Airline Automotive & Truck Center did a fantastic job on my front end alignment. They were quick and thorough in taking care of my beloved Ford Flex. If you get there before 8:00 you a have a great chance of being the very first vehicle. I was in and out in 25 minutes who does that? And it was only $63.14! So when you are in Portsmouth, Va. and you need a front end alignment, stop by Airline Automotive & Truck Center at 3308 Airline Blvd. They open at 8:00 am and close at 5:00 pm.

They are an honest company which gets a number of referrals. My mechanic, who I trust 100%, referred me to them. They got me in and out on the same hot 95 degree day! They charged my car's air conditioner and did a fantastic job! They have a customer for life!

Let me just say WOW about the pricing.... absolutely satisfied with that alone not to mention how fast they answer the phone, polite they are, and how well they did the job. No one touches my truck expect me but I needed struts replaced and do not have the tools so took it to them. After fully inspecting my truck after the repair, I am fully satisfied and would take my truck to them again! This is truly one of those hidden gems that not many people know about. And if you want to leave your vehicle overnight, they have a security fence they lock it behind! Great diamond in the rough!

Just got a car inspection done here and they we nice courteous and very easy to deal with. They got my car done without any hassles and for a low price and saved me becuase I have court for an expired inspection in a few days. Great job guys!

I was Leary of this place at first, for no particular reason. They serviced my car at an affordable price, handled my questions well , and got my car back to me in a timely manner. Great place to go for quality work, without having to sell a kidney, and your birth-right to get it :)

DO NOT go here. Rude as can be. They will tell you no appointments just come and well get it done. Waited 1hr 30 min. Then the grumpy old dude comes out and rudely says we wont be able to get it done today. Asked when is a good time tomorrow? he said all day, or i could just leave it. i explained i dont have a ride to leave it. He said well thats not my problem, i told him i wasnt making it his problem was just trying to figure out best time for me to come back but you dont have to be rude. He goes off and says you aint seen rude yet im the ugliest m'fr around. I said ok im leaving not going to deal with someone so rude, he said oh your about to see rude im just getting started. This place has a history of rude behavior after ive looked farther into them.

They are crooks!!!! Took our truck to get some work done and $1500 bucks later, They didn t even fix the initial problem we brought up there for!!! Nor did they call with an EST before doing the work. They ordered parts did the job and then called said it s ready pay up 1500 bucks!!! Do not take your vehicles here for service!! I do not recommend this company at all to anyone!!!!!!!!! I honestly don t want to give 1 star.

We took 2 vehicles to be inspected this morning. Their website says they open at 8:00am. Someone finally opened at 8:18. Then I was told that the person that inspects might not even show up because they didn't come in at all on Friday. I go ahead and leave one of the vehicles. Then I go and look for a backup plan. I find a place that can do both vehicles now. So when I went back to get my truck I ask for it and Kirt says he's the inspector and he can do it now. We said that's ok we're taking it to other place. He said You don't need to tell me twice. Just take your keys and leave. He actually told my husband to shut up. So we don't recommend this place but we do recommend American Fleet Services on Elmhurst Lane.

I am a salesman at a local dealer on Airline Blvd. A customer of mine was having a prepurchase inspection done. When i called to inquire about our vehicle and the issues he had found "kurt" proceeded to get an attitude with me and state the customer had not paid for the inspection despite paying for it when the car was dropped off. I let kurt know that we were both professionals and Id prefer he droped the attitude just to get hung up on. I will personally make sure NONE of my customers pay this place another visit. If they cant even keep track of whether or not they have been paid id hate to see what kind of work theyre doing to their customers cars.

I sat here for a few hours, expected. What was unexpected is the owner talking bad about other customers in front of current customers. Talked down to everyone. Might of been having a bad day. Everyone deserves to blow off steam, yet stay professional. Maybe tomorrow he'll be a different person, idk. Just beware, emotions spill over into work and could effect work performance. Workers deserve respect, but so do MOST costumers. On the other hand the woman up front was very nice.

Great service. Met Kirk when we arrived for a state inspection and he took great care of us. In, out, done. No worries. I recommend people stop and check them out.
