Excellent Sales, Worst Service for our Kubota! We purchased our tractor in April 2022. We have taken our tractor in twice (April and June) for a hydralic fitting leak on the front-end loader. All they did was tighten a stuck open fitting? It needed to be replaced! At this point I tried to order the part and do it myself. They called me back right away and said they would order the parts and come out to my house this time to install them under my original warranty. At the end of July a man showed up (without calling) to our house to confirm it was still leaking. Really? Like it was going to stop on it's own? I pulled the line and showed him the fluid running out of the blue line. He said, "Yes that is a problem" I said " I know, I've been trying to get it replaced on my first two visits" He said the parts have been ordered and he would stop by when they came in. It is now September 30th! That was two months ago!!! When I stopped in yesterday, I was told that there was no order for the parts. I was also told that the person I had been working with had left the company. At this point I've about had it. I can order parts at Culpeper Kubota and they get them in from Atlanta in less then 2 days. Why is this taking so long? After writing this blistering report it was fixed right away. I guess for some places it takes being held accountable publicly to do it right. This could have been done right the first time. Good luck people! 5 months later and it's still working (not leaking). I must have been right in my 1st diagnosis. No, I'm not looking for a job. I love our Kubota. They make great equipment that will last my lifetime. If you're on the fence of Orange or Green, save 10 grand and go Orange. Or get an Orange tractor and a green zero turn for the same money. Buy the cab tractor and maybe your Mrs will help.

If you want to have a more personal Family feel and very Professional experience while shopping for the Best Outdoor Equipment for your home or Business and receiving a very good Deal then you need to stop going to Lowe's & Home Depot and Start Visiting **PIEDMONT POWER** because they will handle all your needs in every way possible. The Sales Team are very Professional & Friendly. They just don't sale you and leave you, Oh No, they stick with you afterwards by checking in on you and your new purchase to see your status and to help you with any needs and the Service Department is willing and waiting to assist you. Now you can't get that from Lowe's & Home Depot but you can get some Bags of Mulch, Grass seeds and Kitchen appliances but don't waste your money on their Yard Equipment because PIEDMONT POWER have the Gooood Stuff.

I often frequent Piedmont Power for hydraulic hoses...so far they have not disappointed. Things are getting ridiculously expensive, however. 2 small hoses, 3/8 i believe, a few feet long each, cost $150!My boys love coming with me to look at the tractors and utv's/atv's/motorcycles that are usually on the showroom floor.Apparently they are now a Wacker Neuson dealer in addition to kubota and Honda. They previously sold Gehl but have moved away from Gehl to Wacker.Staff is always polite and welcoming. For me, Piedmont is my go-to place for hydraulic stuff.

Well I do a few small engine repairs. But someone asked me to work on a Honda 4 wheeler. I explained that I didn't know much about it. But I told him that I would do what I could. So found out the problems. And called parts. Wow I thought that he was being helpful. I even explained the situation to him. And came back with a quote. I even asked him for a written quote. Went back to my costumer. Well was friend. So he could call and pay for the parts. Come to find out after I called him. He decided to call around to save some money. Called the store in F-burg. It was half. Big difference from 700. And 332. Thanks for making me look like I was trying to rip my friend off. So please call around for pricing. Before you come here.

My mower was picked up in a timely fashion after I called. People are telling me I got a real deal on all the work they did, repairing something in the front end, new blades, and pick up and delivery.

I have read the reviews here and I wish I could be so positive but unfortunately I cannot. We bought a used tractor (about 30 hours on it) near the end of last summer. We were suppose to get it serviced prior to delivery and was told it would take 2 weeks. The tractor was delivered about a month later and not serviced. They did send out a technician to service the tractor but they had sent the wrong air filter so I had to make a trip (1hour) to there location to get the right filter. We were also suppose to receive a cutting edge for the bucket. We still do not have it, 7-8 months later. We understand there are supply chain issues however...other locations like Culpeper have them so I don't understand why we cannot get one?? I was told in November that it was on the way and would be here within the month, 6 weeks at the longest! Still no cutting edge. I have not had any phone calls returned despite the number of message I left. I have always had to call our salesman back. The only call I ever received from him was to sign the financial paperwork. After that no calls, no follow up, no cutting edge!. I am so disappointed. I was warned and against that warning I went there because they had the tractor I wanted. I also was interested in purchasing a Talon but I won't, at least not from this place. SO I am glad so many people had a good experience but as for me I will not recommend them to anyone I know

Good people to deal with. Purchased a zero turn from them and very happy with it. And great to deal with especially when I caught the zero percent financing for 4 years deal and free insurance as long as it's financed.

