About a week ago we purchased a Dodge Ram from Neighborhood Auto (formally Newberry Ford). Jason answered tons of questions, allowed us to take a long test drive, and gave us a fair price. We said we needed running boards because it was too high for me to get in and out of easily and asked if they would install them. Not only did they install them the same day we brought the truck in but also they charged us zero!!!!!!!! The no charge was particularly surprising because they were more difficult to put on than is typically the case. We had looked at the Dodge Rams other places (such as Shelors) and Neighborhood was cheaper. We highly recommend them, and Jason in particular.

Just bought my new Maverick there. What a nice, honest experience compared to other dealerships. Richie Miller was great to work with. The deal was simple, straightforward, and they gave me a fair deal with no haggling. No hidden fees, no handoff to the "finance department", etc. It's so small it's a shock at first, you wonder if Ford even knows they are there, but you get great simple, personal service. Couldn't recommend the entire process more highly. Thanks folks!

Have to give kudos to Gale Peck. He was very attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and fast. He was the only salesman on the lot. He helped my parents and I both to trade vehicles. Super nice and not pushy at all. Which we loved. We were all in and out in around 3 hours. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a good vehicle and a great salesman to visit.

We had our SUV serviced at Newberry Ford. The service technician arrived us quickly and our car was ready in no time. Very pleased with their care and will be returning in the future. We were charged fairly. Great service close to home.

Service was good, but almost $90 for an oil change?! I understand inflation/price of oil has increased, but that is absolutely ridiculous.

As always, Jason was helpful and knowledgeable. He has a transparent, down-to-earth style that we appreciate; no pressure or gimmicks. I now have the right compact SUV for me--one that I didn't know I wanted! We are beyond satisfied with Newberry Ford and strongly recommend this dealership.

I have bought 16 from this location even drove back from Alabama because other dealerships try to screw the customers. They gave me 5000 more for my trades and 2% less interest rate. Go see Richie Miller he is the best. Tell him Jack sent you.

I would not buy from this place if it was the last dealership on the planet. They are absolutely dreadful at getting back to you when you're interested in buying a vehicle from them. It seems with how rude the sales people are it's like they don't wanna sale vehicles. So I will gladly give them what they want and take my business elsewhere.

Great dealership with no pushy salespeople. Owner of the dealership is always on site and engaged with customers. Salesman was knowledgeable and down to earth. It was like going to a family reunion and buying a truck.
