We've been using American Fleet for all of our commercial vehicles for years now and they have always given us top notch service with awesome customer service. they have great communication and keep us up to date with what they find any issues with. they have even done research for us to find some truck scales that we were looking for. Called in for a "worst case scenario quote" on replacing a manifold gasket in my truck and was told by Charlotte that they don't give quotes because they've given them before and the quote was less than the job. My question is...IF YOU ARE THE PROFESSIONAL AND WANT ME TO DO BUSINESS WITH YOU, HOW CAN I TRUST YOU WHEN YOU CAN'T EVEN ESTIMATE A JOB BEFORE SEEING IT WHEN THIS IS ALL YOU DO?? No thanks...not setting me up for the okeydoke! Key phrase in the request was "worst case scenario quote".

This is my second year going to them for my state inspection. My car is older so always a little nervous during inspection time but the staff is always super friendly & helpful both over the phone & in person. So far I have been very pleased with their service; of course cause my car has passed both years . I plan on continuing to go to them for all my future inspections.

I was quoted nearly $1000 for state inspection and 2 repairs it failed for.They're 2 to 3 times higher than other mechanics . I took it to another mechanic / licensed state inspec, only 1 Real non fabricated problem cost $185. false problems were fixed for $185necessary repairs came to $285 and was told that the biggest problem Iwith my vehicle did not exist and was made your I did need front brake pads..., needless to say that my vehicle was repaired and inspected for less than one third the price given

American Fleet Service is a great place! We have taken our truck here for repairs and maintenance several times. They are always so friendly and fair. Work is always done well and in a timely manner. Never had any issues with any of our visits here.

American Fleet Services was not only Johnny on the spot, they were also Johnny on the spot On! They dispatched to my broken down truck quickly and diagnosed the issue with accuracy. They knew we needed to get back on the road early the next day and got right to our repair as quickly as they could. Smart mechanics, great customer service! A+

Extremely helpful, very friendly staff and quick service. I called them about a state inspection, they said if I could be there in 15 I'd be next in line. I was there in 5 and they had me out the door in 15 minutes. We all know what its like getting an inspection done at the beginning or end of the month. They saved me the hassle of having to drop my truck off and pick it up the next day like the other garages. This is a hard to find hometown garage away from home. I would highly recommend.

Charged 300+ to fix a driver side truck door lock? Truck Stayed there for a week+ and that wasnt my initial problem. But after consulting with the owner I am satisfied with the outcome of my situation and could possibly do business in the future.

This place had great reviews, and for a good reason! I hate state inspections they are such a hassle. This place made it so easy, very organized and professional! Please go here you won t be sorry! My new go to place for car inspections for sure.

They were recommended so I never questioned their pricing. I recently needed a part and their markup was almost double the cost of the part. When questioned, they do not justify their pricing and will not use any part that they can't buy. I would never go back but ask for an itemization and shop the parts to keep them honest

American Fleet,is a awesome place to take a semi,or truck! Their a great company,the work they have done for me,was a blessing! And,they know what their doing! I have a 92 freight liner,all because of them,it runs great!!!! Thanks,to American Fleet!!!

For my 2011 Freightliner Cascadia, went there for a dot federal inspection will not pass due to unexpected items needed to be fix a lot of work done in a timely matter, I will do business with them again time is really a crutch when a one truck operation
