Had a great experience with Reynolds Collision. Car was in for insurance repairs due to hitting a beaver (Fun fact: Beavers can grow to 40 pounds and 3 feet) and I was treated extremely well. Lindsey and Michelle were polite, professional, and kept me in the loop with constant status updates. Repairs were completed in a timely fashion, and my car was returned to me essentially detailed and in great shape. Highly recommend this collision shop if you need repairs!

My experience with Reynolds was excellent from the moment they had my vehicle until the day I picked it up.Everyone is extremely professional and friendly. Michelle communicated with me during the entire process. Her personality was always very upbeat and bubbly both on the phone and in person.My car looks amazing. The body work is perfect and my horribly dirty car ( both inside and out) was detailed and looked better than I ve ever seen when I picked it up.I highly recommend this place!!!! I had an accident with my RAV4 and the insurance agency recommended Reynolds body shop. Wow, they were wonderful! Kept me informed all the time and allowed my to leave my rental car there for pickup. EVERYONE I talked with was polite, and very professional. I can't believe how clean everything is. The Subaru bays are sooooo clean and Caitlyn was so nice. All the girls who helped in the body shop were absolutely wonderful. If I ever have a need again, I will definitely choose Reynolds.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Omg I can not say enough how AMAZING Reynolds Collision Center is!!! Their work is incredible, but their customer service is equally as amazing!!! Chris stayed in contact w me and kept me up to date w what was happening and most impressively they finished my car 2 whole weeks before the estimated completion date!!! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone a thousand times!!!! Thank you so so much Reynolds!!!

My Subaru had to go in for repairs after sucking up and spitting out a large groundhog that ripped the wheel well out and front fender from the car. They did a great job and it felt like they went the extra mile including communicating with my Enterprise to come get me! They kept me informed of my car's movement through the process, everything looks great and I always love that they do such a great job of cleaning the car afterwards.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Both Chris and Michelle were extremely nice and professional. Chris kept me updated throughout the process. No one plans an accident but something you can count on is the service at Reynolds Auto Body! I felt 100% confident from drop off to pick up they would have my car back together and safe for my family in no time. Tom explained every step of the process and kept me updated on the progress. I have been a return customer and recommend my friends and family to call Tom at Reynolds when they ask! I definitely know who will be handling my auto body needs!

Reynolds Auto Body did an excellent job repairing my car after my accident. They payed special attention to detail and caught damage that was not accounted for by the insurance adjuster. Additionally, they worked directly with my insurance company, this eliminated extra leg work on my part after I had gotten the runaround from them for weeks after the accident. After everything was said and done, my car was returned to me like new and totally spotless. Thanks Reynolds!

We have taken our cars to Reynolds Auto Body a couple times now for simple body and paint repairs. I can not say enough good things about them. They take care of their customers and their work is flawless.

I'm currently working north of the Mason Dixon line where tailgating is a natural thing. Of course when I hit the brakes to keep from running over a pedestrian that had been hit by the car in front of me, one of those tailgating drivers in an suv slammed into my rear end. Being born and raised in Orange, there's was no way I was letting anybody but Reynolds fix my truck. They kept me informed as to the progress of my repairs and my truck was repaired properly and to my satisfaction. The pedestrian, she was flown to the hospital and is expected to fully recover. Great news all around.

I needed repair on my car. Reynolds is a preferred location with my auto insurance. I am very pleased with the process from start to finish. Great customer service keeping me informed while my car was being repaired and excellent finished product.

My vehicle has unfortunately been there for almost 3 months. The only way I can get any answers on my vehicle is contacting my insurance provider and them having to call the shop and HOPEFULLY get an answer.I have tried MULTIPLE times to get an update on my vehicle. Numerous calls to the shop, to which I'm told "theyll call you right back today with an update"voicemails have been left, I have even attempted to email the entire dealership in hopes that just maybe SOMEONE can assist me, to which I still have yet to get a response.I understand many businesses are understaffed currently, but this is possibly the worst customer experience I have ever been a part of.I never try to be a bad review person, but nearly 3 months without a vehicle is finally taking it's toll.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Best auto body repair shop around! Rated 5 star from customer service to the finished quality. They have done repairs on all of my vehicles ever since I started to drive (20years) regardless if it was my fault or another party s. I totally recommend this shop! They will take care of you from beginning to end!
