Excellent service!! Dependable, reliable and we are 200% satisfied. My husband and I purchased a golf cart from Kory last spring. We added a wi-fi stereo system with the purchase and recently Kory upgraded the motor for faster speed and installed an enclosure for the cold weather. Kory has provided the best service possible, above and beyond what we expected. Thank you Kory!!!

Great people to deal with! They answered all my questions and Dillon was very patient. In the end he sold me an awesome golf cart and Kory did an awesome job installing my radio and really tidied up the battery compartment. Kory s attention to detail was amazing and appreciated!!

Great experience getting our golf cart! I picked what I wanted and they had it ready to go the next afternoon. They even delivered it to our campground. Great customer service, highly recommended.

Got a quote over the phone for a use for 2 use. Golf carts, when I got there. 2 days later, price went up 500 on 1 750 on the other after. I drove a 100 miles to get there very Unprofessional

We had an excellent experience with Valley View Golf Carts! We told Kory our budget and what we were looking for in a golf cart. Kory took note and made a conscience effort to look for a golf cart that met our needs and gave us a personal phone call once he had something in stock that met all our wants. He gave us great honest advice about the features on the various golf carts and they delivered it right to our home. Our family is loving the golf cart at home and for camping trips. We loved our experience at Valley View! Kory was super nice and accommodating from the start. They have great pricing, plenty of options, and great customer service. They finished our cart and delivered it way faster than we expected, and even followed up to make sure I was happy with everything. Our golf cart is so much fun and perfect for what I wanted it for. I would definitely recommend these guys!

Valley View Golf Carts was the best vendor I had at my wedding! I did everything over the phone, and they were great. They called me back when I left a message, gave me a great price, delivered and picked up the carts without a hitch. Reliable, so easy to work with, and Cory was so nice and easygoing. We were replacing our well used golf cart that we purchased from Dillon before golf carts were popular (outside the courses). When we arrived at the dealership, Kory met us on the lot. We picked out one immediately, bought it and took it home to fully charge. Upon our first day riding around our farm, we realized that we needed more power for the hills plus brighter headlights for night time driving on the road. We called Kory and he was more than willing to make everything to our liking. We then exchanged our newly purchased cart for one that had more power to accommodate our farm needs. Kory is so friendly, knowledgeable and more than willing to make his customers satisfied with their purchases. Which makes it easier when it comes to referring our family and friends when his services are needed, whether it be golf carts, batteries or accessories. Thank you Kory very much. Vernon and Vickie

My husband and I recently went down to Valley View Golf Carts looking to purchase a golf cart for our family for camping on 4/3/21. Due to timing constraints we had several dealers lined up to visit and explore our options. After checking with several other dealers around the area my husband and I looked at each other and said we were going back to Valley View Golf Carts no questions asked. The demeanor of Dillon and his over all good natured approach was second to none. Now our only problem was since it was a Saturday everyone closes at 2pm and it was now 3:30pm. We shot Dillon an email telling him we wished to speak with him again and wanted to stop back in when he is open to explore our options further. Within 10mins Dillon was calling me back saying he would be happy to go back to the shop and allow us to look around even though they were closed. THATS CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE without question. After we figured out which golf cart we wanted Dillon grabbed all the paperwork together and then even delivered it to our home. Dillon is very down to earth, not a salesmen out to get a sale at the highest cost possible. Dillon was very open and honest about our options. We are a family that appreciates bluntness and honesty, not forgetting where you come from and if you are the same type of individual who wants nothing but amazing service, truthfulness and willing to help answer any questions even if it doesn t put money in his pocket.....Valley View Golf Carts is your business! Above and beyond.Thank you so much Valley View Golf Carts. We will certainly be coming back for future business.

The amazing folks at Valley View Golf Carts once again came through for us at out 16th annual Wheelin' Sportsmen Trout Rodeo. They provided 2 carts that ran perfectly all day, transported members up and down the creek paths and were a big part in making the day a success. If you need to buy or rent a golf cart, this is the only place to go. Wonderful patriotic folks.

Kory was outstanding. Promptly answered all instant messages. I drove a hour and a half to buy a cart from him just because of excellent customer service and his reasonable upfront pricing. I will recommend him to all my friends around the lake.

We bought a 2011 club car from Valley View around the first of June. We love it! Dillon was great to deal with. We have gotten so many compliments on our golf cart and we're sure to tell them all where we got it.

We spent a good deal of money on a golf cart and had the cart at the repair shop for over two weeks waiting for the repairs. We were told when we picked it up that is was running great. We drove it on to the back of a trailer. We delivered the golf cart to a family relative 8 hours away who has no access to a repair facility. The golf cart ran sort of normal for a few minutes then began to run VERY rough. Called the shop for help and was told it could be a number of things and we would have to come back in for a check over. So, very nice customer service but I received poor working equipment that is now 8 hours away and cost over 1k to repair. I'm NOT a satisfied customer!!

Terrible experience with Valley View as they decided to no show an agreed upon cart rental. Had set up a single golf cart rental and delivery for a wedding in early October. Cart was needed to transport mother of the bride around the event as she has limited mobility. Set up the rental with Corey around two months in advance. Two weeks ahead of event, began calling to confirm the timing of delivery - spoke with Dillon twice and one other who said they needed to check with Corey who would get back to me. Never heard anything back after repeated calls and voicemails from myself and the wedding planner. To be clear, was never out any money, but incredibly disappointed with the manner in which Valley View conducts business. If you are unable to honor your word, at least have the dignity to let me know you are backing out from providing the agreed upon service.

I give this five stars my brother was able to find parts to fix my golf cart when I had it down at his place in Newmarket he was able to find all the parts I needed and to fix my golf cart format it runs fine now thanks again

Never buy from here bolts missing in frame and body and a couple dead batteries and orange voltage light comes on and the owner tell me to unplug and not worry that's what he does to all had a 30 day warranty and owner did not want to fix
