These guys are top notch! Bobby, Victoria and the staff there are awesome. Have used them a few times now. Satisfaction guaranteed. Highly recommend! Car is like new again.

I was in the Ft Lee for area for school and I tagged a pole in downtown Petersburg and this shop was recommended to me by several people. They did a awesome job. Donny and his guys were great. He Explained everything and walked me thru the process step by step. My truck came back looking better than when I turned it in. I highly recommend this shop. The price was very reasonable and affordable. Keep up the great work!! Before and after pics and what I hit as well!!

:/ okay so we went to fix a broken headlight and they did an amazing job for the price, the kick in the teeth is, when we went back to get the lights ajusted to pass state inspection (ones up higher then the other) it was a $20 fee for actually fixing nothing. The scam place wants to charge $60 to actually fix it so its an actual bummer is that it going to be a total of $80 to fix a light thats lower then it should be... Come here for real problems, but anything super stupid maybe bite the bullet :/ feels bad.

Half ass work but I guess you get what you pay for. A simple bumper paint and install... Bumper is a different silver than the car. I not only emailed how I wanted the bumper to look, I also came in and showed them personally. They still did the exact opposite.. And the worst part, the inside of my car was disgusting upon picking it up. Dust and dirt Everywhere... Just terrible... Never again

I'm a little torn because I suport small family business but I have had 2 vehicles worked on by them and been disappointed both times spent almost 10 grand between both trucks the body work and paint job was ok but both vehicles were covered in dust left out back they would never follow up with me and started getting additude with me when I would call so I would not recommend

My 2007 Ford Fusion was dropped off for a full body paint job on May 23rd I was told by Don that it would be ready within a week and a half instead it was there for 30 days I called every week in reference to my car and was given a different story for pickup each time I received a call around 4:40 p.m. on June 24th stating that my car was ready and I could pick it up I informed the gentleman I was at work and I will be there after 5:00 where they normally closed at 7:00 he stated they were closing at 5:00 following Monday which was the 27th of June I went to pick up my car someone literally put their foot into the back seat of the vehicle my seats are a tan color and cloth so the footprint was there the covering from the inside of the trunk was not reattached the word Ford Fusion SE V6 were not replaced the spoiler has scratch marks on it I called the gentleman on the 28th of June informing him of this matter I was told to bring the car back to them on the 29th of Jume which was a Wednesday at 12:00 I got there the gentleman said the person that reassembled my car was not there I asked what time was guy returning he said soon he went to lunch I then asked why did you tell me to bring it if the person wasn't there he said he forgot that this person was on vacation and proceeded to tell me to bring it back on Monday at 10:00 a.m. which is the 4th of July I know they will be closed that day my conversation with the person I felt that he wasn't being honest with me this is very poor customer service my payment to him was 2,540 my license plate fell off the front of my car when I look at the bumper I realized it had a huge hole where the plate was covering it up I can't really make out the signature on my receipt but if I'm not mistaken it's DonService: Painting

Where do I begin!? The work is absolutely horrible. Hit a deer, insurance taking care of the cost THANK GOD because if it were out of pocket it would be even worse. Asked the garage could they change my oil while it s there because life busy and my car was already there for two weeks so why not? They said of course! I was happy at this point. So when it came time to pick up the time frame was pushed back 4 days due to nothing within their actual control. In the meantime my car was hanging out untouched while they could ve been changing the oil they never got around to . Finally cars ready! They called at 6:07pm shop closes at 6pm and seemed frustrated when I told them it d take me an hour to get there. Go to pick up and I have ZERO mile range worth of gas. It wasn t dropped off on a full tank but definitely not empty either. Get some gas thinking I m good to go now, 2ish miles from the shop I realize my car is overheating! Hmm, odd considering my radiator had just been replaced along with the whole front end. Things go wrong tho so I check it out and find NO ANTIFREEZE WAS PUT BACK IN THE RADIATOR. How nice! Throw some in there now I should really be good, right? Lmfao absolutely not! The front fender well trim wasn t put on correctly missing all but one screw on each sides fender well. By the time I got the car home the fender trim had rubbed the tire and ripped to shreds . Again. The ONLY decent thing about this place is the front desk young lady. Very pleasant. Other than that I d run far far away.

OMG the STRESS of having non-operating windshield wipers when travel for work is 45+ miles each way & the weather is calling for rain allllllll week!I literally called about 6 different places who were not able to get me in until later in the week (not going to work for my schedule). On a whim, I decided to call Ace (not sure if they could do what I needed); but man, they definitely me right!Robert was awesome! Super nice, knowledgeable & got me up & running QUICK! Ace will most def have my business in the future as well! Definitely check them out!

The owner of this shop is a longtime friend. He treats me as fairly as he does a stranger and is very courteous to everyone. I love how he has family working for him along with other great people!! I had a new to me Tahoe painted by them and am extremely satisfied with how it turned out!! I recommend Ace Auto Body all the time and will always be a customer!!

