Strong's installed Carrier heat pumps and a gas furnace system for me several years ago. The prices were fair, service was high quality, and technicians were thorough, punctual, and courteous. Since that time, they have provided maintenance service for my system on an annual basis. Just yesterday, they provided another seasonal maintenance check again. Wow! Such terrible reviews for a place that has served me so well! Back in 2017 I was replacing my house's indoor and outdoor heat pump units, I got a quote from Strong's at the recommendation of a friend. Mr. Strong was very knowledgeable and his claims stood up to the scrutiny of his competitors as I was collecting and analyzing the quotes. His quote was not the cheapest, but it wasn't the most expensive either. While other teams were happy to cut corners to bring down the price and get the job done (e.g. using the existing line instead of running a new high-pressure line, and expanding the air intake vent to improve airflow), Strong's team seemed more interested in doing the job well, something I'm happy to pay extra for!Most importantly, Mr. Strong took into account my strong desires for good heating performance and came up with a desirable solution when the other offers either refused to install an expensive unit or couldn't even come up with a valid configuration for my house.2 years later, the system has been working marvelously--so well in fact that we don't even need to run space heaters even when it's below 20�F outside! I would definitely recommend Strong's to others, just as they were recommended to me.

The service provided by the technician was adequate. As far as I can tell he did what he said he would do. However, when I asked him what he thought it would cost for the work he had done, he gave me a number that turned out to be about half of what they ended up charging me. When the bill came we were surprised and felt the cost was much higher than the value of the services we received. The real problem was that the technician gave us an estimate that wasn't even close to the final billed amount yet we are still expected to pay the amount without having consented to both the hourly rate and the price of the parts used in the service.

I called for a service and they sent out the so called technician that came and checked the coolant said that it was low andsaid he put in 4lbs of coolant and didn t check nothing else. All he done was bragged about how much money he was going to take me for. He left and it still wasn t cooling so called him back and he still didn t do anything so i called New River Heating and Air 100% better service. Still ended up having to pay strongs 723.00 for nothing i will not ever use them again and i wouldn t advice anyone else to either. No recamendation

The office made 5 different appointments with me that they no called no showed for over a weeks time. Meanwhile, it's 80 plus in my house every day. They finally showed up and could find nothing wrong....so I called again, they made it again a few days later...could find nothing wrong and suggested that I have unlrealistic expectations about wanting it to be less than 80 in my house when it's 85 outside. The service tech said he'd like to see it not working in the afternoon....but has he come to see it not working in the afternoon? No. this is the worst service I have ever gotten from any company I've ever dealt with...EVER.

CROOKS!!! Took advantage of my mom and sold her a complete heat pump!! First one lasted 18 years This one didn't last 3 months!!! Every time they come out to fix it we get billed!!! I called yesterday morning and asked to schedule a time to perform thework, I said this Friday or next Monday were good days. Brian Strongsaid he would call me back and let me know if either of those timesworked. After not hearing anything from him again, I called thisafternoon. He told me they could do it sometime after lunch onThursday, not what I was looking for, but I said ok. I said could yoube more specific about the afternoon time? Could you do it later inthe day possibly 3-4pm since you don t know what time your guys willbe done with the morning job? He then said, My guys get up too earlyto be working later in the day! This looks like this isn t going towork, you should get someone else to do the work!I was shocked that he lost his cool so easily and said, maybe Ishould since I m seeing your true colors . He then said, I don tgive a f*** what you do! and hung up on me.Needless to say I would not recommend this company.

They refused to look under the house. My bff and I who hate bugs crawled under the house and found the ducked was hanging on the ground and we fixed it our selves...screw men women can do it ourselves!
