Walmart is my favorite store always will be just wish they would bring back the other flavors of their ice cream great value brand. Also have more fruit and veggie options. There s things we can t get here on the shore and so hard to go other places.

I went to pick up my medicine an did a some shopping wild I was there. I found some good deal on clothes and shoes. I then went into the deli area and ordered some meats the people treated me real good. Self service checkout is very good an fast pace u don't have wait in a long line. All the employees was very helpful an very exciting be around.

They always have everything you need and their shelves are almost always stocked so they re usually not out of anything the aisles are easy to navigate and the store set up is great

This is a great store to shop in. They have just about anything you need. Store is clean. Staff seems friendly

Staff are so helpful when I need some help. If you plan on visiting any Wallmart, connect to the free wifi. Download the app, it'll help you locate items if you have a hard time finding it.

Where are the cashiers? Not using the self serve registers, too many problems besides I pay enough for the groceries to not have to ring up my purchases.

Store very clean. Associates were very friendly and helpful. Store manager takes pride in the cleanliness of the store.

Typical Walmart, at there wasn't a long line. I dislike self checkout. You already pay high prices, then have to check yourself out? Walmart should take off 10%of your purchase for doing their job...

Too much "self serve" checkout.. and then they ask :How did we do?" On the computer screen. Always gets a 1 star. We shpp there for value and availability. Would be nice to be able to talk to a check out person.

Honestly, this is one of the nicest Walmarts I've ever been to. Has a Subway that doesn't have that distinct horrible odor, just smells like the fried chicken from the deli. Great clearance and overall organized, clean and friendly.

Not a bad walmart. Small but laid out well. Little more expensive since it's serving tourists, but what can you do. Lots of Selection for such a small place

Not bad not great but good. Placed seemed pretty clean, bathrooms are nice and the floors are kept up. Service desk never really gets "on the move" or does things properly which can be a irritating at times. Management is very nice. Produce, and products around the store are kept stocked up good some days may be lacking. Deli was very nice and kind. Bakery was nice but quiet from all staff (basically never talk or greet customers). Electronics is normally the busiest, but well enough OK some staff are high didn't like that couldn't figure out if they had to keys or "the drawer" did . That drawer never gave him the keys... darn drawer. Checkout lines are well not much to say about them. Self checkout is always broken in someway or other. Service department is good, no problems there. Overall the whole store moves at a 78% or so efficiency. Basically 3.8-4 stars.

Every one was in the line of 20 items or less , and back up clear to the clothing isle, because it was the only register open for all the customers beside self check out. People were upset because there meat and dairy was spoiling waiting to be checked out at the onley va Walmart.

Nice store, helpful associates. This store is in a semi rural location which may account for the friendly nature of the employees.

Pocomoke Walmart is at least better than Onley. Difficult to navigate the store, but they have a little bit of everything and the prices are competitive. Prepare to walk a ways before getting into the store. I can never find a parking spot. Walmart is Walmart!

I had purchased a coffee maker online from Walmart, the power button stopped working, brought it in to exchange, was told that the barcode was not coming upcoming up in the system, then she says it's not returnable, so I go get another one off the shelf to purchase but I decided to talk to a manager to see what my options were, so I asked a worker who the manager was that was working, she told me it was Shontell, so I went up front and ask for her, the woman at the customer service desk talked to Shontell on the phone before she came out to talk to me, when she came out, I said hello Shontell, and she said do I know you? How do you know my name, then she looked at the customer service cashier and said why did you tell this man my name? She was more concerned over me knowing her name than the problem that I was going to discuss with her. I proceeded to tell her my issue and she's like I can't do anything about it, without even listening to me, all I wanted was information on what I should do, so after her being so rude Iigave her a few choice words, pushed the buggy aside and didn't buy anything. I spend alot of money at Walmart and to be treated like this is very poor customer service. I called the customer service hotline and made a complaint about the incident. I was told that this lady is tge store manager favorite and nothing would happen so I made sure and yell customer service this also, I will be following up on this and the store manager should be held accountable if nothing is done, and if this is the way that this store is managed then maybe someone should look into this a little more.

I will no longer get my medicine from the pharmacy in the Onley Virginia Walmart. I can call in a refill, it will tell me the medicine will be ready the next day but I don t go in until the day after and still have to wait an hour for them to fill it. Today is Sunday 01/21/2023 and I went to the hospital this morning, my face is swollen on my left side, it looks like I ve had an allergic reaction to something but in reality I have a bad infection and was given antibiotics. I waited two hours after they opened to see how long it would take to have my medicine ready and they told me another two hours I gave them four. I just went in there for them to tell me that they are out and won t have it until Tuesday but I could call the hospital and get them to send another prescription in in before anywhere else closes oh but wait they already are closed. Now I have to wait until tomorrow to fix this mess this was the last straw for me.

They need to stock their shelves. The friendly staff makes up for the lack of stock to purchase. I'm new to the area but, everytime I have gone with my in laws there is never enough staff or supplies on the shelves. One time there where no produce bag. They where using a different kind of plastic bag for people to get there veggies and fruits.

Where do I begin. What an adjustment. I used to having 3 super stores within 30in of my home. This place is small and limited items. I have never cashed out in less than 30inutes. I will never self check out because if I wanted a job at Walmart I would, but I don't. I have purchased plants literally to save them because they go there to die. I have a hard time finding things because of the weird set up. Things are in the strangest place e.g. taco spice not in spice or international isle, nope it's in a weird display off in the canned goods isle. Pri I g is none existent or wrong. I literally have to check every price on every item. It's literally the only place in over 80 miles to buy home goods and something as sple as a curtain rod couldn't be found. I have witnessed blatant theft which I reported and it didn't matter. This week I made a big mistake and went on a Sat afternoon and 1st of the month. Good lord! I fill a survey out every time I shop when they send it too me hasn't made a difference. I will say the cashiers are very nice amd work hard and it seems as though they aren't treated well.

The toys were limited compared to other locations. The grocery side was out of most of what we needed, and women's apparel had no bathing suits for a store that is so close to local beaches. All other departments were stocked well, and had a variety of items to choose from.