I am over the moon with Mr. Bobby. He is such an amazing man! My car was total loss and so was I. Literally holding back tears! He stopped everything he was doing to help me figure our what to do with insurance and all I swear to you I am beyond thankful for just that. It's not easy finding good people in this world that will just help you out like that. Thanks so much Mr. Bobby! I'll be back soon!

This shop did a great job on my 2007 Toyot Tacoma. I had the entire truck repainted and black none the less. Very affordable and did am outstanding job. They are very professional and great at what they and fast. Thanks again Bobby and Donnie at ACE for bringing my truck back to its former glory.

Took my car to Ace and was more than satisfied, only took 3 days and the crew was extremely professional and nice made me feel important like what I thought mattered, they beat the price of other body shops I took it to and had it done faster than predicted. The owner was super nice and helpful, also I payed $30 extra and got my car detailed and shampooed and it came back looking way nicer than when I had left it, 6 out of 5 I recommend ace and the team!

Took mar car to Ace to have my insurance repairs done. They definitely live up to there reputation. Great job, ahead of schedule and great service. I am so happy that I took my car to Ace and not where my insurance company tried to make me take it, thank you Ace.

I got my car repair 2 weeks ago. Donnie and Sonnie I appreciate their services very nice gentlemen. I had no problems. Very reasonable price I was given. I highly recommend them great service. That was my experience!!

Took my truck here because everywhere that USAA recommended couldnt work me in in my time frame. This crew said they could make it happen. I was expecting 2 or 3 weeks. It took 4 days! Great shop, great people.

Took my vehicle in at 9am got a call at 2:15pm my vehicle was ready for pickup. Everyone else gave me 3 day time frame for repair. Donnie, said he would take care of me/vehicle and he did thank you. I give you 100% plus will recommend you to friends and others 5

Great experience with the staff at ACE Auto Body. I had a simple repair turn signal light and light body work needed repaired after hitting a deer. I was able to get the estimate after I got off work at 5pm since they're open until 7pm which saved me a lot of headache. Even when they found there was more damage hidden after getting into it, they went ahead and fixed the issue for me and kept me informed. They even worked through a big snowstorm to make sure the work was done when it was scheduled to be completed. I don't know of many shops that wouldn't have delayed the work for a couple of days. Robert helped make the entire experience pleasant and as easy as possible. I really can't say enough good things about this business and their staff.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!! My husband was involved in an accident in my van and instead of going through an insurance suggested place, we took it here because they could get it fixed faster. Big mistake! When I got my van back, I was horrified. It's now two different shades of silver on one side and it's very obvious! There's paint all over one of the door handles. There's visible glue everywhere.. I could go on and on. What's truly upsetting is that we called them multiple times after we had gotten it home and really had a chance to see everything that was wrong and they NEVER called us back and wouldn't answer our calls. I would have had a lot more respect for them had they done the right thing and called back, offering to look at what we were complaining about. I can tell you if they saw it, they would want to fix it because it just looks like poor and sloppy work.

I came in unannounced about a year ago, and my service guy s name was Kenny. He was the most honest and fair mechanic I ve ever met. I came in for an overheating engine and all he had to do was give me a new water pump. It priced out extremely fairly and if I didn t live so far away, he d undoubtedly be my go-to guy! Highly recommend.

Brought my car here for some repairs about 4 years ago, had a small warranty issue. They were surprisingly understanding and cordial. They went above and beyond to fix the issue right away, id recommend this shop to anyone.

We got it an accident in Richmond. We live about 3 and half hours away from Richmond. Erie insurance recommended taking it to them. Had no reason to not trust the word of the insurance company. Had the 2015 Dodge caravan black towed and went home. Several weeks later they called and said the car was finished. When my wife went to pick it up the check engine light was in. She asked about the light and was told it would go away after driving. Once she began to drive the car would not shift past 3rd gear. She was told that the mechanic wouldnt be in until Monday. This was on a Thursday. She had no choice but to drive considering we didn't have the rental and she had all 4 kids with her. She drove the 3 hours home. The next day I got home after work and looked at the car. We called erie ins back and explained what happens and we ended up taking it to another body shop near our house. We got another rental car. And the new shop fixes it. They forgot to put trans fluid and didn't connect a sensor for the trans. They gave it back to us extremely dirty. And also had addition damage that wasn't there when we dropped itofd. Worse service and ever. Paint on the bumper that as fixed is now peeling very badly. I have been in the auto industry for many years and this by far the worst body I've seen .

Had to best customer service experience hands down!!! Great work! Car looking like new! Within 10 minutes of walking in for an estimate, enterprise was pulling up with a rental car after being told by the insurance company I couldn't get into one that day!! Thanks you guys!!

My 2016 vehicle was taken by for bumper repair by my Son. When I went to pick my car up, paint residue was on other parts n reflector which should've been included in quote was not repaired. The day I picked it up I was told they would call me with another quote for the reflector and I never heard from them... Rushed work and no customer service.
