Wonderful customer service! Went above and beyond. Had gone to a different place first and they were rude and nasty. Called to Brooke's and they were amazing. Got my part quickly (same day) and they even left it out for me after hours since I wasn't going to make it there before they closed. I have MS and cannot walk so they left it where I could easily pull up to it and get it. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable friendly company.

Highly recommend!!! Great group of people that will go out of there way to get you fixed up. They have been serving many for years so if u need quality used parts at a great rate then this is the salvage yard you've been looking for. Located on broad street rd so veryeasy to find. Don't over pay at advance on those oversea parts anymore!!! God bless!!!

I don't usually leave online reviews, but I was so impressed with this business that I wanted to share. I needed a part for my Avalon.Mike was the person who answered the phone and assisted me. He was extremely helpful and nice. Not to me mention, their prices are excellent!I will definitely remember to call this business in the future when looking for used parts! Thank you!

First time dealing with Brooks Bros. Needed a part so car could be inspected. They were nice enough to take part off, and price was way better than I expected. Very good people to deal with. Will deal with again if needed. Check 'um out.

After searching for months on FB Marketplace for a used car, I came across a post from Brooks. Found a very reasonable deal for a 2008 Nissan Sedan with 110k miles for around $5,000! Responsive to messages, let me check out the vehicle next day, and test drive it. Very honest, respectful, and an altogether great interaction. It's been close to 2 years now since then and I haven't had any major issues yet with the vehicle. Much appreciated!

I think I get black balled cause I'm black and every time I'll come up there asking for a parts years ranging from 1980-2012 and I get turned away things never change..I had my Caucasian fellow to call everything was peaches and cream

Ray is a life saver. He realized they may have had an inventory error on a specific vehicle part. He sent an employee out to the yard to verify the stock on hand. He had the employee pull the part at the same time because there delivery truck was leaving for Lynchburg in 15 minutes. He called for payment shortly there after and gave me the great news that I would receive my order the same day. These guys saw a potential error on their system rectified it and went above and beyond the call. Great team effort on this one. *****

TREMENDOUS HELP FOR FINDING A RARE MIRRORI had a common Toyota with a broken mirror. I had to search extensively through numerous auto industry sources. Made 85 calls which led me to "Brooks Auto Sales" in VA. I was desperate in NJ. They were competent enough to let me send a picture of the said part for confirmation. Unlike most others, the 20 or 30 before; they refused to pull without upfront payment. Brooks texted me back later, I could not believe, I was so happy that I jumped for joy. We were trying to satisfy a customer and Brook made it happen!!

Call or online, Kevin Brooks can find the used (& some new) auto part you need to fix your car. They sometimes have scrapped cars that you can purchase and repair yourself.
