The guys here are simply wonderful. I had had an accident with my rv and it needed significant work. They were professional and worked with my insurance company to be sure all problems were addressed. They kept in constant communication with us about our rv. When we picked it up they had cleaned it inside and out AND winterized it for us ! I HIGHLY recommend the owners and this establishment! These days it is hard to find a group of honest, hardworking people - but this place sure has them!!

I found HRRV through a search for a local service center. We had issues with our Class C RV and really needed assistance while the RV was under warrantee. From the very beginning, I knew we made the best choice in Hampton. This amazing team walked us through the issues...my wife cried from the stress. This is our first RV and we were overwhelmed. This AMAZING team took time to ensure my wife knew we were ok and everything would be resolved. A few days later, we returned to their shop to take "Lady Bird" home. Not only did they fix everything, they took their precious time to fill our heads with knowledge and things to look for in the future. I even called later and they still helped me troubleshoot an issue with the house battery. I can't say enough for this team of professionals. They are the best in the area and will always have our business. We're lining things up now for more work. LOVE these guys...you can't go wrong. Thank you HRRV...we are ready to travel and explore this great country!

I would like to express how impresive I have been with Hampton Roads RV. I had a Gray tank leak that was bad while on a trip to Kentucky. When I returned home I contacted Hampton Roads RV. Their service was outstanding and their pricing was great the scope of the work required work need

The best and only place in Hampton Roads to get your RV inspected, serviced and outfitted. They have all my business and always will as long as I am an RV owner. I was given a business card from someone who highly recommended them almost 3 years ago and it was the best referral I have ever been given. If they did plumbing and electrical on houses, I would use only them. They are honest and would never take advantage of you. They do outstanding work at prices that honor you and their expertise! They know everything about RV s and will do it fast with excellence. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Best in the industry and right here in Hampton Roads!

Great shop and great customer service. We called and explained our problem they had us bring it in and they got on it. They fixed our 5th wheel and had us on the road. The customer service was more than I was expecting and at a great price.Services: Electrical, BrakesServices: Electrical, Brakes

This place is awesome, located in a residential neighborhood, but a good location. Upon Arrival they met me at the end of the driveway to assist with how they wanted me to face my truck and RV, for the service that was to be performed on my RV. A few days before said service, I called these guys and had a quote on the service I was having performed, lets just say, the beat my local RV dealers service price by leaps and bounds. During the service, the Gentleman that was doing the work was very knowledgeable and taught me a few things. They are certified RV techs, so no worry there. He also gave me his card and said that if I ever am stuck and he can come to help he would and if it was to far that he could facetime me hopefully help me to get somewhere that could service my RV. This is something that not even your dealership will provide. I highly recommend these guys and will go back for any repairs if need be in the future and maintenance that I am not sure about, or that would void warranties if I did them myself. Thanks for being there and providing great, and very prompt quick service.

There are no words. I was against the wire and they fit me in and got me on my way in time for my cross country PCS. Couldn t ask for a better group of guys to fix what is wrong and have you on your way with a smile.
