Terry and the crew here are great! I just got back from my first Frosty Fender Rally last weekend and it was an absolute blast! Terry, you and Lori did a great job from setting up the routes (Richard, you rock) to the food, to making everyone feel like we are all members of the Gearhead family. They have a great selection of new and used bikes for sale from Royal Himalayan, Riuju, and Morini (sp?). Thanks again for putting on a 5 Star rally!!! I'll be back!!

Doing business with Terry and Lori is nothing short of a pleasure! There is zero pressure and no surprises or hidden fees and charges.They were 4 hours away from me and went above and beyond every step of the way and truly cared for me and my needs. You don't get this type of personalized service these days! The team is super knowledgeable and friendly and will take care of you and treat you like they have known you for a lifetime.Gearhead junction is the perfect example of why you should support local businesses!If you're looking for the best experience, look no further because they're as good as it gets!I love my new Royal Enfield Continental GT and I have Terry and Lori to thank for making my dream a reality!

Great customer service. I ve taken several or my bikes here and the staff is always friendly and seem to go above and beyond to get you and your machine back out there. Absolute top notch service provided by Lori and Terry. Great price and amazing service.I purchased a 2022 INT650 with a bit of a discount because of the year of the bike. The price was more than reasonable with help and guidance throughout my purchasing journey. Lori guided me through the buying purchase from the first point of contact and was NEVER pressuring me into purchasing something with them. She gave me the information I asked for in a more than timely manner and even let me have time to conduct my own research on the price of the bike, the type of bike that was right for me, and research on financing.Terry talked me through the bike its self and showed me a few different models, he chatted with me a little about the history of the bikes and was attentive to other customers, whilst letting others in the shop know that he was available to help and still focusing his attentions on me. I felt very taken care of at Gearhead and I am very happy with the purchase I made. I was given recommendations on a 'starter kit' as well as the recommended maintenance on the bike, with information tailored to my riding/mechanical experience.If you are looking to have any bike repairs or are you are looking for a new bike, I cannot recommend Gearhead Junction enough.Thanks Lori and Terry!

These guys helped my buddy with repairs in a pinch while we were riding the MABDR (Mid Atlantic Backroads Discovery Route). They were very resourceful, with a Can-Do attitude. Everyone there was super nice, and they have a amazing selection off Royal Einfield motorcycles! It looks like they organize adventure rides and provide camping too! I definitely planning on stopping by here again next time I'm in the area.

Terry and his team are THE BOMB! Anyone who has traveled by motorcycle across the country knows if something goes wrong you are at the mercy of whoever you happen to get your bike to. While on my recent week long trip, I was fortunate that I had just had lunch in Pearisburg and saw this neat little shop tucked away behind the Napa. Ten miles out of town, my 2011 Kawasaki Voyager felt like she was trying to throw me off and she was squealing loudly. I pulled off the road with and we did a roadside check and couldn't find anything obvious. Remembering that little shop I googled them and gave them a call around 4:45PM. Lori assured me they would keep the lights on until I limped in. I limped the bike in around 5:20 PM. Curtis jumped on the bike and took a very short spin on it before immediately put it up on their lift. By closing time at 6:00 PM They had diagnosed my rear wheel bearings as the likely cause and had found a set of compatible bearings at Napa rather than making me wait around two days for overnight shipping of stock Kawasaki bearings.Long story short - by 2:00 PM the next day I was back on the road with new rear wheel bearings. The ride went on! I rode it back around 100 miles to our camp at Hungry Mother State Park, grabbing a little of the Back of the Dragon along the way. The following day, I ran her over 400 miles home, 200 along the Blue Ridge Parkway on a beautiful fall day with great foliage. Along the way, my Voyager rolled 90,000 miles. None of this would have been possible without the mercy, and understanding of the needs of guys on on road that Terry and his crew have. They get it and they get it done!As an added bonus, this is a Veteran Owned Company - Thank you for your service Terry! I really can't thank you enough for taking such good care of me and my bike. Its obvious you carry the military attention to detail, mission focus and above all honor in all you do. Because this crew is so great, they very well may have a future Royal Enfield Owner making a trip down their way to pick up another bike for my stable!

Man just come down we will figure something out.Not something you commonly hear from any shop anymore. These guys are amazing spending the morning macgyvering a windshield for me. I am so appreciative. Also just fun to hang out with!

I've never been to a business with such fervent customer service, i had went to purchase a new himilayan here. We had ran into some issues due to external factors. Thanks to the new year and issues with the DMV i had to make two trips unfortunately. The staff here bent over absolutely backwards and did everything they could and more to get me taken care of. They were passionate about their inventory, friendly, and REALLY REALLY want you on one of their bikes. Price was great too!If you are ever interested in a Royal Enfield, this is the place to buy! Just bought a 2022 gpx 450r from them, Terry is awesome. He held the bike for an extra week for me after I paid! Asked alot of questions and he had all my answers. Asked for one thing with the bike purchase which was fluids and a filter for a oil change and he agreed no problems. I will be back I'm a year or so for another bike from you. Hopefully we can hit some trails together once I get my off road skills back.

I couldn't find a single shop in the area that would take a look at my vintage motorcycle wheels and fix a flat, but Gearhead Junction was able to fit me in same day, did a great job, and the work was super affordable! I have received absolutely top shelf customer service here. Found this so after getting a flat on the highway. They've gone above and beyond to get me back on the road as quickly as possible. There's a camping area on the property that I was able to use overnight (I didn't get here until almost closing time), and the staff gave me a ride to get food before they closed, as well as making me a cup of coffee this morning. Wonderful people with a great shop. Gorgeous bikes in the showroom. I wish I lived closer so they could be my primary service location.

Both Terry and Lori bent over backwards on my first visit to this shop. Ended up with a new RE Classic 350. If you're in market for a motorcycle, you would be doing yourself a large disservice if you didn't take a look at GearHead Junction!

I was riding the MABDR and had a tire problem that threatened to end my trip. Terry dropped everything he was doing and helped me out. Not only did he save my trip, he's just one hell of a nice guy and a joy to work with. If you're in the area and need anything bike related, I can't recommend him enough!!

Best Bike Shop in the NRV hands down! I had them pick up my bike and drop it off at my house for a nominal fee. I had my Honda shadow 600vlx serviced by them March 2022 and was extremely pleased. Also they took it to a local shop to get it inspected for me. Had a engine guard installed by them too! They did excellent work and I will be returning for future service! I look forward to seeing their business grow at their new location!

We arrived unannounced looking for fresh rubber st 9am. By 3.30 pm the same day our 4 DRZ400s were all fitted with fresh tyres front and rear plus had oil changed. They're the best. Fair pricing, excellent customer service, thorough work, and very communicative. Always helpful and willing to talk if I have questions.
