Front desk lady with the dark curly hair is extremely dismissive and rude. Took my care to get an inspection and my tire lock key set came up missing. I realized my brand new set was missing 5 months later. I went to the store to tell them and hopefully for some reason it was still there. And she told me 5 different ways about how they might not have used it because the mileage was low and how if they did use it it s no reason for them to keep it. While I m explain accidents happen she didn t know if they took the tire off or not and she needed to take accountability and just say we don t have it anymore. It s an inconvenience to me to have this issue. I couldn t get my new tires out on because the key set was missing! I had to adjust and order a new set so the inconvenience lies with me. She was rude and I ll never come here again. It was my first and last time!

Thank you Love having peace of mind that my car passed pre-travel check! And all needed corrections were done in no time! Looking at all broken down cars along the way and thinking, "You should've stopped by Autologic prior to long journey." I trust only Jenny and Brad with my cars!

Owner was very pleasant and caring. Was very engaging and definitely cares about her and her spouse's representation of the business. She (I'm bad on names), is the face of the company and she represents well!I didn't have any work down, only my state inspection, but they were prompt and thorough. I will return to have any needed work done on my car in the future. Thank you.

They went beyond what i expected when I brought my car in for repair. They found I still had an extended warranty from another dealer so took my car there instead to get repaired. They helped me out even though they lost business. Great place.

I came in to have my tires balanced and asked them to check over if I needed anything else with my suspension/tires. They called me and thoroughly explained why I was experiencing what I described to them. They rotated and balanced my tires and problem solved. They are VERY HONEST with excellent communication and quality of work. Pricing is very reasonable! This will be the only place I take my 4Runner from now on.Service: Tires

I took my BMW in for what I thought was power steering leaking.Jenny informed me it was just the battery was dead and my car needed programming.And also an oil change. Her team did an excellent job and my car was ready the same day. She is professional and her team knows their work. I'm definitely going back.

I took my 2017 Audi A6 for engine problems, but we re unable to perform services because the parts required Audi dealer programming. I was informed up front that there would be a fee, but when I called later the front desk receptionist stated there would be no charge for the inspection and diagnostic because they were unable to perform services. Very honest mechanics and front desk staff was excellent. If I have any further issues on my vehicles Autologic would be my first stop. Repeat customer!

Brad and Jenny are very kind and patient. They took time to explain exactly what was going on with my vehicle and the work that needed to be done. Scheduled an oil change for 9:00 a.m. and was out the door by 10:00 a.m. The service is fast, efficient and friendly. You don't feel like you are just another customer, they have a nice small business hometown atmosphere and I will definitely be going here in the future for all of my automotive needs.

Communication is key, folks, and this place excels in that field, as well as others. Growing up in this area, my parents had the place they trusted. (If you're from here, you know which one.) This isn't a knock on them, or any other auto shop around, but I've found *my* place.They are friendly, concise in their explanation and their work, and they're local. Fantastic new business! I needed some aftermarket parts installed on my Mustang. I brought them the parts and explained what I was looking to accomplish and they were more than happy to accomodate me. They scheduled me on the very next day and the work was completed quickly in just a few hours. Everything was installed correctly and my pony is running great while also picking up a few horsepower. Very professional, courteous, and accomodating. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for quality work on their vehicle at a fair price.

I was experiencing an oil drip on my wife's car and took it to Auto Logic for an oil change hoping they could also tell me where the oil was coming from. It would have been easy for them to tell me I had leaking engine seals or gaskets and taken me for a good deal of money. Instead they told me that it looked like the scatter shield under the engine had not been cleaned after my last oil change. They cleaned it, changed the oil and performed a comprehensive inspection of the car. Both Bran and Jenny are very pleasant to deal with. I WILL use Autologic for all my vehicle needs and would give them more than 5 stars if I could.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Went in for an alignment on my Toyota 86, first off they were able to get me in faster then most shops could. They were able to get my cars alignment spot on, they had no problem with me haveing aftermarket adjustable control arms or camber bolts. And they did it for a reasonable price.Definitely recommend if you are trying to get your car worked on before or after an autocross or a track day.Service: Wheel alignment

Amazing place with amazing customer service. I had taken my car to a different garage that gave me an absurd quote to fix two things on my car. I took it to Autologic and they got me in right away and took my car for a test drive and explained everything that was going on in detail so I understood. Good prices, great quality of service.
