The front desk was super nice with positive, greeting attitude, and the mechanic was great, also really nice. The work done was quick, and a fair price, if I ever need my windshield done I will most definitely go to them.Thank you so much

If you need a new windshield this is 100% the place to go. I called for a quote and it was significantly cheaper than anything around, and when I got in they made sure to show me the price, which was the same as the initial quote, which I thought was very professional seeing as it was my first time there. Staff was extremely polite and had my car in an out in a timely manner. The windshield looks amazing.

Very quick and professional work ethic. They had to order the glass but came early in the afternoon and took about 45-50min to install once the car got pulled in. Would be nice though if the lobby had some more comfortable seats..maybe a big couch or couple of love seats while you wait.But overall great service!

I was referred by my brother-in-law. I found the staff to be very friendly and knowledgeable about the services I sought. They are very professional. I am pleased with their work (replacement of my windshield) and will not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Marie was very pleasant! I called 2-5-24 when they open at 8am.. i was able to make an appointment the same day! Service was great! My windshield was replaced in a time timely manner!

After speaking with Marie, she made it a breeze to give me a quote in 2 mins! We showed up on the schedule appointment time and Benjamin put the windshield in extremely quick. I had a great experience having my replacement done here. Such friendly office staff and wonderful technicians. I even scheduled my appointment and it connected to Waze the day of my appointment and told me exactly when to leave my house to get there on time! How cool is that Thank you all for being such a great local business! You are all appreciated!

I needed a new side stationary window. I called to get an estimate, she gave me one that was way lower than other places I called. I went there first thing on that Friday morning. She said it would take about an hour. I don t think it even did. We were talking the whole time. Very friendly! I am so happy with my new window! Utilize their services twice, and it has been great work. My first experience was as a walk-in customer, and it took less than an hour to get my daughters windshield repaired. Second time my husband's windshield needed replaced so I called ahead of time to ensure they had it in stock. Service was amazing and it took exactly an hour to replace. Highly recommend especially if you are paying out of pocket. Not sure if they take insurance but their prices are great.

Great customer service! Talked with Maria in person over the phone to make an appointment. Much better than having to go online or use some link for an application or having to use some recorded automated system. Very traditional and personable. Great service. Fast, efficient and great techs with respect for others vehicles as well as the costumers. Not to mention great prices. I was charged $300 for a windshield and everyone else was charging $400 or more.

Fantastic front desk with Marie. Friendly, prompt, professional, and got us in right away. Worked great with USAA and SafeLite. Had to go with Auto Glass Now because SafeLite did not have the schedule to support our needs, was literally just down the street versus 15 miles and 30 minutes away, and I believe they were less expensive too. Highly recommend.

Auto Glass Now in High St, Portsmouth is top notch. They fixed my dislodged front car windshield molding at NO CHARGE today. The repair money saved was spent to a fellow veterans hot meal and blanket this afternoon. To the repair tech and receptionist, thanks you very much for your generosity.

I had a great experience at Auto Glass Now.. I missed my appointment time and they were still able to get me in and replace my door window in about an hour. I was taking my lunch break to get this done and I was back at work on time.