Just purchased a brand new Honda push mower from Piedmont Power. Fantastic experience! Great customer service! Matt provided a very competitive price, and was easy to deal with! Bud ran through the basics of the mower and even helped me load it into the truck! Quick response on all email correspondence! And a very positive overall, buying experience

A co-worker friend of mine recommended I go to Piedmont, letting me know a member of his family owned and that Darren the Service Mgr was excellent. Sure enough I took a generator there to be repaired. It took a while to get this fixed because of the difficulty of the parts ordering during COVID19, but I want to say while there were some challenges getting it done, Darren and his team were excellent and treated me with great courtesy and professionalism. My equipment was repaired to excellent condition. Thank you, I will be coming back when I m ready for my UTV purchase at Piedmont.

I had a couple of great experiences with the folks at Piedmont Power!! I purchased a Kubota zero turn mower and they gave me a fair trade-in credit for my 5 year old Husqvarna riding mower. They also helped me out when I had some operator error problems. I also sold an older ATV through them and got a fair price for it. They seem to go the extra yard to help the customer. I plan on doing business with them in the future.

The safety switch on the seat of my tractor is defective. They replaced it 3 weeks ago, and the first time I used the tractor, it did the exact same thing again. The seat is held on with a piece of wire, and is missing a cotter pin. For some reason, the repair person can't seem to notice and fix this. They were scheduled to come again yesterday, didn't show up, didn't call, and didn't email. Frustrating, and unacceptable.6/14/17 - this is an update to the above review: A service person came back, located the problem, admitted that he had missed it the first time he had come out, and proceeded to fix it. The service manager called me to follow up, and the service was done at no charge. All in all, I am satisfied with the outcome, and will continue to use Piedmont Power for my service needs. The company took responsibility for their error, and followed up appropriately.

I've been buying new Kubota Tractors and Land Pride Implements from Piedmont Power for over a decade. Buying is always a breeze with pricing that meets or beats other Kubota dealers. Post sale follow-up and service is top notch. Owner Jake and service manager Darren aim to please. Just purchased a new Kubota M7060 with Front Loader this week and couldn't be happier with the equipment and the way I was treated.

Called on a Thursday to see when they could take in my riding mower, which wouldn't move when I depressed the pedal. I was told they wouldn't be able to get to it until Monday. I brought it in that day, and called on Monday and was told they were a week behind. Called a week later on Monday, and was told they had it on the lift and it was almost done. When I didn't hear from them on Tuesday or Wednesday, I called on Thursday and was told that they were discussing my mower with the service manager and that the service department would call me back in 20 minutes. After 45 minutes had gone by I called again and was told they had to order a drive belt and it wouldn't be in until Friday.

My husband and I just bought a new Kubota tractor and RTV from Piedmont Power and the experience was great!! Piedmont Power is wonderful to work with! My husband worked with Robbie to find a Kubota tractor with the exact specifications and Robbie came through with flying colors!! He found a tractor in North Carolina, brought it to Virginia and then had it delivered to our farm!! The two gentlemen who delivered the tractor and the RTV, Jeff and Carter, were also incredible!! They called when they left to let us know when they'd be there and they were on time! They both ensured we were comfortable with the new tractor and RTV and walked is through operating each! We are extremely happy with Piedmont Power and highly recommend them for YOUR next equipment purchase!!

Poor customer service, the staff could use training in customer service . They are good however at selling merchandise, but extremely limited at delivering merchandise once they've sold it. My best advice is to try another dealer.

They have had our kubota for over 6 weeks for warranty repairs and told us on three different occasions that it would be done and dropped off in the next couple days when it didn't show up this last time we called yet again and were told the mechanic was on vacation for the next week and there's nothing that they could do.

The young parts people would be lost without a computer and a part number. Went across the street and the older gentleman looked at what I had, didn't even ask what it was off of, went in the back and got my part. Somehting to say for the older generation, they definitely are a dying breed.

Came in to look at their Goldwing. I told them I had a newish Harley for a trade-in, and they immediately told me that no one comes to Honda to buy a Harley when there is a Harley dealer right down the street. So basically I can't buy their motorcycle with a Harley trade-in because they don't want to be competitive? If anything they could sell it to Harley afterwards. And my motorcycle isn't a bad trade-in. It is a 2013 Sportster with 3500 miles. They would have made good money on the sale of the Goldwing, and my Sportster. I don't understand how they would refuse a trade-in without even running numbers or making me an offer. For all they know I would've accepted a sub-par offer. They wouldn't even charge the battery to start up the Goldwing for me. I guess that's the lazy business I get for showing up an hour before closing on a Saturday. SMH. Really disappointed for making the drive from Stafford for a beautiful Goldwing and they refuse to accept a Harley as a trade-in. I'll find another place to spend my $13,000.00.

Robbie was friendly, gave me a great price on a Kubota tractor, didn't try to talk me into things I didn't need or upsell me on things, and wasn't pushy at all. Will return here in the future for sure.
