Went in for new windshield wipers. Both young men at the counter were very helpful. KJ took it a step further and asked to check the connection for the blades. After I purchased he graciously put the new blades. Thank you again KJ!

Nick was / is a excellent example of how to treat customers. I will make the extra 30 to 45 minute drive just for his service and we own a company.

Customer service is okay at times, sometimes they put their customers first, but then sometimes they put customers last. Auto parts are fairly priced, not much of a deal when shopping there.

04/29/2023 I came to buy oil for the transmission of my vehicle when the manager on duty attended me at the cashier, a guy dressed in a gray shirt with glasses was the one who attended me, he had very bad manners, he didn't even greet me, when I asked For something, he answered me in the most bad way, brother, I only wanted to buy a couple of things, bad customer service on your part, unprofessional

Their customer service sucks. They barely speak. Very nonchalant and act like u owe them something especially that older gentleman that works there and I needed help and I wouldn't ask him

Got what I needed and had to modify the duralast filter because it hit the trans pan. The outer tie rods were sealed in bag, but one was as I it was already worn. Duralast parts are Korean and there bottom of the barrel parts.

Poor service. I paid for a pack of 4 coils and I explained to the gentleman that 2 was faulty. He just kept saying the other 2 had oil on them I then told him of course they do how else would I know they didn t work before going to spend money to get them tested. He just kept saying they had oil on them so at this point I m mad. I told him if they sell them individually then just charge me for 2 and refund me the rest of my money back I even said if I had to take the 2 that was in my car out that I would and he could refund me and then I would just purchase the 2 single ones and the manager and the rude gentleman told me it s nothing they could do so I went to AutoZone on N military highway and they helped me out and made everything work.

Had to return some tools that I couldn't end up using. Had my receipts and everything.Darrell processed my refund, but boy was the cynicism thick.I didn't use the tools and it shows. I had everything on me to prove purchase, so the reception seemed funky. Got my refund but I'm skipping this one from now on

Came here for a car diagnosis. Every employees were busy, and someone came to help me right away after finishing with another customer. I requested to lend a car diagnostic device and got to check the car myself. They were willing to help me, but I decided to do it myself (they were busy, didn't want to bother them).Once I got the diagnostic code, they printed a copy of the diagnosis and the details. It was very helpful! I used this to get my car fixed at a shop.

Not in the greatest area of Portsmouth, this AutoZone is surprisingly nice. Larger than any other I have been into, it has a great selection of car service products and accessories. I was looking for a steering wheel lock, something I hadn't previously seen at another AutoZone or similar auto parts store, yet they had exactly what I needed, even a selection of different types from various brands. The cashier and other workers were friendly and quick to get me checked out.

The manager was very inter- Active with both her staff and customers. She was able to help find the correct parts and ensured that I still received my discount. :-) team work is DreamWork!!

This place is awesome. During Covid some of the other places are over run. But this place Stays steady but not overwhelming. Friendly and helpful staff. Last night I had my battery checked on my car. No problem:)

They have an awesome program called the Green Recycle Program that rewards customers with a $10 merchandise credit per battery (max 5 per customer per day) in effort to keep batteries from polluting our environment. It's an awesome way to help reduce the cost of parts... I love it!

They were very helpful but there was a long line. The line itself wasn't very long but whatever the other customers were ordering or doing seemed to take a long time. But the employees are helpful to find whatever it is that you need for your car since that can be pretty complicated.

I needed my battery replaced in a pinch (and after 6PM). The employees at this location are incredibly helpful and friendly and got me back on the road in no time flat. If you need a reliable place, go here.

Going into AutoZone has always been fast and convenient for me. The staff is really friendly and they speak to you as soon as you enter the door. Their prices are competitive compared to other auto stores. I will always be a fan of AutoZone.

They were very rude. I went here to use the code reader and they said I needed one of them to come out and do it because someone stole the last one which o was fine with that but the problem was they made me wait over 10 min so they could continue to talk to there buddy so I ended up walking out and would never go back to this location
