Brandon exceeded my expectations. He is an experienced mechanic who goes out of his way to make sure you understand his diagnostic process. I am very familiar with being at the mechanic due to having an older car and I've never had a conversation in terms I could understand until now. The idea of a mobile mechanic is absolutely genius. He saved me on towing fees and having to be away from work as he is able to work around your schedule and set an appointment time unlike most mechanics who ask you to leave your car at the shop all day. Additionally, he offers assistance with the car buying process and prepurchase inspection for used cars which is invaluable. I am in the market to buy a new car and he gave me so many tips to consider and questions to ask when I go to the dealership. The years of experience he has, his knowledge of cars, affordable pricing and the level of convenience he provides makes me a customer for life. I can tell he genuinely cares for people and cars. He is passionate about his work and the experience he provides his clients. I will been telling everyone about Brandon and his company. I'm already planning out my car maintenance with him in the weeks to come after being loyal to a big name chain (that rhymes with stone) for the last 18 years. Thanks again!!!

I don t let too many people work on my truck, but Brandon was different. He s a great guy and came out and got the job done. He takes pride in his work which is extremely hard to find now a days. Brandon Did a transmission fluid change, filter & seal gasket along with some spark plugs. Thanks again man. Will call you for sure in future along with referrals.

Catalytic converter replacement! Brandon was able to get to my vehicle the day after I contacted him in regards to replacing my failing catalytic converters(three, my vehicle has a three piece assembly). He is honest and has reasonable prices. He also informed my husband of an error made by the last mechanic on a recent repair I had done about 2 weeks ago and fixed the issue! He has definitely gained another satisfied customer! Highly recommended!

Great all around mechanic!!! This was my 1st time calling him and I will be calling again. He didn t haggle me with the price. Honest, fair, knowledgeable, and reliable. My 97 Infiniti was being stubborn, but he got the job done. Highly recommend!!!

Words cannot express how much I recommend this company for nearly all of your mechanical needs. He's responsible, has a good work ethic, and is up front about pricing. Better then going to a typical garage and waiting all day for your car.

Brandon helped our family find a great minivan! We had him do a pre-purchase inspection and he pointed out issues that needed to be fixed which allowed us to haggle the price down. Very reasonable pricing and great work!

Brandon was great. Very easy going . Came through in a clutch with it being veteran s day weekend and right to my home on a Sunday. Reasonable price of service compared to dealerships. Can t beat that . Would definitely get him again for future car issues .

These guys pulled and got me right! My car had been sitting for a while so they was very patient to get it started, they really didn't have to do that because they just came for the brakes. Mr Brandon Ellis is excellent. I have had my driver side window worked on four times now He finally repaired it and put my driver left blinker in my car He is awesome. I Called 7 Cities Mobile Mechanic yesterday to ask if they could come out and perform a pre purchase inspection on a vehicle I was interested in. Brandon came out within 20 minutes and told me straight up to not purchase the car because it had a bad Transmission and a head gasket leak. I found another car on facebook marketplace, and once again I reached out to 7 Cities to perform another inspection and Brandon said that it was in excellent condition, He even negotiated a lower purchase price with the seller. Brandon has great communication skills, he was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient also their prices are so reasonable! Will definitely be contacting them again whenever I run into any auto problem. Best mechanic in the 757. Broke down on my way to work this morning. I drive from NC to VA 6 days a week for work. So I didn t have a lot of options did a quick google search and went thru Brandon s reviews and decided to give him a try. He came and met me on my lunch break and fixed everything for me. Greatest mobile service there is! I was down and out. I had put diesel fuel in my tank. No other mobile mechanic would service me extra 7 cities. He is Very knowledgeable and confident in his work. He also listens well and care ab his work. Great businessmen. Most of these other mobile mechanics are working a job, if it don t fit their criteria they won t do it. Not 7 CITIES! Keep doing good things. Affordable too

Amazing service. Arrived an hour after calling without an appointment, he performed a quick diagnostic, went and bought the parts needed, and repaired it all within 3 hours. Couldn t ask for better service and to top it off, the price was reasonable. Highly recommended.

Got my wife's car inspected and it failed for front brakes, front rotors, and rear shocks. Shop was trying to charge us an arm and a leg to have it pass inspection. Came across Brandon's ad and he was able to come to our house the same day and fixed everything in less than 2 hours. I'm currently in Minnesota and car shopping. I found one online in Portsmouth and called for a pre-purchase inspection. Brandon was friendly, fast, and thorough. He sent me pictures and talked me through all of his findings. The price was more than reasonable, and he prevented me from buying a real lemon. I'd definitely use them again!
