Was quoted on the phone 22.11 to have a side mirror cut for my truck. I walked in and they said it was some double strength side view mirror and that they had to order the glass and cutting it to shape would be difficult. They then told me it would be $345 dollars to have two mirrors cut. I can buy two brand new mirrors with chrome housings and everything for 20 bucks each. Not sure what happened to this place but it's a ripoff and I'll never be going back.

Mike's Glass & Mirror is SPECTACULAR!! I had a windshield replaced and both Amy and Jimmy were both very friendly and polite, they are the type of people that treat you like family from the beginning!! Love Love Love Mike's Glass & Mirror!!

After a complete and utter nightmare with safelite, Mike's was quick and efficient. They noticed quickly supplier did not have window and found someone else and still made already scheduled appointment. unlike safelite whom you have to fight to get ahold of and force them to find out products have not been delivered as stated they are. Safelite is nothing but lies from the get go! And these guys are half the price of safelite . After those experience Mike's will be our go to for our car windows. Thanks for saving my daighter

It was quick, easy and painless to have my back glass replaced. Everyone very nice, showroom was beautiful and nice place to sit

The glass work was fine however, I have had 3 strokes in 6 months and I have M.S. and they refused to let me use a restroom. I had to walk to another store. I will never come here again. Spend 245 bucks in a brand new building that all the employees can use the bathroom but I can t.Never again!!!!

Picked up a custom cut Mirror, nicely wrapped & taped in brown paper. Got home it was chipped in two places. Mike's Glass and Mirror will not replace the glass because it left the building. Offered to cut it again for half price. No thank you. If it needed to be inspected before it left the building don't wrap it up until I pick it up. I think this was poor customer service. I won't return.

first time customer, but will be going to MGM for my next glass needThey ordered my part (passenger window) and had it in the next morning.prompt and timely instal: I was in and out in under 45min.And their price beat all.

Needed replacement glass for my son's desk and they made a replacement to exact specifications. It took 4 -5 business days as I was told up front. Price was reasonable and fair.

I took my truck that had a leaky back window and asked them to fix it and they replaced the glass but didn't touch the part that was leaking. I wasted over $200 for nothing
