Fantastic service! I stopped here for an oil change on 11 March after work and the entire crew was friendly, professional, and worked as a team to change the oil and all the air filters on my BMW. This is my second visit here with this vehicle. They always go over the price and services thoroughly and make sure I'm getting any available discounts. Great crew, professional service, highly recommend!

Great service! Went in for an oil and filter change. When I told Les & Reshan my brakes squeak at times, they were kind enough to take a look and let me know they were still good, even though they do not repair brakes. I highly recommend them for your oil and filter changes.

I went to get my oil changed today, April 11, 2024. Very enjoyable experience. Customer service was awesome. Extremely polite and friendly and professional. I will definitely be a return customer.

Honestly love the energy. They saw me pull up and the last minute and they took me in helped me and gave me a great experience! I highly recommend them good people and good vibes. Plus they be making you feel like family and all you can do is smile for how good the vibe is!

The BEST oil change experience I ve ever had. I had my two children in the car, and the service was so quick, they didn t complain once.The manager was so friendly, and helpful. Competitive pricing. Military discounts. I highly recommend.

I want to get an oil change at Strickland on February 4 Sunday. The guys were so helpful they took my car right in. They were so nice. They explained everything to me. They showed me my old air filter. Everything went so smoothly. They were the best guys you ever had working for you, they re great I will be back thank you they were very kind, considerate and knowledgeable

Rashan (in the pit) Amaris (on the hood) and Adrianna (on the hood) would get a 10 star review if possible. They all worked as a team to fix an issue from a previous shop. They were all very professional and worked with a smile. 100% the best custom service I ve seen in a long time. They are the type of employees that bring back customers!

Pulled in on a Sunday morning and was warmly greeted by Mary as she motioned me to pull forward, looking very much like an air traffic controller. Rolled down my window to a friendly gentleman with a great smile named Leslie who took down my information and when I looked up again - Mary was gone! He chuckled and asked me to pop my hood. I'm ashamed to say he had to reach in and show me where to do that...although I am a reasonably intelligent older woman, my vehicle is new to me with only 10K miles on it. He continued to talk with/assist Mary with my oil change. I was out of the Poquoson Stickland Bros. in under 10 minutes! I was so impressed with the customer service that I plan on telling everyone about this business. Leslie also told me if I have any other questions about my new car or questions about the maintenance that I could come back at any time.

These guys went above and beyond. They noticed one of my hoses on the coolant was loose and they fixed it until I can replace a piece. I needed an air filter and these guys literally ran over to auto zone to get me the pieces. These guys are very professional and informative. I will never take my car anywhere, but here for now on. Great job, I m a customer for life.

The staff were polite and helpful. They changed the oil on my car quickly. They topped off all the fluids under the hood as well. I was able to stay in my car and was back on the road within minutes! Highly recommend this station!

Very nice & courteous. I thought price was quite high, but I haven t needed to pay for an oil change in several years. He gave me $10 discount, which covered the extra quart needed.

Rashan and Roman were so helpful and every time I've visited I've had a great experience. The staff always gives me great advice and they take care of my car the way I would if I were in my own garage. I've driven 40 miles out of my way to come to this location and have been a customer for 3 years! Highly recommend!

rashan is a 10/10 worker and human. he was quick, professional, kind, and informative. it s easy to get looked at a certain way or taken advantage of when you re a woman going in for car services, but he didn t make me feel stupid and he didn t push me to buy $600 worth of product.he told me it s about making sure people are happy and safe. i always have a pleasant experience when i go to this location. i have and always will be a return customer.thanks, rashan! you re the best! :)

I've never tried a 10 minute oil change before and this was a great experience! Truly was 10 minutes and they were very polite. I called and an actual person answered the phone! It made me look forward to the next oil change I have to get. Will be going again!

So glad I came to Strickland Brothers! I came for an oil change, and they discovered a stripped bolt and couldn t move forward with the oil change until it was taken off. Rashan seriously went ABOVE and BEYOND to get this bolt off! I will be recommending this shop to everyone I know.

They did not have the oil my diesel truck needed nor the oil filter for my 2019 Nissan Titan truck. I purchased myself at an Auto parts store and gave it to them to do my oil change. They did discount the service and the guys did a nice, efficient job.

I used to get oil changed there, No Longer going there. I get an oil change and it's $75. Three months later my daughter gets oil change in the same car, my car and it's $100. Taking advantage of her because she is female and scared to confront about differences. Don't go here ladies!!!
