalism all while displayed great customer service. Thank you!

Huge sign saying CURBSIDE PICKUP. Call the number posted when my order is ready and they have no idea what I'm talking about. It's in huge letters on your front door! So I have to drag/carry my kids in through the rain for a 3 second order pickup. Extremely frustrating. (Otherwise, good service)

Actually had someone there to help. 1year ago was the last time I was there. The manager of the store showed me what I needed and why. Major improvement over the last visit. It seems they are trying harder.

Needed to replace 4 heavy duty batteries on my semi truck. This store had only 2 in stock but these guys went above and beyond to get me back on the road asap. I mean one of them went to another store and brought 2 additional batteries to me so I didn t have to drive my semi tractor.Management - if you reading this: this type of customer service deserves appreciation at least! Thank you!!!

Just came into auto zone and Mr. Gary and the other associate were outstanding. They helped me change my lights in record time, and were beyond helpful. Thank you Mr. Gary for the great customer service and experience. And thank you for your service in the Navy.

The store on high st is very unprofessional. I had a situation where the cashier cheated me out of my change... Then when i go back he stated he shorted me 5 dollars when clearly i paid with a 50....The manager counts the draw and the draw wasnt short....so what conclusion can you draw....

Great. I bought windshield wipers for my SUV and antifreeze. The lady that rang me up was nice enough to put my windshield wipers on for me in the rain. I can't remember her name but thank you so much.

Presence was acknowledged when I walk in the door. Probably served super friendly knowledgeable people work there. Put my battery in the car without any hesitation or problems. Definitely will be returning to this location

good-Prices are not the worst, they stand with their warranty no issues with thatbad-multiple times had to coach the team through parts or chemicals or fluids had to teach one team member there the difference between cleaners and how to use THEIR code reader.

I find myself writing about a sales person named Donald, who work's tirelessly to give 100% customer service.He works at Airline Blvd location.Donald even gave me a little history on this origins which is nice to know.More importantly, Donald actually remembered my name after the very first visit.Now that is a rarity.He should be recognize for being such a awesome individual.And, anybody really reads reviews and, you are looking for GREAT SERVICE...The location is Autozone on Airline Blvd Portsmouth.The man to see is Donald!!!

Good place to get car parts, batteries, car accessories and car washing chemicals. Staff is usually pretty helpful. It can be hard to get parts for my 15 year old Wrangler from here, but they usually have the basics in stock or will order it. They also will check the code for free if your check engine light is on and will install car batteries if you buy it there.

When you call about a part they tell you to hold on one second and they'll be right back. The one second turns out be 10 minutes and they still haven't came back. Sometimes they say hold on for a moment. They should say hold on for 10 minutes or more then at least a person know

Needed a new battery it was cold raining and outside staff did a quick job of changing battery and didnt hesitate to go out side in the cold rain. I went to another location before which is closer to my house they acted like they didn't want to go outside told me the battery tester was down so I left

I always shop here. I prefer this store over any other location. The staff is always super helpful and Ms. Trina always calls me by name before even typing my info in the computer. These guys go the extra mile.

Really like going to this store because it is close to my home.The last 2 Times i have been here i had to purchase wheel cylinders for my car.Both times that i visited this store i had the same associate get the parts and both times the african american male was very irritated that i needed him to look the part up and get it from the back. Since the store always have what im looking for i will continue to shop at Auto Zone but just at another location.I dont like to feel like im bothering someone when i need assistance.
