Great experience at AutoZone over the weekend! While visiting our mom over the long weekend, my sister and I were tasked with having her car battery changed. Every employee there was friendly, helpful and willing to help, including Crystelle who wound up installing a new battery for our mom's car. She put our minds at ease that our 82-year-old mom would be safe before we had to drive back to New Jersey. Highly recommend!

Clerk saw me waiting a few minutes in line, so helped me. Part is out of stock. Paid for it and will pick up tomorrow. Asked clerk to show me how to wash back window. She was gracious and more than willing. I now know how to do it.

Well, I do have a great experience to tell you about. Went in to ask about checking my tire pressure it was low, the management was wonderful and let an employee named Bryce, go with me, to the Royal farms station and Bryce checked each one of my tires, for the air pressure, would not take a tip would not let me buy him lunch, but ask me to pay it forward, which I happily did. I hope to see him on the way back and give him a special greeting of thanks for what he did for me that day. I know AutoZone is basically known for parts for your car and stuff, but they were able to help being a special different kind of way. I will never forget their helpfulness and kindness. I did pay the deed forward and help somebody else out. But AutoZone it's a wonderful place, even if you don't actually go there for parts for your car. They are awesome, and prove that they can go above the norm to help you out. So thank you AutoZone for being there for me, in my time of need.

Friendly and helpful! A sales associate was busy with another customer, the manager came right up to help. I was a bit nervous because I really wasn t even sure what size windshield wipers I needed. He helped me find the size I needed then explained the differences in style/price.The associate who rung me up was very kind and helpful, even asking if I needed help installing them!

Five stars are not enough. Special shout-out to TIM and his co-workers at the Onley VA Autozone. On the way to taking our daughter to Norfolk (on a Sunday of a holiday weekend), we kept losing coolant - but could not figure out why. We were able to get the car to the Onley AutoZone where Tim and his co-workers were able to figure out where the problem was. Not only did Tim and his co-workers figure it out - but AutoZone also had the part for our 13 year old car. Tim and his co-workers connected us with a mechanic (Russell) who was kind, friendly and an awesome mechanic. He changed the part in the heat of the afternoon. Thank you Russell. Tim and everyone involved were very professional, attentive and compassionate. Angels on Earth that's for sure!!! We don't know what we would have done without them. We got our daughter to Norfolk safely later that day. THANK YOU TIM!! THANK YOU RUSSELL!! Thank you as well to the other two for whose names I did not get. Superb Customer/People Service.

This is my go-to store for parts at home. Scott the manager is great and goes above and beyond making sure you're happy and satisfied, and all the other employees do as well. Prices are a little high compared to what you can buy online but that's always the case end of everywhere it seems. But when you need it and you need it then it's a good place to go. Friendly service helpful staff clean store. Probably the best parts store we have in the area.

My best friend bought a battery and they installed it and took the old one with them. All in 20 minutes total. Yayee I was in her truck with her and was grateful for the professionalism.

The service people were helpful but could not mount a license plate holder because it's considered modifying the automobile. This law should change because some states require a plate be displayed on the front and back and they sell the holders but cannot mount them. Makes it hard to put a plate on the front.

Bill was AMAZING! Traveling home alone from Virginia Beach and I had a light out. Afraid of being stopped after dark, i pulled in autozone and Bill helped from start to finish. I felt safe to finish my drive, thanks to him

Store employee was not only nice but exhibited compassion. Strange in an auto parts store but nevertheless it happened. Learned he is going to study nursing. Occupation will be blessed to have him!

Broke down , serpentine belt broke on a Sunday night, store was almost but the Manager Jeoffrey and other worker Ryan helped us get the belt on and stayed with us , found out there was more than just the belt, and it would take more than a day , gave us the number to a mechanic, found us a hotel and gave us a ride. That Manager is an amazing person. Could not be more grateful

I m writing to thank mean Mr. Tim from the Onley Autozone who was not at all mean, but was actually a guardian Angel. I was traveling to visit my family in Virginia when I realized I had a flat tire. Mr. Tim, from the kindness of his heart, offered to help me and he changed my flat tire and put on a spare for me, asking for nothing in return. I cannot explain how grateful I am to him, as I was traveling alone with my two young sons and did not have access to a jack. When the tire came off we realized it was completely split and if I had driven much further on the tire, it could have blown on the highway. We arrived safely on the spare and I ll be buying my new tires tomorrow. Thank you so much Mr. Tim!

4 of 4 employees at counter not wearing masks or didn't have their noses covered! Had check engine light on and asked for scan. Staff informed me codes indicated problem with air sensor and nothing to worry about. Didn't make it home before car broke down! Problem per mechanic is alternator. Expect better!

If you've seen one AutoZone you've seen them all. Nothing really special. The staff here is relatively knowledgeable and they do their best with their customer base. Pre covid-19 restrictions you could get in and out pretty quickly so long as you didn't go on a Friday night or during the weekend. Know what you are looking for in advance, trust me it helps. My advice is to hit up the website ahead of time and use the store location tool to see if your item is in stock. It helps everybody, especially if you end up going in on a day where they're unloading the truck.

Needed a turn signal bulb, got to autozone 949pm, closes at 10pm. Bill, store associate, changed the bulb in just a few minutes.

I went to this store on 03/19/2019 called ahead because I had to travel so far. When I got in the store a MANAGER named Ryan was who I dealt with. He was Very rude and unfriendly. He looked at my warranty three times gave me the rite brakes but charged me the wrong price. When I asked for corapate number he stated it s on the door I asked him if he could write it down for me and he hit the roof. He then proceeded to go and get his store manager Scott who also knows absolutely NOTHING. As I was already frustrated and he is a member of management he was nice either. So I go back on 03/21/2019 only to have another problem. This store has to be at the bottom on the barrel with there Witt scores they offered nothing for the brakes or rotors There s only one guy in the store that deserves a grey shirt everyone else need more training. And they need to learn how to deal with customers. I will NEVER shop at that Autozone again. As I am an AutoZoner myself.

Nothing special. It has a variety of things you might need, but at quite clearly higher prices than you could get elsewhere/online. They're fine if you need a part right then and there, but if you're told they don't have it in stock and are going to have to have it shipped, you'd be better off saving your time and money and ordering from someplace online.

Get a secretary, the guys at the counter shouldn't be establishing warranty informationOver the phone for purchases which happened thed before. You have to adapt. Which means more than a roped off line, taped lines on lines the floor, and face masks.Did you hire secretaries or automotive retail cashiers? I had a few items, nothing from the parts department

5 stars for helpfulness and professionalism! I highly reccomend this autozone location.This autozone saved our Memorial weekend getaway and also saved me a whole lot of money. Tim and his co workers working today were amazingly helpful in finding out what was wrong with my break (break light came on and we were 4 hours away from our destination and 3 hours away from home). Tim was able to help us find a mechanic who was nice enough to come out to the autozone and change one break line for us. Tim was very professional and attentive, I wish every place that provided customer service showed the professionalism he demonstrated. THANK YOU A MILLION TIM!!!!

Had sale on oil n oil filter. Employee couldn't explain to me that it was a certain filter. Charged me $10 too much. Going to NAPA next time. Dont need attitude
