I've lived in Portsmouth my whole life and never knew that there was also a repair shop attached to this little car dealership. I received the best service and the price for my repair was less than I thought it would be. George was very transparent about pricing, time, and availability. I have used several repair shops around Hampton Roads and received the best service right here! Thank you George and your crew for helping me get my car straight! You now have a customer for life!

After buying from several dealers all my life I wasn't expecting such honesty and superior customer service. I bought online and Mr. George went above and beyond to help me and get the vehicle we urgently needed. Honest, polite and attentive. He's the best salesman I've ever met. If we need another vehicle I will definitely give All in One Auto another visit, even if it's via online, I know I can trust George. Thank you for all your help!!!

I have been renting from George and David since 2014, they are always willing to accommodate and assist. Rental prices are reasonable and they do not require you to "sign over first born" to rent a vehicle. I also purchased a vehicle from them, i take it to them for all the routine maintenance. I would definitely highly recommend them.

So what im gonna do is let everyone that sees this make their own opinion and decision about the the company. The employee (David H.) that rented this Truck (Budget Rental Truck) my moms friend and my mom (who is the one that is supposed to be driving it out of state!). When my mom addressed this issue the employee David H. didn't want to do ANYTHING about the problem saying it will be fine! When my mom pushed the issue he put this rag in the tank! And if you read the label yes it is a unleaded fuel only vehicle (not diesel). Hmmmm so let's recount its not only unsafe but poor maintenance because if water gets in a gas tank what happens? Well if you don't know ill tell ya it ain't good for the motor. This is sad that a company would allow this to go on not to mention not wise because it is a potential for a very big Lawsuit!

Everybody there is very educated on everything there is to know about working on cars. Great staff. friendly people. Awesome car sales and rentals as well. Love me some David, will and Curtis!

For $57/day rented me a very old car with no brakes u had to bang the AC back on and it still was not cool during the hot day would not start after filling up with gas until the tenth try while hitting gas. Was in an accident other drivers fault and their insurance has accepted fault yet he's treating me like it's my fault came and got vehicles went in the vehicle before I came outside (illegal) my things were in there. Could care less how I was after wreck. And refusing my deposit back. Spare yourself stay away.

This mean old man accused me of reaching over his desk and taking something that was not mine!!! I am appalled!!! I am professional working woman for an attorney!! Not only would I NEVER steal, I certainly would never recommend this place if my life depended on it!!!!

The customer service is outstanding! Everyone there is very pleasant and helpful. I had a quote for repairs from a previous repair shop and All-In-One Auto beat there quote by $200! The rental office experience gives you that hometown customer, that most of these Big Name rental companies LACK !!! I definitely will use and again highly recommend.

I am preparing to purchase my third vehicle from George. All of our vehicles have been used by our children, so safety and reliability were paramount in making our decisions. George stands by his word on all things promised. It took less than an hour an all occasions to get in and out. I love taking my cars to be serviced there, friendly funny professional staff that makes the time fly and not be a burden. I look forward to buying our next vehicle there shortly

This is the place you need to come to 4 any of your auto needs. The receptionist Vanessa is the best! She has all the patience in the world. She is expedient in her endeavor to help. Kudos to you Big V!

Consumer Alert.All in One Auto or USAVE Auto Rental advertise in big print 29.95 /day/100 miles a day for a Ford Focus or similar for their rentals and then give you a total price of 37.95USD in big print on their site but after the fees, taxes and insurance(if you have your own liability you will wind up paying over $54.00 a day). This is a marketing bait and switch tactic in my opinion and a dishonest practice. They do tell you on their site at the very bottom in small print that additional fees, surcharges, local taxes, etc. may apply but not how much those fees are. Here are the additional fees. They charge you 11.99 a day for insurance if you have your own liability. Then they charge a 3.50 One-time cost recovery fee? What is this? Then a 5% sales tax which comes to another 2.10 and then another 5% rental tax with comes to another 2.10. Then you are charged a surcharge fee of $5 for what I don't know which brings the actual total to 54.64. You don't find out how much the fees are until you get there.

Good people! My family went to them for years before I decided to and I'm on my third car from them, two of which I have now currently for my husband and I. You won't find a place that works with your credit and gives you a good monthly payment other than this people! George and his right hand man been doing this for years

I had a wonderful experience! I was able to buy the perfect car for my son. The people there are amazing! Not to mention I got a great deal. Now I service all my cars there as well!

George is very pleasant to work with.Me and my Wife desperately looking for a dependable vehicle saw a nice affordable one owner Chevy Tahoe online.We went to check it out,it was unbelievable how well taken care of it was.Went for a test drive,it drove like a new car.They were so helpful and in no way pressured us to buy it.In all my experiences of dealing with car dealers have I had a person who stands by his word.Transaction/paperwork was less than an hour.They make you feel like family.Three months later and only an oil change it still runs flawless!I will definitely be doing more business in the future.I highly recommend you check them out today if you need a very dependable vehicle,you won t be disappointed!

Just call All- in -one and Usave Car is the same rental place .They are not professional and rude. The person that answer the phone was anxious to get off the phone. I will not be using them ever. No stars for them worse customer service I have ever encountered.

Horrible. Very unprofessional. Told me what I need to being in. Called me to confirm and whn I get there they told me I couldn't rent cuz I ddnt have this this that and the third. Mind u this wsnt the first time someone gave false I fo. The black guy very very ride. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.

Go elsewhere if you want to buy a vehicle.I should have written about this place long ago.This is another place to stay clear of if you're looking for a used vehicle they are over priced.high interest rates if you're crdedit is poor and it's a SHAME because car lots like this pray on people that are good but because their credit is low because of medical problems,lay off due to no fault of their own and ETC You WILL BE PAYING SKYHIGH INTEREST AND THEY WILL BE PUTTING YOU IN A VEHICLE OF THEIR CHOICE NOT YOURS AND YOUR GOING TO BE PAYING A DOWN PAYMENT WHAT THE VEHICLE IS WORTH.EXAMPLE IF YOU ARE LOOKING AT A CAR ON THE LOT AND ITS SELLING FOR SAY 4000.00 DOLLARS AND YOU HAVE TO PUT 1000.00 DOWN THEY ALL READY GOT THE MONEY THAT THEY INVESTED INTO THAT CAR FOR THE MOST PART.ENOUGH SAID.

The are a rip off way to much money for them ragedy cars. They rental car was not worth the money it smelled like cigarettes and weed and had burn holes in seat, also had no fuel.car back light was out and they still rented the car. They are a rip off I will never go back again.

I made a reservation for a Budget rental truck. I got a call the morning of the pickup date informing that they didn't have the truck available. Not sure they understand the concept of a reservation.
