Went in to get a small replacement bulb for my dash, and the incompetent clerk lost the colored cap that I had for it because he was too busy huffing on a vape. He was totally unconcerned about it. Then he had the nerve to try to sell me another one (they didn't even have the part) when he was the reason I didn't have it any more. You don't get to try and profit off of your own stupidity and incompetence, that's not how this works. I'm not going back.Edit: "We hope you would be willing to shop at one of our Advance Auto Parts locations moving forward."No, I would not be. You're not concerned your clerk screwed me over, you're only concerned that you're going to lose future revenue. The nerve you have. What a garbage company.

We googled a cover for a car. Google sent us to Advance auto first instead of O'Rielley's Auto parts or NaPa Auto Parts! Unknown why we went to pick up what was needed. We just bought a new car battery from them for $159.00 two days prior to! WELL we bought the car used but so new that the mileage and the battery that was in it was the exact same. while we were telling the young man of the battery incident that was under a year old and bad he said he could care less!!! What kind of Customer Service is this! My Family nor I will use this store again! The service is atrocious ! How can you say that a product of yours is of no concern to you and not uphold to the user agreement nor the price stated on the shelf! We are finished as a community for this store! I have never been treated like this by this store let alone my family!

Great bunch of guys working that morning. Time for an oil change on my 2011 Chevy Equinox. They had everything in stock, offered to carry my purchase to the truck. I had an engine light on and asked if it was something they could check for me. Sure enough, within maybe 5 minutes the tool they used was able to tell us that there was something going on with the catalytic converter. So, for no charge we were able to somewhat know why the light was coming on now. Less than $80 for an oil change & new air filters & have the a/c charged again and never felt obligated to purchase a thing. Highly recommend this location.

needed new windshield wipers a short while back ... it was just starting to rain too ... and ... I will add his name as soon as I can track down my receipt ... was sooooo very helpful and friendly ... thats service I appreciate and service we should all expect and demand ... its a crying shame how much we have come to praise service we should be getting anyway ... but I always want to be appreciative when I am treated as I should be ... thanks

Had a very nice gentleman assisting me here in Orange Virginia at Advance Auto Parts with a funnel and getting the right fluids for my car and bulbs as well as info on bulb replacement also cleared my car there was nothing wrong for once very positive experience wish I had gotten his name

They continually give the wrong parts and then try to blame the customers. The lack of knowledge by there employees is so sad for a Auto parts store! Glad new parts place is coming to town!
