The young man took 2 hours to put on 2 tires. Be mindful the tires were purchased online through Walmart. Doing multiple jobs in between. I was sitting patiently. Then he pulled my car out left the door open and my lock on the passenger seat.. very unprofessional.. when I got there no one was there on top of that. You can't call because no one answers the phone and they dont take appointments. DO NOT go there. So yes a female manager said I didn't have to pay for installation which I think.made.him upset. Highly disappointed..Service: Tires

Mr. Dennis and his team are absolutely first class! After a midnight blowout on I-95 the Monday before Thanksgiving, we tried to get local shops claiming to be 24 hours to help us. None did and none replied until after we were on our way to our destination. We slept outside the tire center waiting for it to open at 7. Not only did they have it on the rack, but we were on the road again so fast! Thank you to Mr.Dennis and team. You re wonderful!!!

Walmart auto center has excellent services. They do oil changes as well as sell and mount new tires. They have very reasonable prices. Very short wait times. You can shop while you're waiting on your vehicle. They vacuum your car out when you get an oil change. Walmart Auto Center is my favorite place to get my oil changed. I usually buy my own synthetic oil and they only charge me $20. They definitely beat out all of their competitors when it comes to pricing. Their technicians are very friendly and thorough. I highly recommend Walmart for your auto care needs.

I called asked coukd I be transferred to someone in deli because I tried calling and the phone just ring and the young guy hung up on me, then when I tried calling back he wouldn't pick up. I know it was a different department but I tried every department and that was the only department to answer and he apparently didn't like it. All I needed him to do was transfer me to deli or customer service and he wouldn't, wow definitely a non customer friendly store. The auto center suvk too . Young man said he changed my old, didn't know the new car tell on you, and it told me he didn't change my oil, and needless to say I called a manager and he personally changed it. But please Don't take your beware vehicles here, pay that extra money to get it done right

Called to get pricing on installing 2 tires that I had ordered from Walmart. The cost was unreasonably high. I could have almost bought another tire for what they want to install. I will continue to driver further for better value. My regular tire technician charges half of what Walmart does.

Dennis and his team of guys are AMAZING!! I bought a new set of tires online at walmart.com & selected to pick the 4 new tires up at Walmart & have them put on. When I arrived however, the store only had 2 of the 4 tires in stock. This was scary because I really needed 4 new tires & a snow storm was coming! Dennis completely fixed EVERYTHING! He not only got me right, but he got me an even better set of tires for the original price I paid online & got me in & out quickly! Dennis is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!

Walmart is always one of the go to places for everything. Kind of expensive but only store u can walk in and get everything you need and want!!

Always close a hours early or more! The other day went by to change 1 tire at 6:15 pm and they refused to do it saying that they don't have the tire size when I looked for it on online previously, but they told me to come tomorrow earlier but it was only because they where closing so I went to Colonial Heights Wal-Mart and they did the job.Last week I went by again to South Creater Wal-Mart around 5:30pm for a other tire change and there where close in a week day!

it was a little frustrating arriving at the location and finding out they didn't have my tire in stock. I'm not from around the area. What maybe give them any stars at all was the fact that the representative let me know of other tire centers in the area and was very nice about it.

Went to get oil changed, dropped off car, came back a half hour later only to find out they refused to change the oil claiming there was a major oil leak and that my car had severe engine issues with absolutely no evidence to support their claim, huge waste of time. Took it to Pep Boys the next day to find out that there was absolutely nothing wrong with my car at all, it was perfectly fine, the mech at this Walmart straight up lied to me about my car. Maybe the employees here don't feel like doing their job and will waste your time instead. Do not trust this place at all.

I had tires installed on my Benz and they damaged the wheel. After over a month waiting for my claim to be settled I called corporate. Then an assistant manager called me and told me that my claim was denied. I have no reason to try to bilk Walmart our of a wheel. I am busy and don t have time to go wait for the dealer to install a wheel. Frankly, the cost of the wheel is no money to me. I am angry that they lied about their mistake. By the way, they also didn t even take the label stickers off the tire or remove the white stock markings on the sidewalks like a good tire shop would do. Walmart did the damage and will not own up to it. Don t take your car there. They are the worst kind of liars.

The only reason for even getting 2 is the techs were good. I had a blowout late in the afternoon, I put my spare on and rather force a 20 year old doughnut 600 miles, I pulled off the highway for the night. I walked in at 7:58 and asked if the tire center was open. I was told no at 8:00 and he walked away. I go walk around one isle to kill the less than 2 minutes to find the "manager" that I had just spoke to was the one working the auto center. Now I was the 3 person in line because he wouldn't even talk to me until my car was in front of the bay. Then proceeded to argue with me about the tire size needed in the car forcing me to buy all 4. I had good front tires the rear were sketchy which is what blew. I only needed to replace 1, but was going to do both rear and he wouldn't do it. As said in the beginning the techs are the only reason for anything more than 1 star

Online it shows this location as open from 6am. I show up early & find out from a manager that they don't open until 7am. I decided to buy some items I needed to kill time. 7am comes, doors are still locked. I call to see if anyone is working & the lady gives me an attitude telling me they don't open until 8am, talking to me as if I'm dumb for not knowing. I hung up on her & went home. It's my 1st time buying tires at Walmart & needed them put on my vehicle but now I'm going to return all 4 of them & spend my $ where they have better customer service & appreciate their customers. I will NEVER make the mistake of buying tires nor using Walmart for my vehicle's needs. Highly disappointed.

Advertising hours are a lie. From "7am to 7pm" and got here and 5:45pm and they were already closed. When I've been driving on a flat for almost 10+miles thinking they would've been open

Wasted three hours there just for them to tell me they didn't have the tires in stock but had some more expensive ones. Took them three hours to figure that out. I left and will never go back.

Took my car here for an oil change and ended up having to tow it home. They removed the filter housing and didn't know how to put it back on so I had to tow it to a shop, pay for it out of pocket along with the tow. I was refunded my money for it all, but the inconvenience and inexperienced "mechanics" were a headache.

The female employee was so rude and nasty. She didn't know anything about her department and refused to look stuff up in the computer. She told my husband and an other customer that they need to learn to read the computer.My husband end up not finding what he was looking for, but he helped the other customer find his item.Needless to say we ended up leaving the store with nothing and going somewhere else and will not be back

Worst Wal-Mart Ever!! I have never seen an Wal-Mart Auto Center not have the size tires that I needed.

Dropped off a tire at 3:30 waited until 7:00 no call so I called them to see if it was done and was told they closed at 5:00.

They never have enough people to do oil changes so they just turn people away
