The person up front was very helpful and she knew exactly what kind of air filter I needed.

Customer service does not exist at this location. Ask to speak to a manager and was told there is not a manager on duty and talking to a manager is not going to change anything. Employee's need to be trained and learn customer service skills. Have been to this location 3 times now and the outcome is always the same, untrained employees and lack of customer service. I will visit another location next time but if the customer service is the same I will be going back to other competitors and go back to ordering online.

Always friendly and helpful staff. Didn't price gouge during snow storm when others marked up gas cans and such.

they never have money to return something and i live over a hour away from any other one they lost my business and i reported them to main office and they said someone there just dont want to help people
