Friendly, reliable, honest, very affordable. It was a pleasure doing business with Danny and the 1st Cousins Auto Repair team. They were able to get my car in and out on the same day within 4 hours. I was really impressed!

Took my car there because it wasn t starting due to having a bad fuel pump i got to the shop they told me that it was the crank/ cam shaft sensor so i bought one then days later i got told that it was my computer for my car so i bought a new computer then after he put the computer in my car i didn t get a answer when i called or a text about my car so i start bugging then he told me that it s the fuel temperature sensor which i told him from the beginning that s what i needed my car was there from March 30th -May 10th 2020 if i had the funds to get it out and take it to another shop at the time then that s what i would ve did the pandemic is going on im out of work and was only receiving so much income and my bills needed to be paid and i was catching Uber s every where wasting more money if you re looking for a reliable car shop please go the other way down Portsmouth blvd to Fair and honest auto repair ( 2921 Portsmouth blvd) their number is 7five7 2950750 their service is very good and they will not work on your car without knowing what s wrong with it and another thing with first cousin shop he kept my old computer until i called and told him he forgot to put my old computer In my car then when i went to pick it up he seemed to be in a attitude sadly.... save your money and yourself a headache and choose someone else please don t go to this shop thanks
