Rarely do you find people like the staff at this store who are willing to go above and beyond to help the customer. They treated me as though I were a neighbor in how they genuinely cared to solve my problem. This store has gained another loyal customer.

These guys found the right bolts to reattach my sway bar brackets to my vehicle... and also got out underneath my car to install them... and then gave me the bolts for free because my day wasn't going great. lol.

I'VE KNOWN CHARLIE ALL MY LIFE I ENJOY GOING INTO THE STORE IF CHARLIE DON'T HAVE WHAT YOU NEED TODAY HE VAN AT MOST HAVE IT IN A COUPLE DAYS BUT USUALLY NEXT DAY. HE HAS ONE OF THE BESTLITTLE STORES WITH SO MUCH INVENTORY ON HAND. THE PEOPLE WHO WORKS THERE ARE VERY FRIENDLYAND DO EVERYTHING TO HELP YOU FIND WHAT UOU ARE LOOKING FOR. Still amazed that a store as small as most Napa auto stores they tend to have the part you need unlike auto zone has been this year having to order everything you need with. Way to go Napa
