Moving to VA has allowed me to generally be around honest people. Dawson s put a hitch on my van quickly which I appreciated but I didn t get a phone call when the price doubled from $130 to $260.

Had a hard time getting my car worked on. And the prices I was given where insane. I called Dawson's and had my car towed to him. He gave me a estimate that was way more reasonable. And he was willing to get on it asap. It was sitting 4 weeks at the other garage. So my betsy was back up and running with a since of comfort. I know now who has my business. They are awesome.

The Old Dawson's was great, with Mr. Dawson and his son Carter, however....Dawsons is under new management.....I made an appt to get a muffler put on. Was told get it there first thing in the morning and it would be ready that same day.....I needed my truck back asap because it is my work truck. At 3pm they called and said they just got the muffler and would still have it ready before closing at 5. So I left Fredericksburg and went home to pick up my wife. When I was 10 minutes away.....they called and said they wouldn't have it ready. I went and picked up my truck and took it to Orange Tire the next day. Them guys at Orange Tire had it ready that same day and did a great job at a reasonable price. Thanks Orange Tire for being true to your word.

Price similar to any other shop, but they were able to get me in for brakes and oil change next day and had it done in 3 hours, which is more than can be said about any other shop I tried. Friendly staff as well

$25 to plug a tire I didn t say no no I just pay it. I had to get back on the road but that is ridiculous I know the bad part about it. The tire the plug plug sticking out it don t post to stick out.

They are Honest, Fair, Dependable, Very Trustworthy, I just cant say enough about them, we take all our vehicles to them, they have always been therewhen we needed them.

Had an oil change and the wheel hub assembly replaced on my, I was in and out in no time. Great service, friendly people. Will definitely take my car here for all my car maintenance!!
