They did a really great job on fixing my truck in a timely manner. When we picked up our truck they explained and gave a copy of everything they did to the truck and walked around it with to make sure we were satisfied with the work that was done. They stayed in contact with us throughout the process so we were informed about which stage the truck was in getting repaired. We truly appreciate the work and their customer service.

Needed my front bumper replaced so i chose this autobody shop through my insurance claim. Smooth communication through text/calling the entire time and the representatives thoroughly explained how the repair process would work. A little caveat, your repairs may take a little longer than expected because there are so many cars that also need to be fixed but other than that it was a good experience. (Also if you need your car fixed here park near the office door so that they can take a look at your car)

I highly recommend this repair shop. They were incredibly friendly and provided me detailed weekly updates for the duration my car was there. Unfortunately ran into delay because of a national parts shortage (obviously no fault of theirs!). I felt they really cared about their quality of work & my repairs look great!! I unfortunately was in an accident 4 months after buying my brand new car & the repairs have it looking brand new again!

Excellent service from start to finish! As always! I have had 3 vehicles repaired by them since August 2023 to April 2024 and it was like the damage never happened! They ( Derell and Olivia) kept me informed every step of the way until completion! I highly recommend this company and would use no one else!

1. I receive a update every week that my car would be ready in 2 or 3 days. That did not happen. It took over 3 weeks for my car to be repaired.2. My insurance ran out for my rental car so I had to pay for a rental car out of pocket.3. I received a txt from carstart that started with HEY DELORES I fine this language VERY unprofessional. I am a 68 year old women . I am not your friend. I should be addressed with the proper title, Ms, Miss or Mrs not HEY.

My experience with CarStar Woods automotive was amazing. All of the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They always kept me aware of the progress by either text or a phone call. They completed the repairs ahead of time. They did an exemplary work. I would recommend them to friends and family. If you need body work done to your vehicle, this is the place to go. The bodywork was great. The customer service was great. The cleaning of the vehicle could use a lot of improvement The paperwork was left in my vehicle, which I will bring back next week. And they left trash in the tailgate of my vehicle. There was dust all through the inside. someone had muddy feet and left my drivers side a mess. Yes I d return. I ve used them a few times before and they were excellent. I m guessing just some staff turnover

The service was great! My car looks amazing! I can say the communication is a bit frustrating. Apparently they have this automated text service that will send you inaccurate updates on your car s progress. It would have been nice to know that at the beginning instead of finding out at the end.

We got into an accident in VA, on a long drive south. It was my first accident. One of the back doors was totally smashed in with a busted window. A tire blew out and it was unclear how much the underside got damaged. The car was not fit to drive, so we had to leave it at the tow lot, get a rental and drive on. I chose CarStar Woods since they were an authorized StateFarm shop with the best reviews in the area. My point of contact was Todd. The first time I called, he patiently guided me through the whole process. I probably needed extra handholding, because I have never dealt with this before, and because of the complications of leaving a car a thousand miles away, without knowing whether it would be fixed or deemed totaled. I could tell he was very busy, but he answered every question and volunteered valuable information to help me assess the situation better. After that call, I knew I was in good hands. The repairs took a long time, but they told us that from the start. Todd patiently answered every one of my calls with a full status report. We were leaving the country for a month during the holidays, and it looked like the car wouldn t be ready before we left. We arranged they would keep the car until we returned and I got regular SMS updates on it while traveling. (Amazingly, people remembered I was away and wished us a nice trip!) It was picked up by a shipping service. Todd took care of all and the shop sent me a text about the pickup even before the truck dispatcher did. It arrived completely clean and detailed, which was super-appreciated since it sat for a few days without a window. The work looks great, they left a detailed report of all that was done inside the vehicle, as well as all the warranty docs. Honestly, given the circumstances I can not imagine having a better experience. Even though I never set foot in the shop or saw anyone in person, this experience never felt impersonal. Everyone I spoke with was caring, kind and considerate. Even though I called nearly every a week, I was never made to feel like a nuisance. In fact quite the opposite. Todd was empathetic to the situation, understanding that getting the vehicle back from a distance amidst work and holidays was a pain to orchestrate. On top of it, this was completely seamless with StateFarm. I would 110% recommend this place. I d love to say I ll be back, but unfortunately it s a bit too far from home! :D

Car was running perfectly fine until the accident. Not a bad accident. Carstar did what they said they were going to do. Everything looks great on the outside as soon as I start driving my car I'm now having problems. Take it to the dealership now I have a huge bill. Someone did something wrong now I have to pay for it. But it looks good on the outside.

The personnel serivice at Woods has really gone down hill. You make appointments at 0800 and the employee shows up at 0825 to do his job. I received a text saying my car was completed so I made arrangements to pic it up and the car was not ready and haven t even painted the parts. I spoke with a white gentleman who said he was trying to get the automated system turned off. I have had all my work done at woods over the last 20 years but I am done dealing with the new company. When I told the gentleman this he said that was fine like it was not important if your company loses a costumer.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Amazing Staff & Customer Service.I was delightfully welcomed by Jade & she professionally walked me thru the paperwork, which was quite easy & effortless.Within minutes & before my appointed time Derrell greeted me, he was the estimator for my vehicle damage. He was outstanding in all his Mannerisms. He had the details of my situation & was extremely confident that I could get my vehicle back in a timely basis, which they most certainly did.I was well informed throughout the process & notified promptly when my vehicle was completed.The repairs were done to my complete satisfaction & would not hesitate to take any future repairs to Carstar Woods if the need arises.

This shop repaired my traverse after it was hit by a teenager that needs more driving lessons. These guys did a phenomenal job. There were a couple small issues with parts and some personnel. But they were always up front about everything, kept me informed on what all was happening. Took care of some extra things that I don t believe other shops would have done. Looking to get some more work done on another vehicle soon.Can t say enough about these guys from the estimator Darrel, the two lovely ladies at the front desk and Chris the manager took care of us all. Mark did a fantastic job on the paint match, the body work, the panel fitment all of it.10/10 recommend.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

My daughter was referred by her insurance company for repairs. Estimate was quick and scheduled the repair about a week later when the parts came in. Was surprised when we received the call the truck was ready so quickly. Quality work and actually one part wasn t damaged so repair came in under estimated cost. We are very pleased with the work.

The Worst Repair Experience Ever. I was disappointed with the repairs to my vehicle and the time frame my vehicle was in the shop. The estimate was 4-5 days and after 6 weeks I received notification that the repairs where complete and it went down hill from there fenders where scratched, and the only reason for two stars was due to the offer to fix the additional damage. The vehicle seem to have had a quick wipe down Inside but there was sanding dust everywhere, in the cup holders in the back and every crack and crevices not to mention hand prints all over the top. They repainted the fenders and replaced the decals, however again substandard work. Decals had bubbles in them and there was over spray all over the vehicle from the front door down the sides and all over the top. Again there was an effort to fix the damage but again substandard as there is still overspray remaining and now additional blemishes in the paint. I also had an issue with the hood latches and found that the bolts were only finger tight. I have done business with this company in the past and was very pleased with the results, but after this experience I will find another company to work with.
