Had my car inspection done today and it was great, in and out in 40 minutes. Love this place. They are very polite and kind. Great bunch of people. Good human beings. So if you have a problem and need help on you vehicle just give them a call. Good luck everyone God bless

I cannot express enough gratitude for the outstanding service provided by WS Campbell Towing and Repair. When our RVs alternator stopped on us in the middle of the night on 95 S in the middle of a rain storm, they came to our rescue promptly and professionally.Despite it being the middle of the night, two trucks arrived to make sure the rv and our family got to safety quickly. They came with a positive attitude and a willingness to help. Their expertise and knowledge were evident as they quickly diagnosed the problem and worked diligently to resolve it. Their dedication to customer satisfaction was truly remarkable.Not only did WS Campbell Towing and Repair fix our RV right away in the morning, they also went above and beyond by ensuring our safety and comfort during the process. We were able to stay in our rv in their lot overnight which made us feel safe and welcome. It also saved us a hassle from trying to find a hotel room last minute.Their exceptional service, even during terrible hours and a storm showed me how genuine this family business is! I made an appointment for 10am oil change there were others there for inspections. At 1050 I was informed that the guy had one more inspection then he had to go in a call and I can get my oil changed later wow so what the bleep was an appointment for. I spent my morning and arranged work off spent gas money to drive there. This is not how customer service is done. I would give it no stars and what s bad is a friend referred me to them and said what a great business. Very disappointed but people these days just don t care about how others day may be like or maybe just say I m so sorry did you have to take off work etc. if you work in a business and even though you get tired of the place you still should be considerate of others.

The young gentleman was very kind! He made a horrible experience kinda smooth! I was 4 hours away from home when a brand new tire I had gotten less than 2 weeks ago blew out.

Scott and his son are amazing! We were in an accident on our way to the beach. They came to the scene to tow the other vehicles. They saw us on the side of the road and they offered to drive us to the gas station where it was cool.they helped us load what we could and unload it. My wife then left our licenses in the truck and I called them and they took the truck apart and found it then drove back after a job and brought it to us. This was all on a Saturday!!! These guys are AMAZING!!

WS Campbell came to the rescue! We had a flat tire on one of our service vans in Petersburg. I called WS arranged for them to tow the van, and then replace the flat tire with a new one so we could keep the spare. Tracey and Marcy were professional and made the entire process so easy. Thank you!

This was a great company years ago but all of the honest caring people that worked here including the owner have unfortunately passed away and the ones left are shady crooks. They don't care about people at all. They only exploit them in their time of need. This is one business I will not be sad to hopefully one day see out of business but I guess that won't happen as long as they're robbing people blind. What good is a family business when family are the ones to ruin it?

Campbell's garage does very professional work. It's staff is friendly and professional and we'll equipped and usually can get the job done between one and two days. The last time I came their I had a leak in my radiator area. He installed a hose on it, but my radiator is still leaking down. I feel like this job is incomplete and I should not have to pay for this. My family have been dealing with this company for years. They usually does excellence work, but sometimes it might be some employees not doing their job accurately.

Took my vehicle in for an inspection and they were able to take it in, inspect it, and get it right back to me easily. Staff seemed friendly and courteous.

Beyond amazing service!! We can't thank Mr. Scott enough. On our way to northern Virginia our car broke down and this was the closest service. In just a couple hours, our car was back and running!! Super friendly personnel and trustworthy service!! If you ever need a last minute repair, Campbell's is the way to go!

Wonderful Family owned Company. Needed a Va. Inspection, had me in and out in about a half hour. I can't think of a more honest place to take my vehicles. If it's good enough for the Virginia State Troopers, It's good enough for me. Since I work on my own vehicles they were even nice enough to let me know if something needed replacing or if I could wait a while. No added charge. As a new resident to Virginia, the place was highly recommended by my neighbor who is a state trooper. I have no complaints.

My experience with WS Campbell Towing was excellent. I was traveling on the highway when my transmission line came off. It was a Sunday and I was able to coast off the exit in Petersburg, VA. With no expectation of getting help until Monday, Mr. Campbell came and towed me to his shop. I was happy to have my car in a safe place overnight and he agreed to look at my car first thing Monday morning. By 10am I was back on the road.William Campbell and his staff were professional, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. They even gave me a ride as a consideration.Highly recommended.

Won't let family get my things from my truck after an accident which critically took me to the hospital without paying money; even after speaking with local police. Still holding personals hostage after second week. RACKET with inhuman owner. Good luck

My brother poped a tire going down 295 and within a few hours the cars gets towed. Then they charge 600+ dollars to get our mom's car back. This place is shady and should be avoided.

Blew a line going into my transmission on my tractor trailer. I called and they got me right in, diagnosed the problem (thankfully just a hose!), and got me back on the road in a few hours! Friendly knowledgeable mechanics. I highly recommend them!

They recently replaced my starter. Fair price and quickly repaired. I have dealt with them over 37 years. Amazing service and nice people. I broke down on a eight hour drive north. When I was towed to Campbell's they quickly helped me get on my way after finding out that I was basically stuck without my car. It would have been a long day if it weren't for these generous people.

There is a number on their web site which says "nights", so I called it since I lost my breaks and need some place to drop it off in the morning where I know it can be taken care of that day. A rude woman answered the phone as merely, "hello" and sounding very perterbed.. When I asked if this was "Campbell Towing and Repair", She said, "This is the home" in a very short, curt manner. I told her the number was on the web site. I told her my issue and asked what time they opened and if my car would be seen. She very curtly said, "It opens at eight, I don't know if it will be seen" and then hung up. If they don't want called at home, or don't want calls in the evening don't put the home number on the web site and don't put "nights" next to it. Google also says they are availble 24/7. Well, I couldn't even get a respectful tone let alone an answer at 8 pm. Obviously they are not interested in my business.
